Wow - What a fantastic holiday. The facilities were amazing. Never moved out of the complex for 2 weeks. Entertainments team who were hosting the parties were fab, including Alican and Millie, also the assistant entertainment who we called 'yorkshire pudding'. Bar man Kemal, very polite and friendly, made amazing cocktails. Sarah our waitress in the evening around the adult bar was briliant. Our skater waiter, Yavus during the day around the pool bar was brilliant in supplying us with constant drinks. Could not really fault the holiday. Looking forward to next year :)

Reviews from most people seem to cover all aspects of the hotel and facilities. Some points from our stay. Check in: Private transfer from airport to the hotel takes around 40min, as soon as we pulled up to the main doors staff took our cases straight into the hotel were we went straight to the reception desk and was met with a very warm welcome by Mahmut. He gave all us all the information we required for our stay, made us feel like we had nothing to worry about now we had arrived at the Voyage resort. He was right in making us feel this way. Room: cases taken immediately by staff to our room. We asked for a quiet room, and was given a room in the first block near the entrance. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main hotel, however it is quiet so got what we asked for. Cleaning could be better and is a bit hit and miss as is mini bar being refilled. This is not to say the rooms are left dirty more attention to detail. Good rooms and comfy beds and pillows and great shower. Big thank you for the room being dressed up for wedding anniversary, they surprised us when we got back later that day with this, oh along with a bottle of sparkling wine in our room on arrival. .... a note to mention, most blocks have their own pools around this area that go up to the main hotel entrance and have their own bar and seating for guest at each of them, great if you do not what to go to the main pools and beach. Good for families to relax while watching the kids play. Adult restaurant: the service by Savae and his team is first glass and look after you superbly. I picked up 2 bottles of water one lunch time and he was over within one stride to take them from me and took my wife and I to a table, sat us down poured the water and took our order for additional drinks. First class service with nothing to much trouble, faultless, this was through out our stay. Thank you Savae and all the staff. Al a carte great service, fantastic food in every one of them. So much food and staff so nice and professional. Faultless again. The staff also dressed the table and brought out a cake an anniversary cake after our meal and sang to us. Chinese Restaurant, Really nice touch. Adult bar area. Mainly used the sun beds on the grassed areas and hired a cabana for the day. Ozzie is superb, very attentive and always a smile. Thanks Ozzi. The hire for these is €60 per day for up to 4 people. You get a stocked fridge, only soft drinks as Ozzi get all alcoholic drinks for for you from the bar. You can order food from the Basuki restaurant menu for lunch and it is brought to your cabana. Soft comfy sun beds. Worth hiring in our view, would have used more but they where mainly booked so may be best booking at the start of your holiday for the days you want. There are fridges along the walkway to the beach and pier, these stock soft drinks and water, you just take what you want. Good idea. The complex is very large and gives a sense that even when it’s full that it is never over crowded. Normally we would want to leave a complex after 4-5 days to get a bit of different scenery, we thought of this but never went out as we were relaxed and comfortable with being in the resort. There are many internal and external areas to relax and always someone at hand will come over and ass if you need anything. You really do just flop down and get looked after. All in all in if book to stay here I would be surprised if it didn’t fulfil most if not all your expectations and more. As with most resorts we would like it just right but that’s impossible unless it’s built for you. unless your Richard Branson, 🏝 We always gave a pleasant smile and a please and thank you to the staff each time they serviced us, appreciative of the tireless way they try and make your time there as pleasant as possible. This was always met with gratitude. To end a massive thank you to ALL the staff at Voyage for making our stay one to remember, it didn’t go unnoticed by my wife and I. Room 7203.

