This is great hotel with lovely staff. Anything we needed help with they were so helpful. Our room was lovely, clean, modern and a great tv (we could hook it up to our Netflix, a lovely treat after a long day sight seeing!) The breakfast is lovely also
We booked the twin family room which was a decent size and had a small balcony to the rear of the building. The beds were excellent and having access to a full-size fridge and combi oven was great. Although we loved the design of the shelves we did struggle with the small amount of hanging space. The addition of a small standard wardrobe would be beneficial. The breakfast spread was great as was the ability to grab a coffee any time of day from the machine. Location is great for getting to main sites especially if your happy to use the buses.
Excellent room space , comfortable rooms, cosy, good quality rooms. Receptionist FERNANDO and CORAL makes the real experience worth to repeat. Ask them everything and they’ll bring solutions. hotel itself very boutique alike.
This is a lovely hotel in a great location, we walked everywhere from here. The staff were friendly and helpful when we asked for advice. Nice breakfast to get us started for the day. The rooms are are really good size and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we return to BA.
Wife and I were here for 5 nights in April. We arrived via official taxi from AEP. It was easy really, at the automatic kiosk in the Airport. Punch in the hotel address, and it prints out a receipt on how much it would be without toll. You can ask the driver to not go through toll, or you can pay an extra 25 pesos for the toll on top of the price indicated on the receipt. Our check in process was great. the lady that helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable., and answered all the questions we had. Our room was modern, comfortable, and clean. AC worked great, TV channels were plentiful along with English none-dubbed channels. WiFi worked great. There was a mini kitchen in the room, which we fully taken advantage of during our stay. One thing we thought was weird, was that the glass sliding door is smaller than the actual frame. So we absolutely can not lock the sliding door because of it. It felt a bit unsafe, but we were also on the American equivalent of 5th floor, the only person that can potentially come in was our next door neighbor which we sort of shared a balcony with. But still, I think this should be fixed for peace of mind. Breakfast was good at the hotel, very basics, but plentiful nonetheless. The hotel location was great in proximity to the historical core. From the hotel we were able to use public transport and reached everywhere we needed. the bus to Retiro Train station was right outside the hotel. Metro station Callao was around the corner. There was 2 supermarket within a block from the hotel. Although everyone was super nice and everything was near perfect. We will most likely not be back to the Recoleta area again. within Recoleta, Everythign is rushed, even during business time. We can not simply just stroll at a leisure pace on the sidewalks window shop or be a tourist. We felt rushed everywhere we go, because there wasn't much room for people to walk around us. We stayed in Palermo before, and it was relaxing with wonderful neighborhoods and outside cafes. Here in recoleta was the total opposite. We'd stay here again if we need the close proximity to the ferry dock or conduct business in the historical core. But most likely we'd pick a hotel in Palermo next time, due to no fault of the hotel.…
