There are so many NH hotels in downtown Buenos Aires which is very confusing. In fact the taxi dropped us at a different NH hotel and we have to call back the transport company to take us back to the right location, We arrived at the hotel at 6 am but have to wait till noon…
Firstly I have been told that a room is not available. After insisting they found a room. Had to ask 4 times for maintenance. After 4 days problem has been fixed. I cannot recommend this hotel! Only the last mechanic was friendly AND he fixed it!
Great location in the heart of the city, large airy rooms with very odd balconies. Staff were very helpful and food and drink was plentiful and tasty. The buffet pleased most people but was a litle crowded for breakfast.
