Best hotel and rooms I've stayed in. Really good service from the staff and the food was amazing. Room service was always exceptional and I was never disappointed. Restaurants were fantastic as well as the servers. Absolutely loved my stay here. Ercan Akgöz was amazing in the restaurant, we got along well and it was great
Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Susesi & what a fantastic hotel! Personally I feel like there could have been better options on the buffet at dinner time as I felt most nights was the same kind of food. the poolside snack bars were great though! The entertainment was mostly the same kind of acts for about 7 nights so that felt a bit repetitive & boring in my opinion. The staff were absolutely fantastic & would help with anything nothing was a problem to them atall. A big mention to Ersen! What a man he made our stay even better never without a drink or a snack while in his company!
Very good hotel, staff is very friendly and they can do everythink what you want. Ersen is very good coctails maker! I suggest to try pina kolada coctail! Was very taste! This hotel is awseone😍🥂😘❤️😍
I am happy to stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. It was very quiet and not crowded. Cocktails were amazing. The cocktails Özkan prepared at the bar were the best cocktails I've ever tasted. Always my favorite hotel with its high quality, caring staff, thank you very much Susesi
Just returned home from another fantastic trip to the Susesi hotel, this was my 8th time staying in the Susesi Hotel as part of a golfing group, it just seems to getter better and better, the staff are a credit to the hotel, bar staff, waiting staff and especially the girls in Guest Relations who were fantastic, must also mention the transportation staff, who again were faultless. Already planning next years trip, our personnel and golf courses may change but the hotel choice will not change, truly a luxurious resort, roll on May 2023 for trip number 9
We’ve stayed in several hotels in Belek and love Turkey & the Turkish people. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, the entertainment staff are fantastic and try to encourage everyone to join in, without being intrusive. Our room, once we were given the correct one was exactly what we expected. You only get one visit to the a la carte per week and it’s best to book on arrival to avoid not getting a reservation. We dined in the Chinese and Italian. The Italian was one of the best experiences we’ve had in our 10yrs of visiting Turkey. The staff were awesome and made a huge effort with our children, especially our youngest (6). There’s always too much food at the a la carte but they are happy to accommodate. The buffet was perfect for our family and the outdoor restaurant was great for things like burgers/salads/wraps etc. My youngest favourite thing was the fact he could get milkshakes from the bar with marshmallows and crumbled oreos. The waiting staff were fantastic, gardeners, cleaners, life guards, all extremely pleasant and friendly. However, our interaction with reception were so awful that we vowed never to return. They are rude, arrogant and aggressive. Due to COVID you required to book the gym in advance, on two occasions it was closed at the time of my reservation, I asked for someone to open it and was met with ‘have you booked’’we will open when we can’ which meant losing my reserved time. On arrival we were given the wrong room which we queried the following day, we were advised they thought this room would be better even though we paid extra for a suite. In fairness they gave us an additional a la carte as an apology. On our last evening we asked to extend our check out time due to a late flight, we were advised the suite would cost £150 to extend. My husband agreed with reception that they would give us a small room with shower at no cost. When we arrived to get this room we were advised there was a communication error and we had no room. When we asked to pay the £150 they advised they had no rooms left. They then handed us a mobile phone and on the phone was the person my husband spoke to saying he didn’t say he’d give us a room! After a heated discussion we were given a room with shower for our children to get ready. Despite being told there were no rooms. It really did ruin the stay for us. Which is such a shame as we had a brilliant holiday up until then and have never come across hotel staff who speak to rudely and have such a bad attitude.…
We went there in November 2021. Everything starting from the reception have been perfect. Very warm welcome, nice room, view, very helpful staff. Food was nice but getting a bit repetitive, however was still plenty of choice. Compliments to the kids club, my son loved it, he wanted to spend there every single day there - which was even upsetting as he didn't wanted to spend time with the parents 😀 he got lots of medals and even goodbye present on his last day. Highly recommended, will be difficult to find something better than Susesi!
My wife and I enjoyed an unforgettable holiday experience at Susesi. We booked the Royal Suite with own pool and Jacuzzis in both bedrooms. The hotel has everything what it takes for a perfect holiday time. Great pools, quality food and great a la carte restaurants, spa and sport facilities and motivated and friendly staff. Our suite was simply amazing and Susesi gives the impression "all-inclusive" a new meaning. To the Royal Suite belongs also a beach house incl. minibar, safe, dining table and a private area for sunbathing. And for this booking category, there is a butler service included. But this expression does not meet the service received. A big thank you to Zeynel who made our trip not only amazing but a really unforgettable experience. His extraordinary services had the character of an executive assistant and very often anticipating even any potential demand ahead. Thank you very much to all Susesi staff and a big special thanks to Zeynel, you rocked it!…
It was extremely amazing trip! The service is great. Thanks a million times to Butler ZEYNEL ! He did everything for us and even more! I can’t imagine now the trip without this guy. Next time I’ll definitely come back here again and the most important thing is that ZEYNEL will be here!
