Absolutely horrible stay. For 400 USD a night, it was definitely the worst hotel I have stayed in. Barely any of the staff spoke English. And when we asked for directions to get a local SIM card or exchange money, they had absolutely no idea where to get a SIM card and the address they provided to exchange money was not open. Not only were the walls super thin and could hear everything going outside in the hall, the air conditioner broke in the middle of the night at 4am. After struggling to find an English speaking staff they found as a fan instead of offering to find us a room with a working aircon. Definitely not worth a stay especially given the price point

Excellent position. BUT, terrible breakfast, they lost part of our laundry and, when we returned to our room at 6:00 pm after a busy day out, we discovered it hadn’t been cleaned or the bed made. Reception could not have been less interested.

My husband I started our trip to Argentina in BA (only 2 nights). Spacious room with a balcony you could actually sit out on during the day or enjoy at night. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was included and adequate. The location was in a very nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Walkable to a lot of sites. I recommend going to the San talmo market and getting food. It was a fun atmosphere. We especially enjoyed el Hornero for empanadas. We didn’t have time but the hotel had bikes you could rent for 2 hours free. They also gave us information for a safe place to exchange money unofficially. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I, as seasoned world travelers, had a stellar experience at the Casasur Hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel boasted immaculate cleanliness and optimum comfort in a location that could not be more ideal. The shower facilities were particularly notable, equipped with an excellent shower head that provided an added touch of luxury. Above all, the affable staff members contributed significantly to making our stay truly unforgettable.

CasaSur Recoleta was a perfect place for our stay in Buenos Aires. It's a small hotel, excellently located in a very nice area. The service is superb and the rooms are very comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel when we are in Buenos Aires again.

A fantastic boutique hotel situated perfectly in the Recoletta neighbourhood. The rooms in the small hotel are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Bathrooms a perfection. I had a lovely balcony to drink my morning coffee and watch the bustling street scape. reservation came with morning breakfast which offered a huge assortment of pastries, fruit, cold cuts and breakfast fare. The staff was helpful and kind and assisted me with arranging my airport transfer upon departure. Highly recommended

I've spent 3 days at Casasur Recoleta with my husband and friends. The hotel is very well located, near restaurants, shopping and parks. The rooms are spacious, pillows are great and the bathroom has a waterfall shower. Breakfast had a lot of options and the food was delicious! I would definitely recommend.

Superb location, large room, wonderful warm staff and expansive breakfast. Convenient to the Recoleta cemetery—-a MUST see—-and the pick up point for the yellow city bus . Surrounded by high end shops and easy walking distance to most tourist sites. Staying here is a no brainer.

The hotel is nice, decent breakfast and generally friendly staff. A bit overpriced. Don’t ask the receptionist to call you a taxi, they wanted me to charge five times more than it actually cost! Left a bad impression that they tried their side hustle on me the day I checked out.

we stayed in this boutique hotel 3 times during our trip to Argentina, rooms are small but cozy, with a nice touch, they have everything you may need, location is great, staff is very kind and helpful, breakfast is nice. perfect location to explore Buenos Aires and 15 minutes from local airport
