The hotel is clean 3*. Don't expect more, but you won't expect less either. Very clean area, quiet smiling staff who don’t know Russian at all, but are always ready to communicate through Google translator. The rooms are old, but clean. They give you at least a carload of hygiene supplies, and they will also thank you for contacting them. Hot, not warm! There is always water in the shower, but the shower leaks...there is a lot of food, but it is very spicy and there is little fruit, there are no sweets at all! There weren't many people, we were there from January 4 to January 14, it felt as if we had bought the entire hotel and rented the entire beach, just 6 people with us. Very quiet and peaceful! Of the voice acting there are only cats and a huge number of crows. There is NO animation or entertainment, i.e. just relax and breathe the air! But it’s nice to receive a gift from the hotel that’s for EVERYONE! Free crab trip and another one to Flaming Island. For independent entertainment, go to the old fort museum, entrance is 5 dirhams, go to another beach, I have attached a photo. This is if you stand facing the hotel entrance, then on the left side. The result is a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Very good for a not so expensive type of getaway, if you only want your family to spend time away from the city. We celebrated my daughter's birthday here and booked three Seaview rooms with buffet dinner and breakfast. The room was nice and clean. It has a great view of the ocean and balcony was lovely. The outside area seems a little old but their staff are all friendly and prompt in service. From reservation, until we checked-out they had provided my family an excellent service. Buffet food selection are few but the taste is fine, from the price that we paid it is just right. Overall we are very satisfied and my family enjoyed it. Thank you - Sheriff/Michelle of Reception, Nisha/Awesh/Paji Singh of Housekeeping and Maintenance, Restaurant Staff (sorry if we spelled your name wrong :-)

Worst Resort in my life!!!
Very bad and old about to fall rooms ,
No proper facilities at all,
They are charging too high for the rooms as if they are giving us 7* services.
Don’t ever trust the pictures shown in websites , they are jz edited and beautified.
Very pathetic rooms ,
Resort is jz a Fake Name,
There is not a single facility that looks like a resort here,
Only thing is its jz beachfront and that’s why they are charging like hell !!
Beach is the worst here,
Stinks and dirt Accumulated in the shore, doesn’t even feel like sitting there
Too much noisy corridors even if the doors are closed !!

Thought of getting away from city load to some peaceful place ended up in a trash. We had a free upgrade where the receptionist gave us 2 views 1 facing lake and side facing construction site which was great. The moment we checked in the room my kid grabd chocolates from the mini bar which looked weird and expired i informed the receptionist a guy came to collect it and no more chocolates.we went to the pool next to spend some time with kid and ended up in a pool with dead flies. We had to call the guy to clean up. So every was mess we finally thought of having a drink 2 shots of tequila by a great bartender who was cutting a ugly lemon and squezin it with his fingers. We just wantd to run away. And at the time of check out we became looters the receptionist did the final check with a bellboy for mini bar and the room and they found out smirnoff was missing which was funny as we didnt find anything like that in the minibar and i had to make her understand that there was no smirnoff. And she said its ok and finally we escaped from this adventure land FLAMINGO.

Don't you ever come with your family for this resort if you are looking for a comfortable stay. This beach resort accommodate 14 days hotel stay for those who doesn't have direct flight. Next to my room the set of labor type was there in their usual lungi and towel and watching from the balcony for the free bikini show desperately. Herewith i have uploaded the pictures , please have a look before your valuable stay and money.

The closer and closer we got to the hotel, the worse the neighborhood got. We ended up near the old corniche and all the buildings were run down, or partially destroyed. If I had not prepaid on Agoda I would have left. The first room they gave looked like something out of a scaring movie. Men were sitting in chairs in front of the motel room, no one in the pool, some families were grilling and fishing. Other families having parties and people fishing at the swimming beach. I went to the front desk, and said this room is not what I paid for, we are unhappy can you find us another room with a balcony. After 20 minutes, they found us a room. It was better in a newer part of the hotel. We stayed, because we paid. But there were no towels in our room or at the pool. The grounds were over crowded with day pass people even during Covid. The only thing good was the food we ordered at the outside bar. Breakfast was terrible only Had instant coffee and poor quality food to eat. The other part was they charged as much as the new 5 star hotel back in a better part of town. That was not in the listings yet. Wow, scary hotels are the worst.

Really enjoyed the hotel! Responsive staff, delicious food, cozy territory, great fishing. Be sure to take a fishing rod or spinning rod to this hotel. We want to visit this hotel again with our husband. Thank you so much to all the staff!!! The fish can be watered and given to the kitchen by the hotel for cooking.

We booked the room directly calling the property. First off all,Compare to the rate cleanliness is 0 it’s very dusty. literally our feet had a lots of dust. Room hasn’t been cleaned for sure. I told them I have a two month old baby and the other room has 9 month old baby. Dust even on the bed,on table, it seems they have not sell this room for a week, that much dirty the floor.

Location is okay for photos only.
Kids pool has not been filtered, so much tissue in it.

Other pool is okay but it’s very crowded.
Lifeguards doing good job by paying attention. One good thing about the pool is, it open till 11:00 pm.

We had breakfast included to the rate. You don’t have much to eat, it is not worth the price.

If you really wanna go there, book normal room, we booked for sea view, for nothing. Believe me when I say..it is not worth the money you pay.

The place is sooooo nice! We really had a nice time especially this resort has a private beach. Would really wanna go back.
We had a buffet for breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing!

The only things we didnt like much were:
1) the road to reach the resort as it was not cemented
2) the customer service I sent an email to which i had to wait for days to get an answer and when i didnt get, i emailed again and thankfully, another person answered.
3) the customer service who i called the day of the check in to ask if we could check in early, they told me to call again at 11am or 12pm, so I did then he told me to check again at 2:30. Check in is at 3pm bro and we were coming from Dubai. Calling at 2:30pm to check if we can get early check in is a joke.
4) Room's furniture and the room itself was a bit old, but it's okay. At least there was no bugs.

I really enjoyed it! The hotel is quite ordinary, the food quite, did not remain hungry. Pros: swimming pool until late evening (up to 22 for sure), rescuers, amazing night crab hunting (drove 2 times), and of course fishing. Right in the hotel, right off the pier. Kids caught change and adult uncles caught serious trophies. It's a real fishing international fraternity every night. The on-site gear store is also a plus, and you can order shrimp there. The beach is quiet. Want to ride the waves - on the other side of the word is a beautiful long beach with waves, 15 minutes by taxi. I'll definitely be back here!
