We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was very tasty, varied and freshly prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful the snack bar was a very big plus the pizza was delicious and the wraps were also very tasty. We also noticed how neat the entire domain was. Everything was very nicely maintained and it was nice that all the rooms were divided between Villas. It was a shame that the rooms were poorly insulated because you could hear everything. The cleaning crew made quite a lot of noise early in the morning by moving things around, but of course they also have to be able to do their job. The hotel is very child-friendly, the song of Mymo is still regularly played here on YouTube. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Unfortunately we have forgotten our swimming gear in our room on the balcony. I have already contacted you via mail and Facebook Messenger for this but a week later I still have not received a response. It would be nice if we could get our equipment sent with payment, but if you can't reach anyone, this is impossible.

Superb Inn full of Things to do for adults and children. In the rooms it is very quiet and well maintained, you can not hear the neighbors. Very good and varied food, although the Pension was full we never ran out of deckchairs or made long threads for drinks, meals,... Small special attention for the receptionist SERDZHAN who welcomed us and answered all our questions throughout the stay and great point of honor the only one who speaks French correctly which was a great help to us since we do not speak at all English, nor German,... very smiling, welcoming and friendly. Thank you for your help.

Room great, comfy beds and good quality bedding and bathroom amenities. Everywhere clean, buffet restaurant staff made sure they cleaned the tables between diners and proactive to serve and replenish drinks etc. If you like English Breakfast tea then you’ll need to bring tea bags with you as they don’t have any! We enjoyed the bookable restaurants.
I would say the live music wasn’t as high quality as other places we’ve been, but a plus the choice of drinks and bar service was great.
Don’t underestimate how big and spread out it is..... My step countb was really high every day!

We were warmly welcomed, the reception staff were always friendly and helpful. The complex is well maintained and greenish. The beach is great, mostly sandy. There is only one main restaurant, the Magico. The food is not salted, has hardly any spices, tastes a bit bland. The waiters only ask once if you want something to drink, otherwise you always have to get the other drinks yourself. Drinks are served in small plastic cups. If you order an alcohol-free cocktail, you get water with syrup. There is no quiet seating in the complex, the restaurant closes at 9:30 p.m., you have little opportunity to end the rest of the evening. Except for the bar and coffee house (both very noisy, entertainment not possible) you can not really relax. The rooms are fine, the minibar is not replenished. The hotel fully meets 4 stars. However, I don't see it as 5 stars. On the day of departure you are very encouraged to leave a review. On the whole it was really a very nice holiday. Staff are always attentive and friendly. I would recommend it to others.

