The resort is amazing and is especially good for families with plenty to keep kids entertained. Several pools and plenty of options for food for even the fussiest of eaters from morning, noon to night. The staff are friendly and attentive and will always try and assist where possible. The resort as a whole is spacious, clean and well kept including several restaurants and pools, daily activities for adults and children, two gyms one of which is indoor and other outside on the beach. My wife and I came here last year and have just come back from our second visit which included other family members and 8 month old baby. Tohid and Elena looked after us during our stay and made it that much more friendly and pleasant experience but special praise has to be reserved for Vusal who went over and above our expectations even before we landed arrived. I had special requests for our room including a sterliser for baby bottles, a cot and a baby bath and all were provided with minimal fuss all thanks to Vusal. Hotel's Favorite
This was our second visit back to this beautiful hotel, the first time it was just myself and my husband and this June we visited with our two year old son. We came back to this resort because it was our first family holiday abroad and from the previous time we knew what to expect. I have visited many five star hotels in and around Belek and this is my favourite so far. I feel like Belek is becoming the new Dubai . The hotel is beautiful from the pools and the gardens to the restaurants and rooms. The a la carte restaurants are fantastic and we enjoyed tasting the different variety of food to what we would normally have at home. The food at the Asian was amazing , and the food and atmosphere at the greek restaurant was fantastic. Our waiter Called Recep went above and beyond to make our experience a good one, we enjoyed the Greek dancing and the plate smashing was fun. We took advantage of using the table service at peoples restaurant and ate here most dinner/ breakfast times , having our toddler with us we found it easier being served than each taking it in turns to go to the buffet as it was huge ! The new Godiva cafe was an excellent touch and we always had a coffee on the decking in the morning and took some chocolate back to the room of an evening . The staff in the Irish bar were so friendly and attentive . My only niggle about drinks is on our previous visit in the Irish bar I was able to have cocktails while my husband had a beer, He prefers draught beer and this was only served in this bar compared to bottled in the others. Unfortunately only a selected few shorts and mixers were available this time and cocktails in other bars . The kids club area was great they have a small indoor soft play area and trampolines and park , my son especially loved the kids pool and splash park. We didn’t use the kids buffet as we had lunch in the food court area most days and there was plenty for my toddler to eat there. The arcade area was great , no money required for the rides just push the button as many times as they want, There was a bowling alley and some pool tables too. We went to land of legends one day and went to visit masha and the bear and had a photo opportunity. We didn’t see any shows but we used the kids splash area . Drinks were expensive and we didn’t eat as we were full up from breakfast so didn’t have lunch until we got back to the hotel. The shuttle service is great and towels were provided when we arrived. I used the spa once and enjoyed a massage , the pool and swim up bar in the spa area was like heaven and I would recommend this area if you want some peace . I particularly liked the new WhatsApp service the hotel provides. We had the daily entertainment schedule sent every morning and anything we needed i.e ironing board/bell boy we could request via the chat . Our room was clean and spacious, and our maid was so lovely,we were provided with kids toiletries with a cute sponge and slippers , such a cute touch. This was our 2nd visit to Rixos Premium in Baleck. We like to ensure our Room is like our Bedroom so tend to make a lot of requests prior. We must congratulate Sude Inan at the Reception since she was very professional and prompt in replying to our emails before we arrived. Our Room was in a perfect location to all the amenities again made sure by Sude Inan. Every morning we got take away coffee from Godiva and Tokzhan the waitress was always there to greet us and have our coffee ready. The evening Buffett was custom made by Deepak who made fresh Indian meals for us and it was a great experience of an Indian Food served in Buffet that normally one does not see in other hotels. Exclusive and unique cocktails prepared by the barmen at Zasya is a must recommendation. For a truely entertaining dining experience visit the Greek Mykorni Restaurant and see some Greek Plate smashing. Our room was cleaned everyday exceptionally well and thanks to Aysel. We stayed 10 nights and on the last day once again Sude Inan allowed us to have a late checkout until 6 pm which was a great help as we haveca fkught leaving at Mudnight. We will be back in 2024 to Rixos in Baleck since this hotel caterers for an exceptional services and all the staff always have a smile. …

