Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Stayed 8 Nights Pool closed open only mid December to February and you pay iaw there rules ...... Arrived around 6 PM from Jorge Newbury domestic airport ,greeted by reception Ricardo who was professional/efficient and friendly with excellent spoken English.A breath of fresh air cheerful and always smiling . He provided us with so much information ref: location ,transportation, sites etc Thank You Ricardo your a credit to Bys Hotel .....you made our stay a special one . I liked location 12mins walk to Medrano metro and around same time to Palermo soho ...good bus route 160 on gascon to north parks using your sube card only 28 pesos ,metro good price too for any station and one transfer. Nice hotel ,somewhat trendy vibe with entrance and reception, it’s seems to be a corporate/business one night hotel .Clean tidy rooms some issues with defects and the polystyrene cups in room and pay for coffee and tea in room. Changed my room after two days one A/C unit not working ,cupboard by sink door not shut and safe open but in locked position and no bath plug to have a bath . Allocated other room after above issues not rectified room 605 ,checked it all so OK , hence moved all or things into room within 5 mins all electric went out ....no power so we left are things and went out site seeing . Returned and got room at rear 510 due to noise at front ,the rooms are adequate need some updating tired sofa settees, tired mattress and sheets that do not fit mattress . There is a sink in room and cupboards strange as no plates ,cups or cutlery just 2 wine glasses and 2 polystyrene cups and a plastic spoon . WiFi Poor in our rooms speed test 1.45 mbps rubbish and in reception around 6-8 mbps due to high demand I believe from other clients/guests. All television channels are Spanish too ...lol ( not a real problem for us ) Breakfast very good and nice fresh variety of fruits but after 3-4 days exactly the same so repetitive but we did stay 8 nights staff very good too polite smiling and efficient. Weather beautiful here just come into summer season 28oC but Pool not open till Mid December to February and you have to PAY. Slightly annoying as you can see other pools and people around you from our roof enjoying their pools and I booked because of a pool with the weather so Hot .

Picked this hotel as it was near where our son lives and were delighted! Great friendly welcome, nice rooms (bed was too big - I couldn't see my wife - but I could still hear her (Ha bloody Ha!)) God breakfast and very fair rate.

The problems... 1. Our door was open on the second evening when we returned from street (security issues) 2. They didn't provide us a plate for room meal on the third night 3. They didn't have a plug adaptor ("use TV USB" was the advice... Still didn't work) 4. The temperature of the water was changing all the time during our baths 5. The noise in the hall in the early morning made our sleep impossible (housekeepers) 6. The check-in was only at 15h (most of hotels stablish 14h) 7. There was no late check out option

Room and bed were both huge. Modern and very well cleaned / maintained. Location is good - not on one of the main streets but within a 10 minute walk of plenty of nice pubs / cafes / shops. The main let down here was the level of noise. I think that we were unlucky in having a room next to the cleaners cupboard and elevator but we were constantly disturbed. Even when staff were talking at a normal volume the walls were so thin. In the three nights that we stayed my husband and I were both disturbed multiple times and woken up earlier than we would have liked; for this reason we would not stay here again.
