This is a great place to stay if you want a true boutique hotel experience. It is an excellent establishment that provides luxurious accommodations while still having the funky boutique hotel atmosphere. The staff is super helpful and really goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. If you’re looking for a unique experience in the Palermo area of Buenos Aires I definitely recommend considering this hotel.
One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff were attentive, warm and polite whilst the room was large and airy. The decor was beyond charming and the location was perfect. Can't wait to return!
We stayed here twice- once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. We had an incredible stay. The hotel is cozy and welcoming and the staff goes to great pains to make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast is also great and the best of the hotel breakfasts we experienced in Argentina (and we were at 5 hotels). Will definitely stay here again
Our stay here made our trip to Buenos Aires an incredible experience. From the help of Gladys & team to mke rearrangements (due to covid) before our stay, to the moment we walked in and got the most amazing advice from Ignacio, everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, it felt like home. But, really, it was the staff that made it so special. I can't say enough good things about them all, but especially Gladys & Igancio. Their recommendations made us fall in love with the city. Every day they had basically prepared for us the perfect itineraries of the coolest places to go in Buenos Aires, not your typical tourist places. We felt like we got to see the city as a local. We were treated like friends. For that we are forever grateful and cant wait to return, if only to see our hotel friends!…
Amazingly friendly small boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho - an island of greenery around a luscious internal courtyard/garden. This is a perfect pied à terre for discovering Palermo by foot, and exploring the further afield parts of Buenos Aires. The friendliest of staff is what makes it special.
We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. With its beautiful garden and pool, this is a haven of calm in buzzing Palermo Soho. The staff could not be more friendly and interesting to talk to about Buenos Aires. Thank you so much Gladys, Jose and Ignacio in particular. They go out of their way to help, whether it’s pointing us to the nicest local restaurants, delicious ice cream, best currency exchange, or booking transport and tables and offering tea just when you’re tired after a trip out. The generous and beautiful sitting room and bar area are decorated as if they’re still a private home. Our three children (aged 3, 5 and 10) could not have been more welcome. They loved playing in the pool and sitting room. The Francis and Sophia rooms are worth paying for. The others are beautiful and very comfy but these are huge and have wonderful big windows on the garden. We can’t wait to go back.…
We are on a trip of South America and this hotel is top of our list. From the most friendliest check in to the fantastic breakfast - we wish we stayed our whole time here rather than checking in at the overpriced and zero soul style over substance Faena. The only point we would highlight was the water pressure wasn’t to our liking but the service, the style, the boutique-Ness and location of this hotel and family run detail made us fall in love with BA that little bit more.
Me and my friend stayed for 4 nights last week and really loved the whole experience.. a pocket of tranquility and sophistication in the best location in BA. Palermo Soho is a fabulous barrio full of great bars and local boutiques. The customer service at this hotel is second to none - Gladys especially was the perfect hostess we were made to feel so welcome and at home, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is more like a sophisticated b&b than your average hotel it was quiet, exclusive and stylish. Sitting in the garden was pure bliss (just mind out for the mozzies as I got rather eaten alive! Despite anti mosquito spray being left out everywhere considerately I chose to ignore it stupidly). Rooms delightful, facilities brilliant. Highly recommended. So very sad to leave...
The hotel is unique and comfortable. Great breakfast, nice garden with a small pool to dip your toes in and a terrace. It’s good to get away from the heat of the city in a relaxed setting. It is however expensive for what it is.
We stayed here for 4 nights, 21st - 25th December. We stayed upstairs with a room at the rear overlooking the beautiful courtyard garden. The main thing about this place is the service.. Gladys, Camille, and Collin are all excellent. They could not do enough for you.. anything you need or ask for, they sort, they advise on anything you need, I don’t think we’ve ever been so impressed with the help ,we received from staff.. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. The maid was very nice. The breakfast was fantastic and consisted of a small buffet style, ham , cheese, pastry’s, as well as hot choices.. omelette, scrambles, pancakes etc... On top of this, you could help yourself to pastries, cakes, tea and coffee all day! We will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Buenos Aires…
