Simply superb! Staff were amazing could not do enough! Everyday the attention to detail was quite exceptional! Food superb! Have to mention the steak restaurant! Brilliant! The 24 hour restaurant was surprisingly of a high standard! With staff who were simply the best I’ve seen in a long while Rooms magnificent! Facilities second to none! The what’s app group idea is great! Everything you want is there at a click! Even sent out to a pharmacy for us for one of the children! I have to mention Serkan, he had a 6th sense as to where guests were and anticipated every need! Will I return! Absolutely! Well done all the team at Cullinan!

I stayed in this hotel with my family for a week in the family swimming room.  I think it may be the most beautiful hotel not only in Turkey but also in the Mediterranean.  It was a wonderful holiday for us.  It is a very user friendly hotel with easy access to all parts of the hotel, it is not tiring to walk from one part to other one.  But, at the same time it is big enough that you don't feel the crowd.  The hotel and room design is very classy, stylish and elegant. I think the unique difference of this hotel is not self service except open buffet restaurant. You are served in each area of the hotel with delicious drinks with or without alcohol. Although there is an open buffet meal for all through the day, you have access alacart in 3 different style restaurants (free of charge) as a la carte for lunch.  But if you wanna have you meal in open buffet, you never wait in line. The open buffet area is quite large, the variety of food is more than enough and the taste is very high.  Bars and restaurants, served by private chefs and bartenders, provide superior restaurant quality service.  The employees are very friendly.  I'm not normally a night show lover, but the shows here are very professional and the show we watched last night was like Broadway shows.  Beside, at night, you can dance and have fun with very special parties at the Galapagos bar.  About pools, Aquapark is sufficient, 2 heated outdoor pools are life saving in October.  In addition, the pools of the swim up rooms are also heated which is very comfortable for the families with child.  In summary, a peaceful and classy hotel, professionally managed in the ultra-luxury segment category.  If you want to receive an outstanding service, do not hesitate to go there.  From now on, we will look foward to staying here every year.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the experience at Cullinan was AMAZING. Upon arrival we were greeted with a huge bunch of flowers our luggage escorted to the beautiful lagoon swim up room. We were introduced to Diana who was extremely helpful. She showed us around and added us to a watts app group in which whatever questions we needed answers were promptly answered and information was on hand. The buggy service was excellent as it transported us from the main hotel building to the lagoon rooms. The stunning golf course views and location was spectacular, the pictures on the site and trip advisor do not do it justice. The food in the all inclusive restaurants was amazing. The buffet was good and had a massive variety of choice. The Cullinan Bistro and Pool bar restaurant was 10/10 the quality of food and service was perfect. The staff at Cullinan were amazing always smiling and provided our family with exceptional service. The hotel as a whole was top class. We stayed for a week and still did not manage to explore the full resort due to the sheer size of it. The indoor and outdoor pools that were heated were always clean and it kept the kids occupied for hours 😛 To sum it up it was a perfect holiday. For anyone thinking to go book without hesitation you will not be disappointed. Thank-you Cullinan!!
