TUI Magic Life Belek garners praise for its immaculate cleanliness and vibrant atmosphere, with many guests enjoying the lush surroundings and lively entertainment. The rooms are commended for being clean and roomy, though some find them to be rather basic. The array of amenities, including multiple pools and dining options, is a hit among visitors.
However, some guests feel that the hotel doesn't offer good value, pointing to high costs and basic offerings considering the price. Service is generally well-regarded, despite occasional lapses during peak times.

We stayed at TUI Magic Life Belek from 18th-28th September and it did not disappoint!!!
The accommodation itself is set in villa style blocks within the beautiful grounds. They are set back from the main entertainment areas, restaurants and bars so not at all noisy. Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels and bed made, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly and were around constantly if you needed anything.
The entertainment team were excellent, not at all pushy so you could join in with as much or as little as you wanted. They put on some great shows in the evenings and the ‘Garden Party’ and ‘Beach Party’ were particular highlights for us.
The food was amazing, plenty to choose from. I had something different every night but there was always the basics, breads, chips, pasta if you have picky eaters. There was a fantastic selection of salads and puddings were works of art! The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, a special mention to Süleyman..he sorted us a table and a constant supply of drinks every night. Before my glass was empty another one would appear, nothing was too much trouble. We generally went to the ‘Downtown’ area for lunch as there were salads, pizza, fries, burgers, fresh wraps and crepes everyday. You could either sit down there or take it back to your sun beds.
The pools were great, we spent 95% of our time at the large activity pool but there was also a relax pool (over 16 only) and an infinity pool on the beach. I can’t comment on the kids pool as our boys are older but it looked great fun if you’ve got little ones. The sun beds were plentiful and we never struggled, we are early risers but there were still loads of available at 9.30/10am. There were staff cleaning the pool areas constantly, collecting glasses etc.. it was spotless!
We liked the mixture of nationalities, there are alot of Germans but also plenty of British along with Polish, Turkish and Czech.
Overall I can’t fault this hotel, we would definitely recommend and return. The staff are great as nothing is too much trouble, they are always smiling and just want you to have a lovely time. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!
Top tip… book the Turkish restaurant, don’t bother with the app just go to Guest Services.
Visit a local market, we got a taxi into Belek on the Saturday. Barter to at least half of what they are asking.
Take your own inflatables! In the shop they were selling lilos from €50!!!!!!!!! Everything in the shop on-site is expensive as the hotel is not in walking distance to anything.

Returned home after spending 2 weeks here. There is loads to do for the young and old or you just can just relax around the various pools or by the beach. Staff were fantastic, they all work so hard and still smile.
Here are some we remember –
Idris, at the flume pools who loves his Google translate!
Bar staff making ‘scotch coffee’ for us (whisky, baileys, iced coffee)
Kivi and all the entertainment staff
Oscar, Charlie and Hayal at kids club.
There are loads of sunbeds around the various pools but you really need to have your towels on one by 9am as some of the best spots get taken early. We always managed to find some so not an issue for us. Pretty sure the staff are happy to help with additional ones if needed.
Food in main restaurant was excellent and there was something for everyone with several themed nights during the week - you will not be disappointed. At lunch we didn’t us the restaurant, we just used the various snack shacks at Downtown near the splash/Oasis pools serving tasty wraps, pizza, burgers, grilled chicken etc. The Sofra speciality restaurant was nice and something different.
The entire resort is immaculate and the amount of staff who work here is incredible.
We were in villa 18, room spacious, very clean and set in a quiet location near the tennis courts. Yes, the balcony’s are too small but not really a problem as we hardly used it.
The complex is massive but easy to walk about and it felt very safe. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there appeared to be an emphasis on recycling and eco-awareness. There is literally nothing nearby except for similar type hotels on the beach so you cannot just go out and walk to nearby shops, bars or cafes etc. Belek is a 30 euro return journey and there are loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. We visited Café Istanbul and had a great meal, very nice fillet steaks.
Most things are priced in euros with it being a mainly German/European resort. With TUI being a German owned company the majority of visitors in the resort are Germans however, most of the staff speak some English and we didn’t find it an issue and felt included at all times.
The entertainment during the day is excellent and I would encourage you to get involved with as many activities as possible to get to know the staff better. The evening entertainment is also very good with most things going on in the Amphitheatre and the main Wunderbar. Yes, the couple of shops within the complex are overly expensive but you probably already know this.
As you can guess, we liked it a lot 😊

