The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. The location is exceptional and the pool is lovely and the breakfast is really quite nice. The problem was the owners attitude which quite honestly was disgusting. The hotel had quite alot of repeat customers who,s holiday consisted of not moving out of the hotel and of course... More

This hotel is home from home to us we have been there 8 times. It's not a 5 star hotel it's basic, clean and friendly. Run by Charlie and his son Adam all the staff are polite and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and clean twin and double with air con and a fridge and a balcony. They hire out safes... More

The Tumen Hotel is good value for money, the rooms are spotlessly clean with the maids tending the rooms everyday. The pool area is large enough to accommodate all guests and getting up early for the sunbeds is not obligatory. The bar is well stocked and the food is first class, although we only ate there at lunch time. Other... More

We arrived at 5am, then we were accosted by a night person carrying a dirty piece of paper stating that we owed money to use the fridge despite the fact it was a package holiday as well as aircon. In the morning the hotel room was quiet and the pool was very clean. The turkish breakfast was also very good.... More

We were in room 108 which had no view but the rooms were spotless, cleaned everyday with clean towels and bed was changed every 3rd day . The cleaning staff were so friendly... More

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days with my sister & husband as they stay there every year for a short break whilst in Turkey. It is in a great location so ideal for the restaurants & shops but a little bit tucked away so its still nice & quiet. The staff there are very helpful & friendly, even... More

We stayed at The Tumen for 9 nights and wish it could have been longer. First time at this hotel but been coming to Hisaronu for many years. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. Cleaned beautifully with flowers on the bed every day. The pool is great. Not a single towel left out so no panic to get... More