If you are a family, particularly with young children, you will almost certainly enjoy this holiday. There are many attractions aimed specifically at children, for example a mini water-park, and they are very much the centre of attention at this hotel. The hotel also goes out of its way to cater for adults with a separate adult-only restaurant, swimming pool and a separate section of the beachfront. You should note that the adult-only restaurant has a much smaller range than the main family restaurant. It’s adequate but, after a few days, we used the main restaurant more frequently to add variety. One major criticism was that few of the “hot” dishes in the buffet restaurants used proper hot plates so most of it was served up fairly lukewarm. Thought the idea of a 24-hour a la carte restaurant was rather odd too. Surely a buffet style restaurant offering an out-of-hours selection would be far more useful as I assume most people are likely to use it for a late-night snack? The other a la carte restaurants were ok but nothing special with a fairly restricted menu, even the ones charging extra, though I would give an honourable mention to the Japanese restaurant whose chefs put up a great performance in addition to serving up excellent food. Can’t comment on the recent refurbishment as this was our first visit but the room we had (one of the bungalows) was stylish and luxurious though certain aspects struck me as rather odd and pointless, such as the TV embedded in the mirror. Service was pretty good but not quite up to five-star standard in my view hence the four-star overall rating. Service in the restaurants was uniformly good, prompt and attentive without being too OTT. Other areas of service were a bit hit and miss however. Replenishment of the coffee/tea tray and mini-bar in the room was a bit haphazard and the room was often made up quite late until we established our routine with the maid. Maintenance was also a bit slow. One (of the two), admittedly minor, problems in our room took four days to fix and the second was ignored altogether. Similarly, the service at the main bar could be very slow even when few people were around. Orders were taken very promptly but could take up to twenty minutes to arrive which suggests that the bar isn’t really set up properly for a fast turnaround. Thought the entertainment was disappointing. Most nights it consisted of different dance troupes performing with different themes. Great if you like dance routines but not otherwise. Overall, a big thumbs up for families with young children but some reservations for adult-only parties. Things to watch out for:- 1) The bungalows back onto the amphitheatre area where the shows are performed every night. The music is very loud even with the patio doors shut. Fortunately, they finish at 10:30 sharp each night but early-to-bedders or those with young children may find it a problem. 2) Don’t use the hotel to organise airport transfers. They charge twice the going rate! 3) The hotel shops are incredibly expensive even by 5 star hotel standards. Don’t know who buys 1,000+ euro sunglasses but clearly they must because that’s par for the course in the sunglass shop! Similarly, 5 euros for a miniature bottle of mouthwash!? 4) There’s very little information about the basics of the room or hotel so you’re pretty much left to figure out how things work yourself! One for the management to work on…..

Wow - what a great hotel! Very good facilities, restaurants and everything is only a short walk away. Food - very good variety and different a la carte restaurants with excellent service. Chefs are happy to help. Loved the gözleme area in the day, main buffet with fresh salads/pizza/breads, The patisserie and different a la carte restaurants. All excellent service. Kids loved their own areas in main buffet, where they could grab a kids plate and get what they wanted. We are vegetarians so struggled a little in the a la carte restaurants, with only vegetables as options/meat substitutes but the staff were always trying to be very accommodating. However as a hotel I would suggest having more vegetarian options. I would also suggest naming ALL dishes in the main buffet area, as it was sometimes confusing what everything was. Bars - excellent dotted around the resort. We enjoyed the lounge bar with outside area, serving brilliant alcoholic/non alcoholic cocktails. Rooms - nice, stylish, clean with great showers. Standard rooms a little on the small side for families though. But this didn’t effect our stay. Spa - excellent steam/sauna/hammam areas The staff are amazing here and makes the stay extra special and an enjoyable experience. So many to mention but special thanks to: - Jaswant the chef, found in the Indian/oriental corner in the main buffet, was an absolute legend! He came and spoke to us from day 1 and as we were vegetarians, he helped us by making sure we were happy with our dinners and russled up some delicious Indian curries like Paneer Tikka Masala and Pau Bhaji! I kid you not these tasted fresh from India - delicious! Thank you so much! - Adina - outside lounge bar was always so welcoming and got to know us and our likes when going for a drink. - Hüseyin for looking after us at the family pool and serving us awesome cocktails (without even asking for them!). - İnci - from guest relations for taking and delivering some of our requests before we arrived. - Dilek and Asli at reception for helping us to change our room so that we would be more comfortable. Our first two rooms had noise and heat issues and they were helpful in moving us. - Also special thanks to the gentlemen at the pizza area for being so welcoming and tailoring the breads and pizzas to our needs - they were delicious! Facilities are well looked after and there is everything you could possibliy need. Thank you voyage for an excellent holiday - we hope to return one day!

The waitress at the pool Hatice who was very friendly to us all, she was very good at supplying us with a cold water and cocktails and making her work perfectly. I cant finish writing my review without mentioning one boy at the pool, he was so helpful to all customers. His name is Alpay. He is super cute guy who want to help you all the time. Thanks hotel for having the best holiday for family.