We entered on the 23rd, I came with my daughter, they were very interested from the reception, Mrs. Şafak helped with everything, the food was very good, the head chef, kudret, was very interested, the Covid rules were very attentive, the animation, Mr. Selçuk did not miss the fun, the mini club Louisa was very interested in my daughter, we are very sorry that we are going, the internet is very good from everywhere The room is very nice and quiet, among the greenery. They cleaned our room with deep care each day and the hotel staff always is so helpful and polite. Lifeguards are very playful with the kids they always made my daughter laugh. The drinks in the bar taste real good especially cocktails. Mr. Meriç, the general manager, took care of us one-on-one, Mrs. Başak from guest relations was very friendly and helped every time. We Came here from Zürich and i dont want to leave this sunny and nice place. When i read the comments i had doubts about coming here but right now i dont understand neither of them i never had any issues like that. Me and my family have been to other magic lifes such as masmavi and jacaranda and magic life never dissapoints We are looking forward to visit again hopefully in october. Thank you so much magic life belek team for this experience

What a fantastic hotel!
Very clean, all the staff are very friendly and happy to help without even asking.
Activity programme is good with something always going on if you wanted to join in.
Shows were mainly very good, and the themed parties (garden party/foam party etc) were fantastic
Plenty of sun beds available round the pools/gardens/beach, we never struggled to get one
Very shaded around the main pool but the structure does make the pool look nice
Always staff cleaning and mopping the pool area up so it’s not slippy which we thought was excellent
Downtown snack station was a very clever concept and the food always consistent (wraps/burgers/pizza/salads/fruits/crepes)
Food was good, I’m a fussy eater and always something to eat (the pizza was lovely!)
Alcoholic drinks weren’t the best as they’re local branded, don’t fancy paying €5 extra a drink for branded alcohol
The rooms are a good size, balcony’s are tiny but we just used it to dry swim clothes
Bathroom is brill, decent size and the shower very powerful
Ask for a mattress topper as the beds are quite firm, it was a game changer for a good nights sleep!
See Bob the tui rep, he’s amazing with honest recommendations, the boat trip we did with him was absolutely fantastic!
Even if the staff didn’t speak english very well theyd still engage and help you as best they could!
Kadir in the Magico restaurant was outstanding and always made us laugh even though we couldn’t properly communicate with the language barrier.
Takem (I think that’s his name) the pool attendant was always fantastic, smiling and tried to help, he even brought us a sun lounger over when we were trying to find them in the sun, and then 5 minutes later without asking he even brought us a table too!
Excellent service! Fantastic entertainment! Brilliant staff! Would 100% return and recommend!

I don't even know where to start, because this hotel offers everything you want. We traveled as 2 families (4 adults, 3 children - 4 years, 3 years, 8 months). Check in was very quick and the receptionist Emine gave us all the information about the hotel with a smile. Our family was accommodated in room 569 (1 double bed + 1 bunk bed). The room was on the first floor, which was not entirely comfortable given that we used a stroller, but it was nothing we could not handle. The location of the room was practically ideal, we were in the middle of the whole area and everything was very close, at the same time there was no big noise. The area of the hotel is really beautiful, it is a huge blooming garden with lots of flowers and trees. Turtles move freely around the garden, which was a huge experience for our children. First of all, I have to praise the customer service, our friend Serdar was able to get us medicine for my friend's daughter very quickly, which we appreciated very much. As for food and drink, there was plenty of everything and everything was really great. The only small drawback is that branded alcohol is not included in the all inclusive program. We also visited one of The Flower's 3 Ala cart restaurants, where we tasted really great food. Our waiter Menderes made our dinner at this establishment very pleasant, it was really great and fun. As for entertainment, we used an application where you can clearly find out which activity and where it is taking place. For our children, the Mini Disco Show and also the performance at the Amphitheater were a clear hit. The pools were great and the sea refreshing. We left as the most satisfied guests in the world. Thank you Magic Tui Life Belek

We came here for 2 weeks after originally booking for Masmavi (which we've already been to) and changing to this one to give it a try. Everything was perfect. The 2 bed family room was very big, there was never a problem getting sunbeds at the pool, the waterpark was a great little addition, food was amazing and plenty of choice for every taste, even my vegetarian daughter never struggled to find something to eat. We didn't do much with regards to daytime activities but we did play shuffleboard every day and I want to mention Lucy, who always made us feel welcome to come and play. The gym was well equipped and Serhat was great too, always there to help out if needed. The evening entertainment programme was also very good. All staff, from the cleaners, receptionists, bar staff, restaurant staff, entertainment team, every single staff member we came into contact with is a credit to the hotel. We really enjoyed our holiday and hope to come back again sometime