We had vacation at this hotel with family for 10 days. We were happy with everything. Service, food and facilities were perfect. It was very comfortable to have opportunity for a free transfer to the Land of legend and some shopping centres. Stayed in September 2023. This was definitely one of the nicest all-inclusive hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at in Europe. Everything about it from the look, the food and the service was perfect for us. We had an upgraded sea view room with lovely views of the wooded grounds and towards the sea. The room was a good size and everything in it seemed new. It was kept spotlessly clean our entire stay. There’s one large pool that can be used and a smaller, adults-only one by the spa. Beds around the pool, on the grass next to it and then along the beach as well so no trouble ever finding a place to relax and no need to get out there early. There are waiters on roller blades bringing drinks orders to those on sunbeds around the pool and at the beach, and for everyone else there is a QR code on each parasol where you can order drinks to be brought, or just wander over to the beach bar. There are 4 al la carte restaurants that can be booked into once per stay. A Turkish meat restaurant, a Greek, an Italian (also open for lunch) and an Asian. The food at all of them was of a very high standard and the design of each was lovely, particularly the Turkish and Greek which were out in separate buildings in the grounds. They can be booked via the Rixos app which the staff encourage you to download to your phone or you can ask your concierge to book for you, I think. Each restaurant needs to be booked on the day and the app opens for bookings at 10am, but we never felt we were rushing to get a table at a time we wanted. The process each time was easy and we successfully booked the restaurant we wanted each day. There’s also a fifth a la carte open 24x7 that can be used without any reservation called the People’s restaurant, although perhaps because of this is had a fairly limited menu (choice of 4 mains in the evening, all meat and fish). Plus, the one of the largest buffets we’ve visited with an almost overwhelming amount of choice, an outdoor food court open during the day that mostly offers fast food, 2 free Starbucks and a Godiva café. All in all, a pretty amazing selection. All drink offered was branded as well with a good selection of everything that we wanted, with the exception for some reason of cranberry juice. Note: add that to your drinks menu for next time! Service from everyone we met, from check-in through to waiters, cleaners and bar staff was excellent. Our concierges Kaan and Handan set up a Whatsapp group for us when we arrived, from which they send us details of all the daily activities going on and periodically check we were OK. They were really helpful in sending us example menus for the restaurants and also advising on options for getting airport taxis sorted as well. Finally, special menu for the quality bands and DJs around the pool bar as well. We were always having dinner during the evening entertainment so never watched any shows, but the live bands that played around the pool bar late afternoon and then in the evening were all brilliant. Probably highest standards of live music we’ve experienced in a hotel like this. All in all, we will 100% return! …

After visiting Rixos Sungate, Rixos Göcek and Rixos Tekirova with my wife before, while planning to go to Tekirova with our 1.5-year-old son, we planned to go to Rixos Belek Premium with the advice of a friend. It is a perfect hotel for those who plan to come as a family. Even our 1.5-year-old child had an incredible experience during the 1-week period. The activities and animations in Rixy Club were great. We did not have the slightest question mark about the quality and experience of Rixos, but for information, the cleanliness, the food served are excellent in terms of quality, you can find the cocktails and drinks you want in many bars and lounges within the facility, the service offered at Starbucks and Godiva within the facility is great. The staff in the hotel is incredibly friendly and attentive, the assistants assigned to you via WhatsApp solve your smallest problem very quickly, and they provide a wonderful service. We could not find the slightest fault in terms of cleanliness. Our room was cleaned perfectly on a daily basis and the towels and patterns were great for our child. Since the hotel's area is large, you have the opportunity to walk. If you do go to gym, the gym area is quite sufficient. Even though the wifi area is large, it is smooth and fast everywhere. I had my Zoom meetings without any problems. It was a wonderful and pleasant surprise for people to be invited to dance after the meals and the sirtaki show in Mykorini at a la carte restaurant. The menu at Ala Aksam restaurant is unique and must be experienced. Entrance to the Land of Legends theme park is free for those staying at the hotel. There are many opportunities for your child in the Land of Legends theme park. We were very pleased even though our son had just turned 1.5 years old. I could write longer. Amazing hotel. Fantastic experience. Recommend this to all. Hospitality was out of this world, everyone including the locals were so friendly. Food was amazing, rooms are big and clean, the a la carte restaurants are fantastic. Zyasa restaurant was a personal favourite, the manager - Phillip and our server upali were fantastic.
