Excellent service, friendly staff. Fast room Service. Juan at the front desk went way beyond my expectations. The buffet needs to be improved, more items added. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is centrally located.
The location of the hotel is great. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc around. Short walk to Puerto Madero. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed extremely comfortable. Great water pressure. There is a hairdryer in the room. There is rooftop pool, but there are very few lounge chairs to use. Furthermore, the water is rather cold. However, the view over Avenida 9 de Julio is nice. The breakfast was fabulous. There was pretty much anything one would want and it was of good quality. There is an underground parking garage. Please note that it is rather challenging to turn the corners to go in and exit. If you have a big car, you might consider leaving it at a parking spot around the corner, which costs exactly the same.
It is a good hotel. But not for Americans. Because rooms are not big enough, no drawers anywhere, not too much privacy in the bathroom because of glass door that are swinging and don't cover the whole bathroom therefore almost part of the bedroom. Not a table with chairs. We had to ask for them, even though we had a Superior Room.
After a difficult situation with our Airbnb stay, NH Hotel 9 de Julio was able to book a room for my family and I the same day. It was important for me to stay in a space where everything was functioning well since I was on a business trip, but my family members that travelled with me were on leisure time. We arrived at the hotel late at night (late for us US residents), and the front desk immediately assisted us. When we arrived in the room, everything was clean and orderly. The next morning, my family and I were able to enjoy a healthy breakfast before stepping out for the day. During our stay, we noticed the hotel was near many shops and transportation services, and even near a famous landmark named The Obelisko. There are also several theaters with performances nearby. Additionally, it was very easy to hail a taxi and catch a ride from an Uber in this area. If you find yourself in the Capital of Buenos Aires and are seeking a comfortable stay, I would recommend considering the NH Buenos Aires 9 de Julio. Thank you, NH, for an amazing stay!…
Conveniently located in the central district near Calle Florida, theaters and restaurants. Great value for money. Staff could not have been more attentive or helpful.Rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable.
Very comfortable room, great location, helpful staff, nice restaurant, at a very reasonable price. My room overlooked the 9 de julio ave, from the 8th floor (superior king). Beautiful view of the avenue and the trees, and yet very quiet - the soundproof the room. I have stayed several times, and I love it!
We stayed here for one night prior to and after our cruise. This is a 4-start hotel well located in the heart of Buenos Aires. The staff was excellent and always ready to accommodate all of our needs. We arrived early in the morning and were very pleased to have our room ready. Our Room was roomy and super clean. A great value for our $. We highly recommend this hotel. Only 15 minutes to the port and the staff will arrange transportation. The hotel can also arrange transportation to and from the airport. Thank you Ivan, Valentina, Rocio, Ivan, Diego, Giselle and Juan for your excellent customer service and attention.
Modern bar and restaurant on ground floor great for guests and business meetings Fairly new hotel 5 years old Rooms are excellent all mod cons WiFi excellent Gym swimming pool on top floor Good value for money
One of the best options to stay in Buenos Aires is the " NH Buenos Aires 9 de Julio". A 4-star hotel extremely well located in the heart of Buenos Aires, very close to the main tourist attractions of the city, such as the Obelisk, Calle Florida and Plaza de Mayo.
Rooms are large but ours was in need of some repair floor was damaged and the toilet door handle not attached to the door. Sheets on the bed were stained. There were tea and coffee making facilities but we had 1 tea bag provided (we stayed 2 nights) while the room was made up on the second day tea and coffee was not topped up. This is not the standard I would have expected from this type of hotel. On a positive note the breakfast was good a wide variety of fruit, cheese ,meats and pastries as well as a cooked option
