They are located in a amazing neighbourhood, near pubs, restaurants, etc. The room is simply amazing, big and comfortable. The staff is very good and friendly. I really recommend this hotel, despite of its price.

Stayed there for three nights January 2015. Really nice rooms, clean, decent breakfast, very helpful staff. All in all good. The pool is no pool though. Could use a gym as well. Great value for price.

We have stayed each year since Fierro opened and each time it has been better than before! The staff have always been great - helpful, friendly and efficient as ever. One or two minor problems with the building, such as wooden floor boards that were damaged in heavy rainfall and bathroom fixtures that weren't always perfectly "attached" have been fixed...

Fierro is a really classy boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and decorated - the king size bed was really comfortable. The staff are great, very efficient and tuned in to the guests' needs. Every little touch is catered for. The hotel restaurant we found to be excellent - would rate really highly agains any up- market restaurant, not...

This small hotel is wonderful however if you arrive at night and have not been to BA before don't be put off by the seediness of the location (which by the way improves with daylight). BA is seedy so it is confronting to newcomers, as we were. The street where Fierro is looks like somewhere you shouldn't be at night...

Beautiful boutique Hotel in Palermo. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food [especially the breakfasts] were some of the best we had in South America. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the service was fantastic. Our first room was overlooking the street which was a bit noisy as I am a very light sleeper but on...

Nice boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood with good restaurants nearby. Stayed in room 34, was comfortable, nice shower. Only stayed one night. Would stay there again. I asked for an iron and ironing board which were promptly brought up. I was also able to borrow a universal plug from reception to recharge my laptop and phone, which was handy.

I agree with the previous reviews - the staff is really nice, the hotel is nice (rooms are very comfortable and are clean and nicely decorated) and its a great value for the money. The included breakfast is excellent (great coffee!) and the location is nice - II had never stayed in Palermo Hollywood before, but I liked it a...

The rooms were amazing and updated, the rooftop pool was a nice escape from city life, but most of all the staff was AMAZING. From early check-in, to finding restaurants, to assisting with currency questions, the staff was friendly, smart and always available. The breakfasts are also very good and filling (homemade yogurt / granola was best I've ever had)...

Spent four nights here. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, genuine, patient, and pleasant. We reserved the suite, which had a balcony overlooking the courtyard. All the amenities inside the room were first rate. Included breakfast was delicious. Ate there one evening, also delicious. Would definitely stay if I visit Bs. As. again.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