Tomorrow is our last day. As a family of 8 adults we stayed in villa 20 on the resort which is very quiet but a long way from the centre of the hotel and the facilities. We were on the 2nd floor. Not a problem for us but would be a challenge for some. There are no lifts anywhere in the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean and well equipped. The air conditioning in the room is very good but be warned, this is the only cool place anywhere in this hotel. All bars are outdoors and the restaurant is like a sweat box. Pools are beautiful and even though not heated were like baths due to the extensive heat during our stay. Beds weren’t an issue to secure and we always managed to get 8 beds together around the relax pool. Food is lovely. We were here for 10 days and always found something different. During meal times be prepared to wait a long time for drinks though as the hotel is very busy and the staff are run off their feet. Entertainment is not the best and again is all outside. The mosquitos are particularly bad at the moment and due to the beautiful greenery around we were bitten to pieces. The grounds are amazing and very well kept. The cats are well looked after and hunting for the tortoises turned into quite a competition. There is nothing to walk to outside the hotel. Wherever you go you need a bus or a taxi. Land of legends was a good day even though 5 out of 8 couldn’t go on the rides due to weight restrictions. Free banana boats on the beach every day was a nice touch though! Beach is not sandy and really hurts your feet so take aqua shoes with you. The street food areas are good but look out for the flies as they are everywhere. All in all we did enjoy but wouldn’t return.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your stay with us. We greatly appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you and your family had an overall enjoyable experience. We are pleased that you found Villa 20 to be a quiet and clean place, suitable for your group of 8 adults. We understand that its distance from the central facilities and the absence of lifts might pose a challenge for some guests, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard. Your comments on the air conditioning and the outdoor nature of our bars and restaurant are valuable, and we regret any discomfort caused. We are continuously looking for ways to improve the comfort and convenience of our guests, and your feedback helps us to do so. It's wonderful to know that you enjoyed our beautiful pools and the availability of sunbeds at the relax pool. We’re also happy that the variety and quality of our food met your expectations during your 10-day stay. We apologize for any delays you experienced during meal times. Our team works diligently to provide the best service possible, even during busy periods, and we appreciate your patience. Regarding the entertainment and the presence of mosquitos, we understand these can impact the enjoyment of your stay. We strive to maintain our grounds to the highest standard, and we’re glad you appreciated the well-kept environment and the interactions with our cats and tortoises. We also acknowledge the challenges you faced with transportation and the beach conditions. Your advice to future guests about aqua shoes is very thoughtful and helpful. The free banana boats and your positive experience at the beach are aspects we are particularly proud of, and we’re glad you enjoyed these offerings. Although we are saddened to hear that you wouldn't return, we respect your honest feedback and hope that you take fond memories from your stay with us. We strive to create a positive and memorable experience for all our guests, and your insights will help us to continue improving our services. Thank you once again for your detailed review. First time visit to any magic life hotel and we were so happy with our choice after 14 days of bliss. The weather was arguably too hot at 40+ degrees most days but the hotel made it very comfortable and the air con in the rooms was a welcome relief from the heat. The staff were all superb and very attentive and very hard working to make the resort look immaculate and they couldn't do enough for you. However, I would like to make particular praise to a few individuals that made our stay even better - Cennet in the restaurant was always so happy to see us and she was there for all our needs, Kiwi of the entertainment staff was so much fun and made us feel part of everything (which wasn't always easy as the hotel was larger German guests and a lot of the conversations were in that language) and Idris and Eyyu who probably wouldn't be noticed by most people as they were part of the outdoor cleaning team but they worked their socks off every day to make sure the pool areas, toilets, outdoor seating zones were kept in superb and safe condition. The kids club staff were very good and always tried to make our sone feel welcome and included but he didn't use it much as often he was the only english child which wasn't easy for him although he did make friends with an Austrian, a German and a Slovakian (as well as a few english children during our stay). The rest of the entertainment programme was phenomenal with so much to do day and night but equally if you wanted to chill by the pool or beach or make your own fun on the waterslides you could do no problem. The food was absolute immense with crazy amounts of choice for all meals and all really fresh and delicious. If you venture into the town by taxi it should cost about £30 but I would recommend you check the euro exchange rate as well as the Turkish Lira as they quote Euros for most things and you might get more for your pound depending on the relevant rates. Can get loads of dodgy football shirts and designer goods but make sure you barter hard and walk away as they will virtually always call you back. Got quoted £30 ish per kids kit but ended up getting 3 for that!!! Superb stay in a lovely country at a great hotel and will return for sure.

I was at Club Magic Life in Belek with my children and a family friend.
In short: All expectations were met and partly exceeded.
Reception: The staff at reception were very friendly and gave us two rooms in the immediate vicinity. We were able to pass the short wait until we could get into the room with a snack.
Despite the incredibly high temperatures, all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. This applies to all staff, whether at reception, at the pool or in the restaurant.
Rooms: Exactly as described. They were cleaned every day and freed of the small stones and sand from the pool (washed wet). We had rooms near reception. This meant we had enough distance from the pool and the restaurants and had no noise at night. It was perfect.
Restaurant: A different theme every day. The restaurant was always decorated accordingly and the buffet was excellent. There was also a special children's buffet, although our kids preferred to use the large selection.
Because of the high temperatures, everyone wanted to eat inside in the evenings, which sometimes led to traffic jams and made it difficult to get a table for 6 people. This was never a problem at breakfast. Lots of people sat outside.
Pool: Everything was perfect
Other restaurants and bars. Everything was good. You just have to decide where to eat. There was almost too much choice for a week. It was difficult to decide.
Water park: The slides could use some maintenance (there are a few small gaps) but if you take the tires off, there are no problems.
Pool temperature: It was so hot when we were there that the pool wasn't really any cooling off. But you shouldn't complain about the nice weather!
Summary: This club is a clear recommendation for anyone with children. I don't think I would go there as a couple. There are definitely better options.

