Simply superb! Staff were amazing could not do enough! Everyday the attention to detail was quite exceptional! Food superb! Have to mention the steak restaurant! Brilliant! The 24 hour restaurant was surprisingly of a high standard! With staff who were simply the best I’ve seen in a long while Rooms magnificent! Facilities second to none! The what’s app group idea is great! Everything you want is there at a click! Even sent out to a pharmacy for us for one of the children! I stayed in this hotel with my family for a week in the family swimming room. I think it may be the most beautiful hotel not only in Turkey but also in the Mediterranean. It was a wonderful holiday for us. It is a very user friendly hotel with easy access to all parts of the hotel, it is not tiring to walk from one part to other one. But, at the same time it is big enough that you don't feel the crowd. The hotel and room design is very classy, stylish and elegant. I think the unique difference of this hotel is not self service except open buffet restaurant. You are served in each area of the hotel with delicious drinks with or without alcohol. Although there is an open buffet meal for all through the day, you have access alacart in 3 different style restaurants (free of charge) as a la carte for lunch. But if you wanna have you meal in open buffet, you never wait in line. The open buffet area is quite large, the variety of food is more than enough and the taste is very high. Bars and restaurants, served by private chefs and bartenders, provide superior restaurant quality service. The employees are very friendly. I'm not normally a night show lover, but the shows here are very professional and the show we watched last night was like Broadway shows. Beside, at night, you can dance and have fun with very special parties at the Galapagos bar. About pools, Aquapark is sufficient, 2 heated outdoor pools are life saving in October. In addition, the pools of the swim up rooms are also heated which is very comfortable for the families with child. In summary, a peaceful and classy hotel, professionally managed in the ultra-luxury segment category. If you want to receive an outstanding service, do not hesitate to go there. From now on, we will look foward to staying here every year.

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the experience at Cullinan was AMAZING. Upon arrival we were greeted with a huge bunch of flowers our luggage escorted to the beautiful lagoon swim up room.
We were introduced to Diana who was extremely helpful. She showed us around and added us to a watts app group in which whatever questions we needed answers were promptly answered and information was on hand. The buggy service was excellent as it transported us from the main hotel building to the lagoon rooms. The stunning golf course views and location was spectacular, the pictures on the site and trip advisor do not do it justice.
The food in the all inclusive restaurants was amazing. The buffet was good and had a massive variety of choice. The Cullinan Bistro and Pool bar restaurant was 10/10 the quality of food and service was perfect.
The staff at Cullinan were amazing always smiling and provided our family with exceptional service.
The hotel as a whole was top class. We stayed for a week and still did not manage to explore the full resort due to the sheer size of it.
The indoor and outdoor pools that were heated were always clean and it kept the kids occupied for hours 😛
To sum it up it was a perfect holiday. For anyone thinking to go book without hesitation you will not be disappointed.

Our check-in was amazing, guest relations were there to meet us and they sat us down with a glass of fizz and some chocolate covered strawberries, check-in was faultless, we were shown to our room and shown how everything worked. We were staying in a family duplex room with private pool it was beautiful. The mini bar was replenished every day as was the towels, bathrobes and toiletries. The maid kept the room spotless.
We chose to have breakfast in the 7/24 restaurant as it was waiter service, there was a great selection and the service was excellent.
At lunch we ate at the restaurant down by the entertainment area, it was also very good with a lovely selection of food to choose from.
In the evening we booked the a la carte restaurants, the first one was the Asian which was very nice and our waiter Emre was outstanding, his attention to detail and service was definitely a credit to the hotel. I do believe that he will be joining the Beef Restaurant. The Tepanyaki is situated inside the Asian and can be very noisy with the show cooking, if you want to have a quieter table ask to be moved further away as at times the noise was deafening and we could not hear ourselves speak. The Fish & Italian restaurant were good also with the service being excellent. The best one (in our opinion) was the Beef Restaurant, the service from Volkan was wonderful, he knew that we were celebrating birthday's and arranged a cake for us and had decorated the table with rose petals. The service from all the waiter's in the restaurant was great, you were never rushed and the food is cooked to perfection.
There is a lovely Patisserie with every type of cake and you can sit inside or outside on the terrace. There is also a Chocolatier with many delicious chocolates to choose from.
In the evening after our dinner we went to the 24/7 bar and the service again was amazing, the cocktails and other drinks we had were made to perfection. The staff in all the bars & restaurants could not do enough for you.
During the day we sunbathed down by the pool and the towels were on the beds for you. There was never a problem getting a bed, they had waiter service by skaters who came round with fruit, snacks, every drink possible and also cleaned your sunglasses!
Our swim up pool was fantastic, we had a large terrace with 2 sunbeds and a daybed for 2 along with a table and chairs, the temperature in the pool was so lovely and warm and we were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the golf course and sea and could watch the sun go down in the evening.
We have visited many hotels in this area and this is by far the best, the staff are a credit to the hotel, guest relations do an amazing job with the wots app service this works really well. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

There’s so much good but some customer service parts massively let it down.
Positives:
It’s really clean There’s plenty of space - you’re not fighting for sun beds The water park was great for the kids There are a couple of amazing staff members (especially in the Irish bar)
Negative:
Most of the swim up rooms have thumping loud music until 2am. It’s like sleeping in a nightclub yet it’s a resort for families. We had to really push to change rooms. When we eventually got a room a few grades lower but quieter we were told we would still pay the higher priced room. I managed to negotiate a cabana out of it but had to write a letter saying I wouldn’t complain. It was all very odd.
The hotel is set up to only cater to Russian visitors. Nobody speaks English and we were told twice that it’s really ‘a Russian hotel’
Because of the above the kids did not like the kids club and didn’t use it. All games were only in Russian.
The food in the buffet isn’t good but the food not included is good. Worth paying the extra but I think for over £1k a night it should be included.
My son is vegetarian. Vegetarians are not catered for at this hotel.
There is no ATM and yet they want you to pay cash for lots of things.
Like I said so much is good and it ended up being a good holiday but it’s not quite there yet!

