The shining stars of this excellent hotel were the staff. Everyone, from front desk staff to breakfast buffet servers were unfailingly friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were so patient in letting me try my fledgling Spanish while at the same time supplementing communication with their excellent English skills. Their recommendation regarding restaurants, and public transportation were very helpful. The hotel was spotless, and the beds comfortable as well.
The location, perhaps, was the only downside for us, though this may only reflect our tastes, not yours. This location, while close to a variety of stores and restaurants, was also always filled with traffic and noise. There were no pedestrian-only areas nearby and it was a significant walk to the closest large park. The metro was nearby, but had limited lines, making buses the easiest transportation method - despite being intimidating to use.

Modern boutique hotel in a great location. Great staff. Luggage storage available. We were able to pay in cash and take advantage of the Western Union U.S. dollar to peso rate. City view from heated pool was nice even if pool was only 3 feet deep at best. Buffet breakfast was excellent even if the choices were the same everyday. Nice small walled garden area off the restaurant. Very affordable spa services available onsite if you schedule with front desk. Check in was supposed to be 3pm but didn't get our room until 30-40 minutes late. If you are in rooms 103 or 104 you are directly above the restaurant / bar and they play music all day which sends a mild thumping through the floor. Wifi is painfully slow, ran two wireless speed tests and got 11Mbps and 33Mbps download speeds. Coffee pods for in-room coffee machine are only complimentary for first night then you have to purchase them from front desk (coffee included in buffet breakfast).

We went to eat at his CRAIG restaurant at night. The place is small and there were people at only 4 tables of which in one was the owner with all his friends watching Velez Boca. It took them half an hour to get the ticket. An hour to bring the dishes. When asked if the food was too far away, the waitress explained "it's the chef's fault, I should have left two hours ago" as if that were an excuse to give an otherwise poor service for what they charge. It was the trigger to leave. The worst. They wanted to stoke up the dishes they hadn’t even left on the table, while the owner and his friends took everything to make them comfortable. For making a few more mangoes watching the game with friends and not closing the place I provide a nefarious service. Place I'll never go back

It is a good hotel overall, ideal location with modern and clean rooms.
The WiFi could be improved as it is slow and not strong enough to support Microsoft Teams calls. That’s disappointing for a hotel of this price range.
Breakfast starts at 7:30, a bit late if you are a morning person.
Unfortunately our stay turned from good to bad, when a set of jewelry went missing in the room. The management investigated and searched, but couldn’t find the jewels. Apart from light excuses, they did not try to make up for it. They somehow made us feel we had lost the jewels ourselves. In the end, if something disappears from your room and does not reappear, it won’t be their fault. It made us worry about our stuff every time we left the hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location and is very beautiful. The breakfast is very tasty, with a lot of options, freshly cut fruit and the bread options were excellent. The room is very comfortable and we had no problems with cleanliness. The staff were helpful whenever we needed help or tips. The only negative point of the hotel that we found was the lack of sound insulation in the room. We stayed on a floor where there were three more rooms besides ours. We were lucky that we didn't have noisy neighbors and so we didn't have any problems with that when it came to resting. But when we were in the room and someone was waiting for the elevator, we heard the conversation as if the people were in the same room as us. You can also hear it clearly when your neighbor opens his window. But we had a great experience and we thought the hotel was great value for money.

This is a very modern and new apart hotel located in Recoleta near to the junction of Santa Fe and Callao. The location is fantastic with easy access to all the hotshots either by walking or in one of the many buses that pass close by. The rooms are large and come with a living sector and sleeping area. Not enough closet space though for clothes which is the only downside. The rooftop pool makes for a great way to cool down on the hot summer days and there is a small gym on the 9th floor as well. Breakfast is served in the bar area and includes all the usuals e.g. cereals, breads, medialunas, eggs, ham, bread, fruit etc. A glass of champers each day after 6pm is a nice tough. Would definitely recommend

AQ Tailored suites is a pretty cozy property, with less than 30 rooms, which gives privacy and comfort to its patrons. The environment, furniture and entrance have a contemporary design, giving a modern look to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and quiet although located in a busy street next to restaurants, stores and supermarkets. Breakfast tastes as home made, with good assortment of pastries, fruits, juices and even a 18-month aged ham. Internet connection works fine, and staff is very friendly. There is also a small, but nice swimming pool at the rooftop, and a small gym with spa services provided. It was an excellent vacation experience in a charming city. Looking forward to return to this hotel.

We stayed in this modern well located hotel in August 2019 for 8 nights. Our expectations on the level of service from the wonderful staff, spacious and quiet rooms, super comfortable beds and breakfast were well exceeded. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk to the stunning Teatro Colon, downtown, Recoleta and San Telmo. Many restaurants offering great service and food at super value are close by. The front desk staff were always super helpful with tips and suggestions, the buffet breakfast had plenty of options and range to suit the fussiest of eater. We walked and used taxis day and night around the city and the neighbourhood and enjoyed the big city vibe. Despite reading about the safety of the city we never felt unsafe. We would not hesitate to come back to this hotel when returning to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended, a real gem and great value.

Dear Mr/Mrs,
Thanks for choosing AQ Tailored Suites.
We can provide transfer service from Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE) to the hotel or from the hotel to EZE (28 km - 17.5 miles). It would be a private car with chauffeur. The price is USD$50.-
A taxi from the Cruise Terminal to the hotel won't be exceed ARS$ 500.- (approximately US$ 8.-). Another option is to order a Cabify (legal app simimal to Uber) which works really good in Buenos Aires City with fixed prices and credit card as a payment method.
If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be working on your request.
We hope you have an enjoyable stay at AQ Tailored Suites.
Best regards,
Coral