Maybe it was for security reasons, but for the first time we encountered a beach where it was forbidden to enter from the pier, which is a bit annoying for those who like to swim directly from the clear blue part instead of sand and pebbles. It would also be very useful if there was a clock on the beach that could be seen from the sea. We liked the street food section right next to the sea, there was plenty of variety and the food was delicious. Likewise, the food/drinks at the Coffee House were nice. The seating areas created with plants were peaceful. We especially liked the tree and the seating area around the pool bar just outside the coffee house. There were activities such as table tennis, free bananas etc. There was a lot of food variety in the restaurant, but the taste was average. Mr. Ahmet, who worked in the restaurant department, was very polite and Ms. Laura, who was working at Guest Services, was very helpful with our à la carte reservation with her smiling face. We would like to especially thank both of them. The a la carte place was very close to the sea and beautiful, there were very few options in the Downtown a la carte. We made our reservation through Jolly Tur, not every room type is available in every section, so it is useful to choose which room type is located / close to the sea by asking the hotel, our room was far from our expectations. It was crowded but not disturbing, it was lively. We thank you for everything. We loved the gray and white cat we found sleeping on the chair outside our room when we woke up in the morning. Please take care of our daughter :)

We stayed at TUI Magic Life Belek from 18th-28th September and it did not disappoint!!! The accommodation itself is set in villa style blocks within the beautiful grounds. They are set back from the main entertainment areas, restaurants and bars so not at all noisy. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bed made, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly and were around constantly if you needed anything. The entertainment team were excellent, not at all pushy so you could join in with as much or as little as you wanted. They put on some great shows in the evenings and the ‘Garden Party’ and ‘Beach Party’ were particular highlights for us. The food was amazing, plenty to choose from. I had something different every night but there was always the basics, breads, chips, pasta if you have picky eaters. There was a fantastic selection of salads and puddings were works of art! The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, a special mention to Süleyman..he sorted us a table and a constant supply of drinks every night. Before my glass was empty another one would appear, nothing was too much trouble. We generally went to the ‘Downtown’ area for lunch as there were salads, pizza, fries, burgers, fresh wraps and crepes everyday. You could either sit down there or take it back to your sun beds. The pools were great, we spent 95% of our time at the large activity pool but there was also a relax pool (over 16 only) and an infinity pool on the beach. I can’t comment on the kids pool as our boys are older but it looked great fun if you’ve got little ones. The sun beds were plentiful and we never struggled, we are early risers but there were still loads of available at 9.30/10am. There were staff cleaning the pool areas constantly, collecting glasses etc.. it was spotless! We liked the mixture of nationalities, there are alot of Germans but also plenty of British along with Polish, Turkish and Czech. Overall I can’t fault this hotel, we would definitely recommend and return. The staff are great as nothing is too much trouble, they are always smiling and just want you to have a lovely time. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!
Top tip… book the Turkish restaurant, don’t bother with the app just go to Guest Services. Visit a local market, we got a taxi into Belek on the Saturday. Barter to at least half of what they are asking. Take your own inflatables! In the shop they were selling lilos from €50!!!!!!!!! Everything in the shop on-site is expensive as the hotel is not in walking distance to anything.

Our first at a TUI Magic Life and we are glad we chose Belek. Great weather, plenty of activities inside the resort and very attentive staff and management. The sea was calm during our stay - the afternoon tide was great for a bit of wave action. Getting sunbeds etc were easy and we did not have to book early or ever be disappointed. The pools do get a bit busy but not enough to inconvenience you when you wish to take a dip. Plenty of water sport activities available - all well organised/supervised. The main restaurant offered five different themes during the week including Mexican, Far East, Turkish, SeaFood/Spanish which was enough for us. Bars were rather generous with double Gin&Ts without us having to ask(!). Our boys used the tennis courts a lot - a special thanks to Johann for lessons and keeping us entertained with his sense of humour! The entertainment was very good and we enjoyed the beach party particularly with a South African band playing and very enthusiastic organisation by Matthew. When booking/during airport transfers be aware of a couple of things - TUI have another Magic Life resort nearby at Masmavi: be sure to tell the driver you are headed for Belek. The bookings team (online/telephone) need to be aware that TUI Gatwick flights come and go at odd hours and it is important to synchronise the room bookings - on the last day our checkout was at noon with the London flight at midnight! Fortunately, with the help of CoskunBey and Ilknur at Reception we managed to get another room till airport pickup - no mean feat for a resort that was 98% booked! In summary great for a family holiday with lots of sun, activities, friendly people and plenty of food and drink! Thanks also to Emir at Guest Services,Sevine and Serdzhan at reception for help
