we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bys. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The pool was a big plus. The only negatives were the location, it was not close to the places we wanted to visit and the wifi which was spotty. the room was very nice, the breakfast was also good.

Modern, quiet and clean. Rooms are really as nice and in very good condition as seen on the pictures. Large and very comfy beds! Great breakfast buffet in a nice, friendly airy room. Good location in Palermo area. Less than ten miutes walk to the next metro station, never felt unsafe in the area. Many bus lines in the direct... More

Stayed in quite a few Hotels in Buenos Aires since it was the main hub for going on domestic flights all over Argentina and stayed here for two nice nights upon arriving from Iguazu. If I knew how amazing Hotel Bys Palermo was prior to my trips around Argentina, I would have booked more nights here. Close to AEP airport,... More

Lovely hotel given the room rate I paid and extremely friendly & informative staff. Based in Palermo in Buenos Aires. Only downside is that it is quite a walk to most places as it is on the far end of Palermo, therefore I was a little out of the way and required extra time to get to places. I would... More

Didn't really know what to expect when booked a four nights stay here at Christmas but it turned out to be an absolutely lovely place. First, it's a relatively small hotel, tucked away on a leafy but rather busy Palermo side street. All the bars, restaurants and cafes of Soho aren't too far away - about 10 minute walk. The... More

The internet connection in my room is terrible. That might not be the biggest deal for everyone, but as a traveller that requires a strong wifi connection, it's painful. I'm travelling for leisure, but need to stay connected to my office as well. That's impossible with the terrible service in my room. It cuts out every thirty seconds. I may... More

Located in the cool Palermo area, walking distance, the hotel is modern, design is pure, and bed very comfortable. Staff is also very nice and happy to help. No room service (i was exhausted after a 15h trip and would have enjoyed it at that point when I arrived), but there are so many nice or easy places around, that... More

This hotel probably has the most comfortable bed I ever laid on any hotel. The staff was very attentive and the breakfast was complete. It's located close to many bars and shopping places and although we stayed at a low floor it wasn't very noisy at all. I would return to this place without a doubt.

We were looking for a triple room (two adults, one teenager) for one night at the end of our visit to Argentina. We wanted to be in a slightly different area than we'd stayed in BA in the earlier part of our trip (Recoleta) and we were looking for proximity to AEP and an okay drive back to EZE. The... More

The room was nice, allthough I had a room at the streetside, so it was a little noisy. The hotel staff was really nice. The opening hours from the gym where very limited, allthough the staff agreed to open the gym outside opening hours so I could go before work. The gym however was not very nice, old machines soit... Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