As frequent visitors to the area we have been to some excellent hotels.....now we have been to the best so far! The welcome on arrival and check in was impressive as is the hotel decoration with huge Christmas tree and new glitzy areas throughout.Our sea view room was large,comfortable and had everything you need and modern touch screen technology for lights and doors.We used whats app for any requests and this was a good fast service.We tried the Asian and Beef club a la cartes and enjoyed both.We also ate often outside at theTurkish snack place and indoor Bistro which both did delicious fresh cooked food,the main restaurant was also very good with a large varied choice.All indoor and outdoor areas are so clean and of a high standard.The indoor pool was fantastic with great service for refreshments.One of the most impressive things at this hotel was the drink choices in all bars,about 8 international bottled beers,guiness and an enormous selection of branded and premium spirits and cocktails including over 25 whisky and malts and brands including Grey Goose and Tanqueray 10 among many many others.This is by far the best selection at any hotel and beautifully presented too.Another top area of Cullinan is the staff,there are lots of them so service is fast and they all seem happy and proud to work here.We enjoyed chatting and joking with them at bars (lobby and Irish bar).We stayed in Barut just a few months ago and were impressed but this hotel is far above in many aspects we feel so lucky to have experienced this level.Im trying to think of something to improve but they have it perfect and in Summer I'm sure it's even better with beach area open.Fantastic building rooms views food drink staff facilities just incredible.Thankyou to everyone here we dream of coming back 🇹🇷

Cullinan Belek is super excellent! The service, the food and the facilities are top class. Very modern high quality resort with proper all inclusive. You can’t ask for better. The members of the guest team Ege and Hatice were excellent, Ege helped us check and upgraded our room before we asked. They were available to help us every day, whether to book Al carte meals or taxi or anything at all and they were very efficient. Naomi in the Asian restaurant was brilliant, her and her manger’s service was on point. Naomi preempted what we needed and provided them before we asked. Selim who leads the fruits and ice cream area in the main buffet restaurant was super kind and helpful, he is very pleasant with good command of English. Yesuf one of the senior staff is so pleasant and nice, checked in to make sure we were happy with the service sometimes at meal times and surprised us a with a lovely arrangement of fruits , had made chocolate and wine nicely presented in our room as a thank you and god bye gesture. Levi front door service was so helpful and Yulia guest services was also very pleasant always checking to make sure were all good. The resort is well staffed and they staff are from different parts of the world and are friendly and helpful. Even when they did not speak English well , they got another member who could speak to help. Generally standards in this resort is high. The fridge in the room is refilled with drinks and snack every day and the selection is very good quality .The views from the suite were breath taking, the bed and furniture very comfortable. The internet was good and available all around the resort , didn’t use it for work though but was good for Netflix. The toiletries are very nice, in fact we can’t wait to revisit. The South African music band in the Irish pub on Saturday is super excellent. This holiday was for myself and my husband to rest, relax and have a good time . We felt at home and very comfortable at the Cullinan. We surely had a great time and hope to visit Cullinan again. I do not usually write reviews but I had to write this one. We booked the Cullinan for our honeymoon, stayed from November 27th - December 4th. The place is absolutely incredible.
We mentioned it was our honeymoon and got extra goodies, such as flowers on arrival and in our room, a special treat to an alacarte restaurant and a room service breakfast.
The hotel itself is magical. Decked out in Christmas decorations added that extra magic for Christmas lovers. Staff could not be more helpful and attentive and the food tastes like heaven.
With our booking we were also lucky enough to have on hand 2 personal assistance we could contact through WhatsApp at anytime, named Hatice and Egecan. Both of these individuals couldn’t have been more helpful. Always on hand to answer questions and always happy to help. If they saw us in the hotel they would always come over to make sure there was nothing we needed. Absolutely faultless.
So bottom line is, book this place! The hotel is amazing and we feel so lucky to have been able to experience this place for our honeymoon. It is absolutely perfect.

We travelled at the beginning of April, we have been on a few all inclusive trips in the past 2 years but the service, the intricate details and quality of everything surpassed expectations. We had a swim up duplex room, everything was of high standards, the water in the pool is so warm you do not shiver while entering the pool. The Wi-Fi is very strong around the complex. The main family buffet restaurant is very good quality. The kids were apprehensive about kids club but did not want to leave and wanted to go the following day. The games room with bowling alley is part of the all inclusive, the Irish bar, shisha bar, desert lounge, the chocolate bar, the gym are all amazing the list is endless. Everything is premium.
