Hotel the glu is located at the heart of Palermo Soho, very close to restaurants, bars and stores. The room is spacious and was very clean, with a very comfortable bed and there is a small counter, microwave, wine glasses for those who want to make the meals in the room. The bathroom has a wonderful shower and it was...

First trip to Argentina and having helpful, knowledgeable staff made all the difference. Upon arrival, Alejandra (in perfect english) helped explain to us in a concise but detailed manner the local area, main sightseeing points and then suggested restaurants fitting precisely our preferences, which were all spot on. Any needed reservations were made immediately and with care for dietary restrictions,...

I am sitting in the lobby of the Glu Hotel waiting for a taxi for the airport writing while still fresh . This has been a gem of a boutique hotel , only 11 rooms, with the best personalised care given to us. The rooms are spacious, the bed a king & we were at the back of the building...

This is a nice, clean hotel on the edge of Palermo Soho with everything an international traveler would reasonably want. What sets apart is the incredibly friendly and helpful concierges who man the front desk. They were unfailingly welcoming and helpful, and had very useful suggestions that were clearly based on a great deal of experience as to what visitors...

Stayed at this beautiful gem for a night only at the beginning of May and would stay again without hesitation. Hotel is chic and modern, our room (203) was huge, with a small balcony, a very large and comfortable bed, sofa, bar stools, wine cups, bathrobe, the works. Everything in wood and leather. Bathroom was modern and had l'Occitane amenities....

Two 4 night stays this month at The Glu Hotel Palermo. I endorse previous comments. Every thing was first class and staff really gave me a home away from home feel. Location and ease of travel to all places easy. Gordon Shadforth.

This boutique hotel is a little gem! ...In the heart of hip Palermo. We arrived and were immediately offered a drink (tea, coffee, water, juices) before checking in and going to our room. The rooms are a nice size with great little balconies to sit out on and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. Everything is very carefully and...

The Glu Hotel, and more specifically the employees are simply fantastic. My Spanish is poor, so they have offered generously to help with everything. They secured cabs, gave restaurant advice, remembered my morning drink choice, etc. Seriously you will not find any better service in the world. And the WiFi is good. Enjoy.

These guys were simply the best, most helpful and friendly team you could hope for. I have stayed in far more expensive hotels that have not offered such a fabulous level of welcome. with limited Spanish, they were so helpful in recurring restaurant bookings and providing local advice and assistance. I would book this hotel again in an instant.

Spent a weekend in BA and stayed in the Glu Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and we had a warm welcome. Also we received very helpful hints what to do nearby. Palermo and SoHo is pretty hip and has a great nightlife.

Staying in Palermo

Neighborhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favorite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
