We were at this hotel just short of two weeks ago and it’s horrendous, we really beat ourselves up after arriving there we didn’t read the bad reviews before going because trust me BELIEVE THEM! Let’s start when we arrived, we paid for a double room as a couple but got put into a twin, where we had to slide the single beds together and usually we wouldn’t mind this if there were no other rooms available but after asking for 2 nights straight to change our rooms, we were told it would get sorted the next day and heard nothing back, to then find out during the last day of our stay the domestics were airing out rooms and the room next to us was a double bed and it was empty our whole stay!! Bearing in mind the hotel wasn’t busy at all, I’d say 10 people at most! The room was absolutely filthy on our arrival, I will attach photographs of how we got the room given, it was SHOCKING! and the stinky drains🤢 plug sockets hanging off walls, shower disgusting, mould on ceiling, hair all over, sink didn’t even fit!! And so much more you will see When we first got shown to our room the door handle fell off the lad showing us to our room just said ‘ahh it’s alright’ and put it back on like it wasn’t broken! There was no cleaning service, not once did anyone come clean our room during our 7 nights there or change bedding or even the towels, we had to buy a towel to use!! Never mind having to go out and hunt for loo roll in hope to find a domestic had hung a bag of toilet roll on a balcony somewhere! I had to ask for 5 days to get a thicker duvet and just had eyes rolled at me, we only got given top sheets and while it’s lovely during the day in October it can get quite cool on a night time and I was freezing! The staff are completely rude, if you asked for anything they’d just speak to eachother in Turkish before even acknowledging you! No people skills what so ever! We met a lovely couple on our time away and we were sat out on the chairs next to bar, at about 12 a staff member come out and turned our lights off! All of them!! We weren’t doing anything wrong not even drinking, just having a good chat, the only thing we can think of it’s because we didn’t buy from the bar as the following day there were people out there drinking and putting money into the bar they didn’t switch nothing off!! Till early hours! Don’t even get me started on the views out our balcony, if you’ve watched imbetweeners I don’t have to say much more about the pictures I will attach! The staff barely spoke to anyone put a downer on the whole holiday on smiled when spoke to eachother or when you were paying hoping for a tip! The food is vile! Don’t waste your money paying half board as you won’t want to eat it, the eggs were made snotty and made us ill! And we watched the chef scratch his bottom, pick his nose and without washing his hands went back to serving food! That’s disgusting 🤮 Overall, save your money there is many more hotels surrounding this one with much better reviews and CUSTOMER SERVICE! And it doesn’t even look like it’s photos, must have used another hotels or edited life out of them and they don’t show you the wasp nests on buildings either 😂 Can only put on 10 photos but I wish I could put on all of them

Great hotel, location very good, rooms: walk in shower, hairdryer, complimentary little bottles of shampoo and shower gel, plenty of hot water, comfy double bed, tv, mini fridge, free air con, safe in room (chargeable) balcony only small but adequate, cleaners came everyday and towels and bedding got changed twice a week Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds, never used the pool, to cold for me, snacks around the pool where lovely and very reasonable priced Breakfast 7.30 -10.00 was typical Turkish, fresh fruit, salad, cheeses, cold meats, chips, cereals, yoghurts, the chef cooking pancakes, omelette and fried eggs, toast and tea, coffee and juices, can't comment on the dinner menu because was only b&b, overall all staff very friendly and lovely and clean, I will be returning and definitely recommend

I stayed in the Karbel, the hotel was basic it needs up dating. The shower we had to leave door open to shower, I’m a size 12 so should be able to shut the door. The room was basic and the veranda was small. These were the down points a part from the reception staff they were very rude. The bar staff and restaurant staff amazing fun and very polite. The area the hotel is in is the best it’s near the beach and amenities. If the hotel was more modern and upto date this would be worth a five star.

First of all the Karbel beach hotel is nice and clean, the staff are helpful and the room we had for 11 days was great . , we were half board food was plentiful and good. Chef and staff here were great to deal with. The only thing i felt was insulting was the fact Reception refused my Scottish banknotes saying We do not Accept them. On them it states quite clearly, PROMISE TO PAY STERLING TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND....Shocking this hotel refused my money. The nearby beach is quite filthy with cigarette butts and rubbish everywhere, Public toilets here too Disgusting....