This complex really does have everything you need. The staff are very welcoming and friendly right from the Front desk through to housekeeping, lifeguards, pool attendants and hospitality. The whole resort is kept immaculate and the gardens well manicured which takes away the disappointment of not having a sea view room, i believe all are garden view.
The evening entertainment was really enjoyable and well rehearsed and the theme nights very impressive. We only ate in the main restaurant as enjoyed what was on offer but there was plenty of variety outside of this.
The pools are plenty big enough to not feel crowded and there were no queues for the waterslides which we have experienced at other hotels. Free water activities were a nice bonus and we took advantage of the canoes a couple of times.
I really wanted to give full marks for this resort as we had such a wonderful holiday but there were two areas that could be better: 1) The street food section is located between the two pools and was an excellent addition but it didn't start until 12:30. For early risers like us who have breakfast by 8am, a start of 11:30 here would have been perfect for us. But even that was a minor point however 2) SUN LOUNGERS!!! Now there were ample sun loungers all over in all the various locations. However we still found ourselves having to join the 6am/7am rush out of our villa to secure a spot. We were a family of 4 yet struggled to find loungers for 2 people if we didn't put towels out before breakfast. There were lots of loungers, around the main pool especially, left empty for the majority of the day. We noticed a few families who would put towels down on loungers in more than one area meaning they always had a place to sit! Id suggest either removing towels or allocating loungers. At the very least put visible signs up requesting guests not secure loungers.

First time visit to any magic life hotel and we were so happy with our choice after 14 days of bliss. The weather was arguably too hot at 40+ degrees most days but the hotel made it very comfortable and the air con in the rooms was a welcome relief from the heat. The staff were all superb and very attentive and very hard working to make the resort look immaculate and they couldn't do enough for you. However, I would like to make particular praise to a few individuals that made our stay even better - Cennet in the restaurant was always so happy to see us and she was there for all our needs, Kiwi of the entertainment staff was so much fun and made us feel part of everything (which wasn't always easy as the hotel was larger German guests and a lot of the conversations were in that language) and Idris and Eyyu who probably wouldn't be noticed by most people as they were part of the outdoor cleaning team but they worked their socks off every day to make sure the pool areas, toilets, outdoor seating zones were kept in superb and safe condition. The kids club staff were very good and always tried to make our sone feel welcome and included but he didn't use it much as often he was the only english child which wasn't easy for him although he did make friends with an Austrian, a German and a Slovakian (as well as a few english children during our stay). The rest of the entertainment programme was phenomenal with so much to do day and night but equally if you wanted to chill by the pool or beach or make your own fun on the waterslides you could do no problem. The food was absolute immense with crazy amounts of choice for all meals and all really fresh and delicious. If you venture into the town by taxi it should cost about £30 but I would recommend you check the euro exchange rate as well as the Turkish Lira as they quote Euros for most things and you might get more for your pound depending on the relevant rates. Can get loads of dodgy football shirts and designer goods but make sure you barter hard and walk away as they will virtually always call you back. Got quoted £30 ish per kids kit but ended up getting 3 for that!!! Superb stay in a lovely country at a great hotel and will return for sure.

As this hotel got 5 out of 5 and we previously stayed at Magic life Sarigerme we were confident this would be a great hotel. It is if you have children and are looking for A Butlins type experience. Sadly we weren't. There were too many children it being German half term (we had deliberately avoided the UK one) we have grandchildren so it's not we don't like them! But literally it was overun with them!
Our room like every room was dark and dingey with the world's smallest balcony . It was cleaned OK but I cannot believe in an all inclusive resort you get tea bags and milk on day 1 then they want €3 a day!!! Unbelievable!!
We liked the relax pool and the staff were nice here although some were no doubt longing for the hotel to close and seemed fed up and not bothered.
We did think it was odd having an adults only pool and then putting kids in the rooms round it! Why not use these rooms for adults only couples?
We watched a couple of shows and there was plenty going on. You'd struggle to book tennis it was always busy. The magico buffet was OK although silly things like not being served tea or coffee at breakfast was disappointing. We tried Sofra and the Flavour both OK but not amazing. Our main meal in Flavour was cold.
The complete lack of non smoking areas is disgusting especially with children! We hate smoking and struggled to find anywhere we didn't have to endure the smoke of other people's cigarettes.
The highlight are the gardens beautifully kept and very pretty.
Sadly we like a walk at night and there is nothing within walking distance apart from the gardens. We did go into Kadriye on the bus but many of the shopkeepers got very aggressive if we didn't buy anything. This was the first time it's happened to us in Turkey and as older generation we felt a bit put off. In one shop we actually bought something as he told us we'd wasted 30 minutes of his time!
We wouldn't come back because it was the wrong hotel for our needs and we just thought there'd be a mix of kids and adults but it was 95% families. Judging by the reviews it's what young families want maybe I should have read all the reviews and not just looked at the score.
The older kids were almost feral and were running around at night in groups.
The coffee place is the best part here with super coffee and the most amazing cakes way better than offered in the restaurant?
I'm sure young families will love it here but for us as an older couple who love Turkey it's just not for us.

Not sure about the spa. None of the outside pools are heated
Near the beach pool, there are shacks open at lunch time for you to get burgers, pizza, wraps and more - very nice
Yes! A lot of food trucks
Hi - well our room Villa 18, room 1132 was quite near to the Relax Pool and would recomnend as you couldn't hear any noise in the evening. I would say it was a few minutes to walk to Magico - but not too far and really nice to look at the flowers etc on your way.
