Currently the price is more expensive and the service really for 3-4 stars, no more!
Room cleaning became very bad, and only after 3 calls and loud discussions at the reception, the towels were loaded and the bed made!
No cleaning around the sink or complete cleaning of the coffee.
Day later it was a little better….
Or good times and the signs on the beds with rose petals…
Good memories only.
The food also became not like before, little choice of meat and the schedule was much shortened!
In August there are only half the hotel full and very few people for services.
You have to wait a long time and often the waiters forget to bring the order.
They are tired, overwhelmed and not friendly like before.
Only the shows and the parties are really good!
So if you are over 40 and you are looking for more services and not just partying, it is better to go to other hotels.
Too bad.

Reception is surprising at the door, guidance to the reception where two angels kindly welcome you and offer you a glass of Champagne, documents checked, only adults admitted, we receive the red bracelet and voila we were taken to the assigned room along the way, enjoying the silence and the beautiful style of the hotel, spotless, lots of mirrors, special.
When I arrived at the room I thought we were in the hall of mirrors of Versaille, mirrors everywhere, ceiling, walls but not the floor and again spotless.
Exploring the hotel, it consists of 4 floors, each with an Olympic size swimming pool, associated bars and quiet corners, beautiful and well studied.
On to the main bar, alcoholic drinks freely available and a good selection, quiet background music really enjoyable.
After the aperitif to the main restaurant, friendly recipient, wide choice of starters, main course and dessert, service excellent and quick to clear away, a place to enjoy again.
A nightcap and then off to bed. You see, you're getting used to everything.
In conclusion, an excellent pleasant hotel for people who wish to enjoy themselves in a quiet environment, price-quality recommended in spring and autumn when temperatures are good and the price affordable.

The staff are polite and nice, we were greeted very politely at reception.
Room:
The hygiene here is not particularly good, the rooms are not cleaned well, the floor is sticky.
The bathroom is old and has mold in the corners, I would say a restoration is in order.
The coffee cups that you use in the room are simply rinsed out in the bathroom and cleaned.
Pool:
The pool is clean but the loungers are mostly dirty.
The bar by the pool, if you look closely, is no longer young but has also reached its age where some things should be changed.
And the cocktails are awful, the people at the bar don't know how to make cocktails, just a bit of juice and syrup is ready.
Bar:
The bars are understaffed, with so many people only 2 people work at the bar and it is midsummer, in my opinion there should be at least 4 people working at the bar.
Food:
The breakfast is good I have to say, but lunch is not so great, there is hardly any choice in the restaurant. The dinner, on the other hand, is great.
The food tasted better once a year (2021).
They simply mixed Mercimek soup with chicken soup and I felt very sick afterwards.
2 points only for the staff and the politeness.
We still try to have fun.
But I wouldn't want to come here again.




The rooms, as well as the hotel as a whole, already tired, more less preserved their appearance only because initially everything was made of high-quality materials, but now poorly maintained. The tension ceiling falls off in places. In the bathrooms everything is covered with a thick layer of sealant, the flooring in the halls is dirty. You know, sometimes you come to a hotel, it's not new, but it's well-kept, and for Adam and Eve, that, to my deep regret, doesn't apply. There's a saving on everything. This year, the beach bar has paper glasses, no snacks. Cheap spilled beer and sparkling wine, masquerading as champagne. The beach isn't cleaned, the sand isn't flattened, like the hotels next door. No waiters on the beach. It's especially acute when you know that everyone used to do it. It is fair to say that the only food left unchanged in this hotel is the main restaurant, it is quite normal, the food is abundant, it is varied, but the dishes are old, there are chippings, all divorced either from water or from chemistry, poorly washed cutlery with leftover food. Noticed that guests sit and wipe them with tissues like in cheap dining rooms, it's unacceptable and strange why the management doesn't notice. Service is poor, the hotel is clearly understaffed. All this was not written to offend or insult anyone, more so that travelers can form an objective view of the hotel, and management took measures to improve the quality of their guests' stay.
1. The hotel definitely needs restoration, the rooms, bathrooms, general areas, ... are about to fall apart.
The beds in the 2nd room are now separated from each other and about to collapse, and it has become difficult to sleep because of the noise they make.
3. Half of the main restaurant is empty and now it resembles a hospital. In the past, everything had its own place and there was a presentation based on order, unfortunately it has become a three-star restaurant.
4. You cannot run a five-star restaurant by roasting meat every night, remember that customers always compare everything.
5. The hotel was built on the concept of entertainment. Unfortunately, the old team is no longer there and everyone is trying to do something their own. Entertaining is an art and we need to understand it. You should definitely give this job to a team that understands it. Remember that a group of men cannot become angels.
6. People come there for quality. Beer is not served in paper cups, and different drinks are served at the seaside bar.
7. The staff is generally uneducated, the waiters do the job of three people while the managers are idle, quality depends on peace and education.
8. The only professional staff is the hotel's reception team, many thanks to them.
