Neighborhood
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.

Stayed here for 10 days and I could not have been more pleased with the service, amenities, size of room and balcony, and the warm cozy feeling you felt coming and going from my home away from home. Great location near the new outlet mall -you don’t want to miss on your way to catch the subway to everything you want to see. For fun and funky shopping and eateries just steps away from front door. I was most pleased when I arrived to my clean room and my lost earring in the bedside table I will not stay anywhere else but with the “Glu” family when in BA

Hotel's Favorite
I was in Buenos Aires for business and this hotel had been recommended to me by a colleague. The location is fantastic, an easy walk to many restaurants, bars and shops in Palermo Soho. The staff is nothing less than amazing. I spent a week there, and by the second day I was greeted by name when I came back to the hotel from the worksite, Breakfast is included and served in your room. Just call down and tell them what you want -- I had orange juice, strawberry yogurt, croissants, scrambled eggs, a banana and cappuccino every morning. They noted the order so if you want the same thing every day, you don't have to repeat yourself. I'd call down and in about ten minutes it was at my room. The staff is great at making recommendations, and reservations. I came in after 9 one night and I was dead tired, I asked if there was food that could be delivered. He told me that he could get a pizza delivered pretty quickly. He asked me what I wanted on it and I told him. He said he'd take care of it. I went to my room and less than a minute after I got there the phone rang. It was reception telling me that they can get one delivered in for 380 pesos. I told him that sounds good. He said he'd take care of it, pay for it, and bring to my room and I can give him the cash for it. Half an hour later, there he was, with my pizza. So appreciative that he took care of it all. This is a delightful hotel. I hope to travel back to BA for tourism some day, and this is where I want to stay.

This full service hotel in Buenos Aires is a great value. The rooms are modern and spacious. They have a refrigerator and water pot in the room for either tea or coffee. Room rate comes with breakfast, you can eat downstairs or in your room. The WIFI works well. Lucas and Carolina the receptionist are tremendous, from room booking, transportation to and from the airport, booking tango shows, and everything else they made our stay so much better. This place is a must stay!

I actually joined trip advisor so that I could give this hotel a rave review. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. Great location and excellent service. Breakfast in the room each morning. One morning I called and had breakfast delivered within 10 minutes! The staff is friendly and everyone at the front desk speaks English. They were able to exchange small amounts of money too. Wish I had stayed here the first time I came to Buenos Aires.
