This was an excellent hotel to begin a tour of Patagonia. I stayed here for two nights and had no complaints. This is a more traditional FS than some others at which I have stayed, but the room was very nice, with nice and modern bathrooms (if not especially large) and comfortable bed. The concierge was helpful with a few requests, and the room service was fast. The main restaurant was very good and seems to get a good crowd from outside the hotel. The location is excellent - on the edge of Recoleta and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. I stayed at the Park Hyatt in BA previously and if cost were not a factor I would stay at the Four Seasons over the Park Hyatt.

Our first hotel on our Argentina trip. Our room was beautiful with fabulous bedding . The staff were excellent especially those working on the consierge desk . The location was good . The bar was atmospheric and busy . Breakfast was ok but not outstanding and certainly not worth the cost . Two things we were not happy about . We arranged for the hotel to pick us up (4 guests with luggage ) . The cost was $170 US . A taxi which we did for the return trip was less than $25 US …. Get a taxi from the airport - it is really easy . You scan a QR code and will be told the cost before you get in your car. We had not paid for breakfast with our room rate but chose to have it On paying our bill we were charged two different prices . We were charged more on the second day as we had asked for eggs with our breakfast ! There is a shopping centre within 200m and restaurants close by . You can get a very good breakfast there for a fraction of the cost .

Never have I seen so many huge tour groups inundate and swamp a Four Seasons like this one. They don't have the facilities nor the staff to accommodate them. This hotel is definitely not for the individuals, friends and small groups. It has the feel of a Marriott convention hotel.

The hotel is a very good place. The bar called Pony has delicious drinks and an awesome costumer service . Agustina was so receptive with us and really knows how to treat a costumer well. I loved it!! Certainly I will come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel and its employees are top notch!! We were treated warmly, professionally and with the utmost attention to every detail of our stay at this beautiful hotel in Buenos Aires. From Valentina and the other ladies at Reception to Octavio, Belen and other Concierge attendants to the wonderful wait staff in the mornings at breakfast, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism! Additionally, the men who greeted us outside upon arrival and during our stay as we came and went, were the most respectful and helpful with transportation. Housekeeping was impeccable with providing the most clean lodging daily. We also used the laundry service which was prompt and our clothing was clean, folded and returned to us quickly. It is obvious this accommodation has exceptional management which is revealed in all the different areas/employees we experienced. All in all, this hotel was an absolute delight and centrally located for us as we explored the various attractions around the city. I highly recommend this Five Star hotel!

A high-end luxury hotel in the Recolletta district of Buenos Aires. We stayed for two nights in a city-view room on the second floor with a king bed and updated bathroom. As with other properties in this chain, service is their hallmark from the bell staff to the front desk to the pool attendants and housekeepers. Everyone seems centered on ensuring your satisfaction. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated in a beige color pallet and it felt classy. Despite overlooking the freeway (aka "city view") it was pretty quiet. The AC was quiet yet powerful enough to take on the strong southern sunshine in late January, although like more and more hotels, the ability to lower the temperature in the room below 21 (72) was an illusion. As someone who sleeps more soundly in a cooler room, I find this annoying. The bathroom featured a large modern soaking tub along with a full shower and segregated toilet area with bidet. The only disappointment was the lack of double sink. The overhead rain shower delivers an extraordinary amount of water -don't look up for risk of drowning! It's almost like standing under a fire hose and felt very indulgent. We spent a couple of hours at the smart outdoor pool with its ample staff ready to set up chairs and provide shade as needed. Drinks and food can be ordered at the pool as well. The pool itself was refreshing and be sure to note that it drops off rather quickly to 6-8 feet or more. We dined at Elena, the highly regarded restaurant in the hotel-twice for dinner and again for breakfast which was included in our room rate. The morning buffet was lavish with breads, cheeses, salumi, eggs and much more. No one is going hungry here. Finally, the WiFi in the room (202) and lobby and pool were all rather weak and slow by today’s standards-very surprising given the quality of the hotel. We enjoyed our short stay.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the Four Seasons before getting on a cruise to Antarctica. The check-in line was longer than usual, but the staff offered us coffee/tea as we had just arrived from a red-eye. Ana from the front desk was very friendly and directed us to freshen up at the spa while we waited for our room. The room was luxurious but could benefit from a more modern design. The bathroom was interesting, with an opening view from the tub. We also dined at Pony Line for their famous dry-aged burger - see my review there. The pool area was beautiful, where you could relax, sunbathe, and enjoy some cocktails. The only drawback was the location, as we spent most of our time in Palermo, so Uber is the only way to get around from Recoleta.

Classic Four Seasons vibe. It is centrally located, easy access to all the great spots, room was very comfortable with the classic Four Seasons bed. Our room had a “mansion view” and also a view of the main road. The area of the hotel felt like France. We dined at all of their restaurants and we were not disappointed. Great breakfast. Nice pool areas. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this Four Seasons

Had a massive suite paid 1500$ per day. Super old hotel. Old rooms. Bad showers. Extremely expensive. Terrible service both at the hotel and at Elena. 1-2 hours to reply to whatsapp sometimes. Hotel was completely full and unpleasant. It is understaffed and mismanaged. I will stay at sofitel net time for a third of the price.
