The hotel has become better in terms of renovation and service. The rooms are large and it's nice, the cleaning is high quality, every day. It's true that condensation is dripping from the air conditioner. The bathroom has everything for taking a shower, scrub soap, shampoo, conditioner.
They provide water every day, 2 bottles.
Wifi is stable.
TVs need to be tuned, the staff will help.
The breakfasts are varied, dinners are according to the tourist menu, and this is not pleasing. Having to eat the same thing over and over from a small number of dishes gets boring! The soup is not tasty and the same for all days, there are 4 salads but only 2 of them are edible, there are no snacks like hummus, why not add it to the menu? Hot 10 dishes, edible at least 5, dessert - the choice is terrible and small, except for watermelon, nothing ice cream!! Jelly and milk are something terrible. In general, I advise the hotel management to reconsider the menu in the direction of improving the quality and quantity of dishes! If there is no buffet (usually in the summer they save on tourists).
Next is the beach, improved, but there are guests with dogs, the music is played very loudly from 16.00 from Friday to Sunday (normal people still sleep after lunch) 😁
Swimming pool - towels are provided in the cafe, there are people there, and a lot of them are local, they drink right in the pool. The showers and toilets are excellent 👌, the water in the pool is pleasant.
Check in immediately, great 👌
The staff is always friendly everywhere.
There are many restaurants near the hotel, you can take a taxi on foot, no one walks! You can also go to Carifur, Lulu, new Lulu.
You can walk all night along the beach and along the sea in any direction and further than our beach, it’s safe..

The hotel is very nice and quietly located. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately, some of the rooms do not have a balcony. The complex is small, so the distances are short. The staff is friendly, but not very service-oriented. We had booked all inclusive, which did not meet our expectations at all. You were only allowed to have one meal each and eat at lunch either at the pool bar (but only from 2:30 p.m.) or in the restaurant. I wanted to order a smoothie at the pool bar, but was told: Smoothies are not included. We traveled with a small child who gets hungry from time to time. It was very difficult for us to fulfill his wishes. The selection of food for children was also very limited, always related to the 4.5 star category. There were no pool boys who asked for drinks. We had to get our drinks ourselves and most of the drinks were in cans. The food selection was quite limited due to the size of the hotel. The food was tasty and appetizing. The beach is very narrow, slopes steeply after a few meters and is located in a bay with a view of construction sites. There was a very nice, covered children's pool and also a playground. At weekends, locals use the hotel's facilities, so there were hardly any free spaces on the beach and pool. All in all, due to the limited service and the fact that the all-inclusive offer and the 4.5***** category do not do justice to it, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right. We cannot recommend the hotel.

Last time I came was a while back, I did not really enjoy it that much, but this stay was a whole other thing..
We were a group of friends who booked a couple of rooms in the hopes to just relax from our busy lives, little did we know it was gonna be one of the best decisions we have taken for a while.
Plenty of changes happened since my last visit, from the lobby to the staff friendliness & professionalism to the rooms & public area / the greenery around the rooms, the pool & beach bar...you just feel so disconnected from life's hassle as if you're on some tropical island!!
Amazing team, great diversity in the beautiful crowd, positive vibes positive staff so caring and supportive & the food is just great...In my 2 days stay I literally tried 90% of the food menu & couldn't say about any item other than perfect.
The sunset view and music are awesome.
All in all lovely experience, value for money
highly recommended

We were quite disappointed with our stay at Umm Al Quwain Beach Hotel. The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations, with construction debris scattered around the property, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, many of the rooms were outdated and in poor condition, vastly different from the polished images shared on Instagram. To make matters worse, we encountered unprofessional service from the front desk staff, who were not only unhelpful but also attempted to overcharge us. It's unfortunate because the hotel has significant potential due to its location and overall concept. Perhaps once the renovations are complete and service improves, it could be a much better experience.

