My son and I stayed here for two days before and one day after a ski trip. The rooms were large and pretty quiet, with a small kitchen and sofa. We found the WIFI to be very good with no issues at all. The hotel is just a block from Recoleta Cemetary and a number of nice spots to eat.... More

the hotel is average/below average for the area and the price - but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of useful internet. the signal in the rooms is off most of the time, and when it is on it requires to constantly log in. even the computers in the lobby often have no functional internet! the bandwidth is USELESS,... I went with my family to spend the Christmas and we had a good quality time. The bedroom is big and complete. You have a small kitchen with stove and microwave, all cups and silverware, very well tidy. You'll find a decent loung in your bedroom with couch, coffee table and comfortable chairs. And there is a very nice bed... More

The hotel was close to many restaurants. Reception was great at giving recommendations for dinner. Room Ok with good shower. It is a fair way from the City Centre but we walked there so it isn't a bad location. Only issue is there is two hotels with the same name within a close distance which is a bit confusing.

The hotel is great. Service is excellent. The room we stayed in was perfect with a little kitchen and decent living area and wonderful king size bed! Right near the historic cemetery and galleries and in the heart of the Recoleta district. We walked everywhere for the week and it was excellent. the staff were very helpful in anything we... More

This is the first time I stayed at a boutique hotel, which is not part of your usual chain type of hotel. I was pleasantly pleased from the moment I walked through the door. The Front Desk Clerk was very helpful and was well versed in English, so made me feel even more comfortable since I was travelling to this... More

This hotel is in a nice part of Buenos Aires, and our room looked out on a park and the Recoleta cemetery. It would be a mistake to miss walking through the Recoleta cemetery, which is like a city of the dead; so this hotel is well positioned for access to it as well as several other sites that are... The hotel itself is pretty nice and very conveniently located. It was nice having the little kitchenette. It's very close to the cemetery and a number of restaurants. Only complaint was that they couldn't offer a late check-out on a Tuesday when the place seemed pretty empty.

The front desk staff did a great job welcoming and answering all questions. Very helpful...It is a very clean lobby and comfortable to sit in to do some emailing. I liked the layout of the room and kitchenette. A contemplative view of Recoleta Cemetery was an added bonus... Only issue was the last night air conditioner wasn't cooling the room.... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighborhood Profile
Recoleta
Characterized by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighborhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centered on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
