A nice hotel with a small gym and small spa. The location is very convenient: in the safe and beautiful "Barrio Palermo", close to the national flight airport and the main roads of the city. The rooms are very big and comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks with my wife and daughter. We were in room 406. From day one we found that there were small red ants in the bathroom, inside the closet and (yikes) between the sheets. We obviously reported the issue. They left a note acknowledging the problem and a can of Raid. Yes. A... More

The hotel is very well located The staff is helpful & sweet The rooms are big, with a little stove, electric kettle, coffee machine & a dining room table. It's not fancy & the rooms are quite basic. The restaurant downstairs is very good The swimming pool isn't big but it' a nice place to relax

Spent two nights. Nice and well equipped rooms. Lobby is small. Reservations are confusing. They have different price according to breakfast. They offer the higher price first. I was expecting to pay $280 but my card was charged $298. I'm not sure why. They attributed to the exchange rate applied by the card. Just an inconvenience.

The hotel has the perfect location, the room is big, the bed is good, but here comes the BUT: the A/C - Heater is noisy, old fashioned and it just doesn't do the job. It is just not acceptable for this kind of hotel. And the second BUT is the Diva Chef managed Restaurant and Room Service. The breakfast is... More

The staff at the front desk is unresponsive. unhelpful, and uninterested in anything that might interrupt their telephone conversations. The towels a the bathroom have long forgotten their days as such, they are rags. The staff at the breakfast restaurant adopted the attitude of the front desk people , they ignore you, at best. It's a shame that a hotel... More

I stayed here two nights. Liked the excellent staff (friendly, too) - there is always someone around to help you with anything you need (they made an effort to help me get tickets for a River Plate football game). Good location next to the city park "Parque Tres de Febrero" and the Zoo. Short taxi ride from Aeroparque airport. Seemed... More

A solid choice for people looking to stay close to the airport or Buquebus. Clean large rooms, great wifi, good breakfast buffet and amazing restaurant. The staff were kind and helpful and they have room service as well. No real complaints here

Stayed here 1 night after arriving from the states on an overnight flight and before flying out of AEP to Salta early the next morning. They didn't allow an early check-in but I found enough energy to walk to MALBA and then check out the Evita museum on the way back. Easy to find my way around the area even... More

Stayed one night at this nice hotel before an early flight out of AEP. It was about a 15 minute trip and they called a taxi for us which was waiting when we came down. Although it was only one night, I think I would have happily stayed longer to see more of this part of Buenos Aires as the... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