A nightmare
- very unfriendly service
- very rude staff
- not informed about the renovation going on, so you find yourself in the middle of a construction site when you are thinking you pay fir a nice suite to spend a nice weekend.
- dangerous to walk around because of materials for renovation not protected.
- suites are smelly...all of them smoking unlike the info they give.
- room service inexistant.
I would say any service is inexistant.
- overpriced in the weekend
- food not good at all.
- several amenities but obsolete and/or damaged so you can't use them.
- only Beah is nice

By far the worst experience in a hotel I have ever had.
Started upon check in- once I reached the room I noticed that all the toiletries were missing so I called the reception and house keeping to send them, however till 7 pm they didn’t and they only sent it after I spoke to the manager of the hotel.

When we reached the beach we asked for towels but they were out of towels and we had to wait for 30 minutes to get 2 towels.

there was a new employee I think he is a waiter called Charbel and all day he is walking around and staring at women in a very disgusting way.
Even when I was walking next to my girlfriend on the beach I noticed several times just staring inappropriately at her.

Last at night starting 10 pm I planned to go to sleep but couldn’t sleep due to a generator sound which was very loud, I called the reception to ask them to switch it off but they said that security came to check and there was nothing.
By 12 midnight I called again and went out of the room to meet the security and he confirmed the annoying sound is from the ac compressor which they couldn’t fix and all night we were unable to sleep due to that sound.

Next day morning we head to the beach and again they are out of towels and it took 45 min for them to arrange us beach towels which were not even beach towels but rather shower towels.

Our check out time was at 8 pm, I requested them to clean the room and arrange the bed by 2 pm yet they never did and the room was left unclean till our checkout time.
The towel were not changed and the bed was left u touched and finally the entire stay the bathroom walls were leaking water non stop.

I have been coming to this hotel for the past 5 years on monthly basis and I’m more of a regular customer but what I have experienced this weekend is the worst I have ever seen.

I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service at this hotel. When I arrived I was told to leave my car in front of the hotel to check in. Then once checked in they told me my room is to the left with no other instruction not even about breakfast or the facilities available. I unloaded my car and started to walk with all my things to the apartments which I could not find due to absolutely no signage, only from the beach there were hotel room numbers not from reception. I ended up leaving my things on a grass area to walk back to reception and only then they told me to take my car around to get closer to the room which was through another barrier. After finding the room, I went to the beach. Having towel cards, I asked the nearest staff in a hut on the beach who spoke back to me in Arabic and dismissed me. I found the pool and finally got towels from there and set myself up on the beach. Once back in the room, the ac had a leakage over the table and no wifi connection. When I phoned reception to ask to be connected, they said it's open. I said I can't connect and they replied its Etisalat there are no problems with the hotel. This is after trying on two phones in the room and on the beach and then a laptop in the room. Still no connection and no further assistance only abrupt responses. It is a shame because I really like the layout of the hotel and their rooms but I would not recommend this to anyone that hasn't been here before as I felt very intimidated by staff and unsure what to do or where to go.

Our special place to stay in Umm Al Quwain. It was a perfect 2 day getaway.
Lumibeach, the beach club, made us feel like if we were in a different country. Housekeeping was great, making sure the room was neat and organized when we return from the beach.
The hotel is pet friendly. Although we do not own pets, we love petting all the dogs around.
Breakfast buffet is amazing. They offer a wide variety of items from hot, cold, savoury and sweet. Overall great job.
Thank you, we will come back again

If you have a room you don't pay parking and we were approached by a guy just as we drove in the hotel and he charged us 50dhms even though we told him we had a room. Only to find out that its not even the normal price which is usually 15dhms. We told the hotel about this but they are not taking responsibility and say the valet parking is separate, so basically no money has been returned and nothing was done about it. All the rest was good.

Sorry you should send your question directly to the hotel. We had apartment in a villa near the beach. It means that I would not expect any problem for pets but this is my opinion only.
