The Belkon Club Hotel is located in the beautiful area of Belek, near Antalya, which is famous for its international golf courses. The hotel offers a value for money stay in a traditional Turkish setting. A shuttle bus service is provided for the 1.8km to the sandy beach, and the hotel has its own half olympic size swimming pool. It is small, family owned and run and guests can enjoy the simple pleasures of the natural surroundings of Belek combined with the traditional friendly feel of a small Turkish hotel.

My wife, daughter & grandaughter are currently staying there. Arrived last night, Thursday, to be told there was nothing to eat. The room was poor & I'm being polite. They have changed rooms several times & none have improved on the previous offer. For breakfast, it seems that eggs are the only things on offer.

They had nice and friendly staff and very nice food (they had one or two new foods every time). They had 4 pools which were all good with different depths. They also had two stores outside the restaurant which had friendly workers and nice range of products. Once when we were supposed to go to the beach, the designated bus was late so one of the hotel staff brought us there with their car. Our air conditioner wouldn't work when we first arrived and a staff arrived in less than 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Would recommend.

These people refuse to serve you a drink after you've had 3 although it all inclusive, they watch you if your not outside the UK european & shut down the lifts whilst you/ your children are left stuck inside until they decide to turn them back on. They turn off the waterslide at lunchtime unless outside european children/ adults want to play on it, the waiters only serving buffet style so no actual service pretend to run you over with the service trolley filled with dirty dishes other customers have left on the outside tables, complaining to management means worse treatment, they do not allow you to book onto any tours claiming they don't know anything about it, they go into your room whilst your out & steal your childs clothes as my sons body warmer & other bits were taken from the room. The amusement bar is fantastic as he is not that way inclined his only interested in the business side & is friendly whatever his personal opinions as is the Spa which was an absolute dream, I enjoyed every session i had, tipped my lady as she provided such a delightful service I forgot what the hotel staff who are seperate to the spa were doing (until i saw them again). The only good thing i can say about the hotel itself which is a teen brothel most nights is that when you order a takeaway service they call your room to let you know to come down. So Spa is Fabulous as is the outside Amusement bar/ centre, these 2 bits inside the hotel made our holiday as Humanity was restored a little.

This was the worst all inclusive hotel I ever stayed in. We play golf so thought we could use this hotel as bed and breakfast because it was cheep and we like to eat in the local restaurants. The breakfast was stinking except for the boiled eggs. And the day we were there for lunch it was no different. The bedroom was just ok except for the bathroom the toilet seat was yellow from urine stains and we were afraid to turn the taps on in the wash hand basin case we would catch something absolutely rotten. There was flys everywhere and cats lying on the pool deck chairs and coming into the ground floor balconies.I just wish I had read the reviews on this hotel before I booked. Even the local waiter’s in the restaurants had a great laugh when we told them where we were staying.SO PLEASE TAKE HEED OF THIS REVIEW

Unfortunately had to stay here for one night, and one night was enough! No hot water for a shower, breakfast was what could only be described as left overs from a previous buffet, the staff member on reception who checked us in was very rude and not very helpful. Not a 4* hotel at all.

Stayed here for just the one night on recent family holiday due to flights being changed ( original flights with Thomas cook ) if you have booked to stay I’m sorry to say take my advice and change your booking. We were allocated a chalet type room just outside the main building that can only be described as shocking, really I have stayed in 2 star self catering & it was better. Staff very unhelpful, all inclusive was terrible overall very poor.

This is a very poorly managed hotel. All the guests I spoke to were unhappy. Upon arrival at 5.30am, I had to wait until 12.30pm for a room. The room smelt damp and had bad views and I asked to change. The receptionist threatened to take back the room and not give me any room. I said that’s crazy, and he called me crazy! The hotel has limited wifi only in the lobby, and no wifi in the rooms or other areas. None of the staff speak English. The food was terrible, bad quality, repetitive and in limited supply. The only breakfast options were preserves, one type of bread, sugary dry cereal and cold sausages for breakfast. Occasionally at random times they had plain eggs but these were greasy and didn’t taste nice. For lunch and dinner there were chicken nuggets, chips, pasta with tomato sauce, chicken drumsticks with uncooked chicken and a chicken stew with rice, same thing every day for a week, all tasted disgusting. The plates had stains and smelt bad. Moreover, everyone would push eachother to get food at meal times. There was always a 20 minute wait in the queue for drinks during mealtimes or in the evenings. The beer machine pours beer like droplets of rain. There are no towels for hair in the rooms, the pool towels look like rags, and they wont let you use and change them. The room had pee on the toilet seat, I asked the housemaid to clean it and she gave it a failed try, I ended up cleaning it myself. The bed sheets were rough and felt like a thin, short piece of towel. There was a shuttle bus that went to the beach, an overfilled bus in which you had to stand. The beach bar only served beer and ayran. There was also an unsaid law were all the hotel guests were Russians, so if you are Russian, you would like that. I left the hotel hungry, having only eaten potatoes and bread, and disgusted, feeling like I needed to wash all my belongings given there had been a flea outbreak. The only pros were: the swimming pool, the animation team that would take you clubbing every night for 10 dollars, and the close proximity to Land of Legends waterpark/ mall where we spent most of our time. The hotel isn’t central so there’s not much to do around. Do yourself a hotel and invest in a good hotel if you are going to Antalya.

