It is difficult to praise the hotel enough! The friendliest staff I have ever encountered with Eva, Noa, Rafa and Haq. Rich sources of information, helpfulness and friendliness. The flowers in the room on the return-stay with the nice card made me really feel at home. Great breakfast with home cooking for breakfast. Fresh coffee and tea during the day....

This is quickly becoming our go to hotel in Palermo. We have stayed at others but, for the price, service and location, this hotel can't be beat. Looking forward to returning to BA and staying there again.

The friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered! We dealt with 3 different people on reception who were all wonderful. In fact, when we arrived very tired, we were greeted with "Welcome home", what a lovely thing to say. Finally, great coffee in a B.A. Hotel and wonderful eggs cooked how you like!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Charming decor and comfortable, but the highlight is the service. The staff are very friendly and have helped us a lot to make sense of a strange city, especially on the first day of landing. Breakfast was excellent and the kitchen staff genuinely super friendly and very understanding despite us not...

The Duque Hotel is in a great location for experiencing the neighbourhood of Palermo and its nightlife, as well as being convenient for access to all of Buenos Aires. But it's the staff in the hotel that make a difference, whether that is arranging airport transfers, excursions (we had a fabulous day at the Polo grounds) or just being a...

4 of us spent three nights and duque hotel and spa and were generally very pleased, probably 4.5 rating if it were a choice. Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