🏞 🎆 🌝 The beach is only 2 minutes walk away from Karbel Beach Hotel! There are huge markets, plenty of shops, restaurants & entertainment which is only 2 minutes walk away from this hotel! At this hotel "Karbel beach hotel" We got courtesy from the chef when leaving & in his restaurant, the chef was extremely helpful & wonderful he has excellent customer service skills & people skills with supurb English speaking & Turkish speaking languages🧑‍🍳 The receptionist lady was polite & helpful when we needed something & smiling at all times with courtesy. All staff were very helpful when needed they can speak both English & Turkish languages when necessary. WiFi does come in all the rooms my family stayed at including in the reception, bar, pool, restaurant, gardens & the balconies. Oludeniz Turkey has been an awesome experience for us as it is a stunning place surrounded by mind blowing mountains ⛰ the view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful! ⛰️🏡🔅🏊‍♂️ 😎 The hotel itself is situated in the midst of the mountains.🔆 ✈️There are so many activities available in Oludeniz 🇹🇷 such as paragliding, parasailing, scuba diving, jeep safari, orka world, beach's, different types of boat rides , cable cars, site seeing such as the ottomans ruins, turkish baths, salons, entertainments & many more are all nearby for all ages as this is a proper tourist destination. 🤽‍♂️ 🌇 🏕 🌞 ♡ Watch the 'sun setting' and Take photo's while the 'sun is setting' on the beach surrounded by it's stunning mountains ⛰ it is incredibly elegant🏖 🏝 🌄 The Buffet restaurant at this hotel has a outstanding salad section which I enjoyed I also enjoyed sea bream & Turkish spinach. I only eat fish, vegetable & plant based food since I had gout a year ago. Plus I don't eat nuts as it triggers my asthma, at this hotel restaurant everything was possible. The weather was amazing for my husband & kids at 40 degrees although for me it was difficult because I had covid the week before going on holiday which left me with breathing issues possibly lung scarring I had breathlessness & breathing problems as the air was thick I found it was difficult to breath in the humidity & sun rays at that temperature although it was fun there. We enjoyed our stay at Karbel Beach Hotel & we would recommend it to others! ✨️ We will definitely return to this friendly hotel again, probably next year inshaAllah. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We loved this hotel. Yes the rooms were a little small and basic but spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom. They aren’t 5 star but the price reflects that. They are great value for money. The only slight downside was the small balcony - just room for a couple of chairs but it was so hot we didn’t use it anyway. The staff were lovely, even the receptionist who gets slated on here. Her English isn’t amazing but we are in Turkey and she always smiled and waved as we were passing and was very helpful. Breakfast was typical Turkish but plenty of choice snd always some kind of egg cooked to order. The pool bar was great - lovely day time snacks. Always plenty of sun beds, no 6am scramble with towels. We could get one at anytime. The location is excellent- 2 minutes from the beach and the main strip. I will definitely be back and can only think the people who leave negative reviews expect 5 star for 3 star money.

Sooo .. our 4th time at this hotel. Read some bad reviews and started to panic a little so only fair to leave our honest review.. Wa arrived early hours of the morning. We were checked in and shown to our room quickly and efficiently.. Went for breakfast the next morning and honestly had trouble seeing what the issues with it were. It's a typical Turkish breakfast.. in Turkey.. It's fresh and looks amazing . The Chef offers eggs and pancakes if you don't fancy boiled egg. No complaints at all. We are half board .. evening meal is also typically Turkish .. the Meze dishes are amazing. We heard a guest ask for shepherd's pie the other night.. the chef made it .. Not really knowing what it was he went to all that trouble for that one lady.. pretty impressive. Our room is a little dated.. but spotlessly and cosy .. no issues at all. The ladies that clean do a fabulous job.. we have seen them moving the furniture away from the walls to clean.. the work so hard and are happy and friendly.. just lovely. This place has some of the nicest staff we have ever come across.. hence the return visits. Everyone is happy to see you and will go out of their way to help. This includes the girl on reception that got slated. Can't help thinking the poor girl took some abuse.. shame in you .. she is trying to do her job. If anything we have found this hotel better than pre covid.. they have made a few changes.. Anyone worried as read some of the scathing reviews .. please don't.. you will have a wonderful time in a great location and be looked after by AMAZING people .. Still love it .. Booked for next year xx

Location was 5 star biggest problem language barrier for the duration of stay only 3 of the staff spoke english. Lady on reception was quite rude at times mostly answered in Turkish not much help when you have issues that needed sorting. The Food in the evening was good morning food was average. Last day a lady from Karbel Hotel was on reception and was most helpful if we had her for the duration of stay it would been a lot better. the hotel needs updating need more english speaking staff rooms should be bigger, location the Main Chefs a few of the staff and receptionist from the Karbel Hotel is the best things can say about stay. This small friendly hotel was a great find for our family holiday. The rooms are basic, and could do with some updating but clean with air conditioning... the pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds and views of the mountains. Breakfast (and dinner) were buffet style - freshly cooked omelettes or pancakes , with always a selection of meats cheese fruits nuts and bread.... no full English but plenty available nearby. Fantastic staff who were always helpful, special thank you to the chef in the photo and the barman who made our cocktails....!!! Location was the best...only a 5 min walk to the beach, or the main strip where there is plenty of bars restaurants and shops. Overall...don't go expecting a 5 star hotel...but its great value for money, staff are great and Olu Deniz is so much fun