The Belkon hotel is absolutely thé worst hotel in whole country. I have been in several places in Turkey and Belek as well, and we by accident reserved this black hole. All the personal are rude, and aggressive, and fight tursty. The words "service" and "serviceminded" doesn't exist in the vocabulary of this hotel. All inclusive is just a joke in tha Balkon Hotel. No one in entire hotel knows English. Nothing and absolutely nothing is clean in this black hole. Towels, toilets, blankets and bedsheets are not clean and have black spots. There is no hot water at nights and mornings.... I have no seen a single thing that is good with this place. Nothing at all.

Firstly I would like to say that the Belkon hotel is not a 4star hotel as advertised on the On The Beach website and I am disgusted that any holiday company would even have this vile accommodation as an option for anyone looking for a holiday. We arrived at The Belkon hotel at around 2am, we were shown to our apartment which was 5 single beds spread over 2 of the most shockingly disgusting rooms I’ve ever seen. Definitely not 4star. The bathroom looked like what a prison bathroom would look like, my 3 children were actually scared to go in alone. My bed sheets were covered in the most repulsive staines which looked like faded blood! I had to sleep on a beach towel which I took. There was 1 wardrobe with around 8 hangers which was filled half was to the top with duvets and 2 small drawers for 5 people. Then the air conditioning wasn’t working in 38 degree heat! In the morning I went and complained and asked to move, I visited reception 3 times and was fobbed off each time. Nobody looked at the air conditioning or changed our bedding. That evening was helping my son shower and looked up and the whole ceiling above was bulging and water pouring out, it was literally just about to collapse. My husband went to reception and told someone would look later. Luckily a maintenance person followed my husband and did look. He took one look and said we have to get out immediately. What if one of my family were in that shower and it collapsed on us? We were moved into another equally repulsive room. Here is a list of issues with our room: Bathroom filthy Rotten wood round doors and windows, holes all through to outside Live wire just cut and left exposed from hairdryer in bathroom, next to sink, and if turned on this would makes wire live and risk to anyone of electrocution. Live wires hanging out wall by side of bed Heavy Light between 2 of my children’s bed hanging by a single wire Rusty bins Bathroom vile in every shape and form! Ceiling leaking in bathroom Brown water coming out of bathroom tap which smells like sewage 1 afternoon no water 1 afternoon no power Electrical box with no cover directly across from our room Outside balcony covered in water from air conditioning unit and the overflow pipe from guttering Air conditioning unit leaking water in room Towels stained with blood, poo and dirty marks Bedding not changed once Asked for another toilet roll and was told later and had to go back twice more, to the point it had to be demanded Issues with hotel Food appalling and repeated every day They never make enough food so if you go into breakfast after 9am (on til 10am) they would have run out of everything The same with lunch if you go in after 1 there is nothing left to eat. Food covered in flies that actually bite Never any seat in dining hall or outside, on 2 occasions couldn’t get seated at lunch Had to eat out on 3 occasions as my children could not eat the food! My youngest son has only eaten the same soggy biscuits every evening. This is not 4 star! The kitchen stinks in the dining hall and the skillet and hobs that are used in the actual dining room are revolting, never cleaned. All round the pool is broken tiles Sun loungers are either shredded or covered in black mould There is broken lights inside the pool and my son slashed his leg open on one we went to reception for help and there was no first aid box!! Shocking! I was told to go buy a plaster in the shop! He had blood pouring down his leg The entertainment is done between 2 pools 1 is 1.4 metres and the other is 1.2 metres. There is children dancing around between and we watched a child no older than 2 years old fall into the pool straight to the bottom, fully dressed! Luckily a women sat right by jumped in and saved her. The staff didn’t even flinch or check she was ok! The playground is unusable as a building site next to it! Please note from pictures the massive ladder just left right near. There is stray cats and dogs walking round the hotel. The toilets are unusable. I went into the one in the lobby and the bin was over flowing with toilet roll covered in poo! Actual lumps of poo, sat there in 38 degree heat. My son went in the lobby men’s toilet to find men’s boxer shorts on the toilet roll holder covered in poo! There has also been men’s boxer shorts hanging from a palm tree for 5 days covered in poo, once again in 38 degree heat. All around the hotel grounds is rubbish and old pictures and furniture. The staff are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They just ignore you and sit watching tv in their office. I went to get our transfer times, was told come back 7pm, went at 7pm told no 9pm but looked at paper that was scattered on reception and it was there! No names but left there. The staff are appalling. There is no information in the hotel, nothing about how to get to the local town or bus times. This holiday has been the worst holiday I’ve ever experienced.

The hotel is the worst hotel ever, the food was the same throughout the five days we used in Turkey (breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same). No internet in rooms at all just in the lobby area and that doesn’t even work as according to them it’s the issue with their service provider not their problem. The staff are defensive when you complain. It should be a one star, only because of the buses to the city centre and the best spa staff.
