It has a great location, at downtown Buenos Aires, Florida and Cordoba, by Galerias Pacifico mall, and near Reconquista street to have some drinks when day ends.
The double rooms are not too spacious, but comfortable, with WiFi, safe, and affordable prices.
It has a restaurant, very well attended, with tasty meals, great for a lunch (but not WiFi signal).
The staff is very helpful and formal, Navy´s heritage, the best.
No parking. A very good option at Buenos Aires.

When our original hotel suddenly cancelled our booking we managed to book at the Central Naval. We were arriving at around midnight and leaving for Uruguay at 9 in the morning from Puerto Madero, so needed to find somewhere convenient, that had wifi and breakfast included at a reasonable price. This hotel fitted the bill. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Our room was ok . Generally good value for money for a short stay.

I visit Buenos Aires since 1963 and always stay in this hotel. My last time there, before this trip was in 2009. At that time, I felt things were not very well; the ccurtains were dirty, the carpets very old and dirty as well, The only sector that was doing well was the restaurant, that is under control of tthe same person (unfortunately I forgot his name) for more than 20 years. But, this time I found painted rooms, new curtains, new air conditioners, refurbished bathroom... and that was a good surprise! The location is excellent (in the corner of Cordoba and Florida, just in front of Galerias Pacífico). The only problem we have when stay there is where to park the car that we rent.

Our stay was on June 23rd of 2017. The hotel has a good location next to Galeria Pacifico, but there are plenty of hotels centrally located.

We booked this hotel through Booking.com, and the pictures shown in its website do not match the rooms at all. The same can be said about the Hotel Centro Naval website. The room was old, noisy and filthy (see pictures). One of the beds had blood stain and the beds are uncomfortable, the walls were rundown and dirty, and the carpet was old.

The bathroom had a cracked sink, and there was no hot water when I took a shower around 7 pm in winter time. When I talked to the front desk about the water, the gentleman working that night was not helpful. He said that he only worked there, and he had nothing to do with it, and when people take showers during peak hours the hot water is gone (this was not disclaimed in the hotel website or Booking.com). Have we known that, we would have never booked this hotel. The hotel ruined our travel experience in Buenos Aires.

I also let that gentleman in the front desk know about the poor wi fi connection in the room, and how my room looked very different from their website. He seemed bother by my comments and my complains about these basic needs. He said that he would write everything I said in their complain book. Nothing was done to accommodate us. Very poor customer service.

In regards to breakfast, it had a poor selection of pastries, there was no decaf coffee and eggs. This hotel is not for international travelers. If you want to avoid a bad experience, stay away from this hotel. There are plenty of hotels in Buenos Aires and the metro takes you everywhere. This hotel is not even worth for the location.

I booked a room at hotel Centro Naval because I needed an inexpensive place for one night before flying home the next day. This hotel completely served that purpose. It has the two things i wanted most, free WiFi and free breakfast. The WiFi is fine and I was able to get things done. The breakfast, however, was disappointing. There was a tray of scrambled eggs, bread for toasting, and cold cuts and cheese. No sausage or baon. Coffee and juice were available. I found this lacking. For short, no nonsense overnights this hotel is fine. Great location even. For longer stays were comfort is important, other options are better.

The location is very convenient, next to Calle Florida.
Front desk is not helpful, some even don’t speak English.
Rooms are quite small, old and noisy.
Standard poor Argentinian hotel breakfast. Mostly pastries, no eggs.

Location is excellent and very convenient if you want to stay close to BA centre ( a few blocks away from Puerto Madero, Av Florida, casa Rosada. The building /rooms could do with some refurbishment however the staff is so nice and helpful that I would still recommend it. They sorted out airport pick up for us and also rang the ferry company and booked the tickets for us. Excellent service.

Have stayed many times in this hotel. The Main attribute is the local. Close to historic distric, the obelisco, Presidential Palace or Pink House. The fancy upscale shopping mall Galerías Pacifico is located just 30 meters away.
Breakfast is a bit out of the internacional standard of a buffet one. Rooms are modestly fitted. I recommend to stay for those price sensitive travellers.

I stayed 3 nights on an upper floor, window not on a main street,in early December 2014 and had a good experience. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful though English language skills were limited. Room was clean, everything worked, and it was quiet. Space was compact and furnishings were pretty basic, equal to the modest price. Free wifi worked well. Included breakfast was quite good. Location is excellent for most of the tourist sites in central Baires and I walked everywhere. Desk will arrange taxis or car and subway stop is close. Calle Florida and a very modern upscale mall are a block away. I felt safe walking in the area around the hotel at night. There were two computers available in the lobby. They kept my bags for me for an afternoon after I checked out. I would stay there again.

Todos os hotéis em Buenos Aires trabalham com a cultura dos hotéis internacionais. Sempre é possível fazer check in nesse horário.
