We were in a big company on our summer holiday. We were lucky to be with our friends, because without them the holiday would have been really terrible. The service and hotel were at the lowest rate. We were forced to ask at the reception 2 times till someone came and cleaned the room. And once they cleaned it, you didn't see a big difference. Food was not fresh and I also found a "surprise" on my plate. You don't want to know what kind of.. So, I don't recommend this hotel at all.

We visited this hotel on 20 August 2019 and when we arrived was appalled that this hotel was rated 5*.our rooms was meant to be a double garden view and the family was on top floor facing the road. When we arrived at 2.30 am there were no snacks we we so hungry. Our room was not a 5* quality. The bathroom was small and not much place to put toiletries. The sofa pull out bed broken. Next morning we went to breakfast and the hotel was full of Russians. It was hectic at meal times everyone rushing to eat. The staff were pleasant but no one really spoke English. The alicart restaurant was so basic with limited food. The second day I had terrible diorrehea our family was ill from food. It wasn't very clean. We had to ask several times for towels and toilet rolls. We ended up eating outside. The pool was not very clean. The lifeguard on water slides was not supervising he seemed to be on the phone all the time. The pool bar had ceao drinks wine tasted like vinegar. We hated it. The hotel was full of Russians who were mainly rude. The reception staff spoke very little English. The entertainment was poor. The childrens entertainment was so bad. A trampoline you had to pay for. We bought all inclusive yet we hardly ate anything. Please do not stay if you are English you will dislike it. Teletext sold us a washout holiday. We met another English family they too were unhappy. The only good thing was spa Area. This hotel needs a face lift needs decorating. Rooms need to be updated. Never will I visit here again.

Good afternoon,  I am getting in touch with you to complain about your hotels severe lack of consideration for the British and to inform you that your hotel and staff have provided us with the worst holiday my husband and I have ever experienced, so bad we had to leave a whole week early!  My husband and I work very hard for our holidays and expect them to be pleasant and stress free.  Unfortunately this was not to be.  One of the first problems was that no one spoke reasonable English? This was a major problem for us as unfortunately my husband took very unwell after eating from your dining area for the 3rd day. Eventually he required too be seen by a doctor as his pain wasn't getting better as we thought it would. We called reception for assistance. This was very problematic due to the anguage barrier. The first thing that they said was that it would cost €200 if we needed a Doctor, which we felt we had no choice but to agree too. The Dr came and checked over my husband informing your staff that he was in need of hospital assistance, we were then told we would need to wait on transport to hospital. We were taken to hospital by car and my husband was treated and released some 11hrs or so  later. We were taken to hospital reception given discharge paperwork and then left stranded! We eventually took it upon ourselves to get a taxi back to the hotel. After arriving back on the Friday morning until we checked out on the Saturday night,  not one person from the hotel even called to check on him or how he was.  Before my husband took ill we went to book our a la cart meal which immediately became problematic too, as the guest relations rep was very poor at English and the best she could do for us was point at dates and menus to let us see what was available.  I tried to arrange with the reception staff, via room telephone, to collect our cases as my husband was very weak and would in no way manage them and they seemed to understsnd. They said OK to everything I mentioned to them I. E. Time, room number and pick up. As the time arranged approached and passed I realised that I had yet again not been understood! Luckily for us a couple of other English residents that are staying with you saw us struggling and kindly offered assistance and they too also informed us that they would never return to your hotel due to its lack of care and understanding for the British. When we entered reception to say we were leaving they had no knowledge of it, so my phone call had definitely fell on deaf ears yet again! They then did offer to get our cases which we already had beside us! I also asked a tui rep for assistance on getting advice on a flight home but yet again, no help there either, in fact while I was speaking to the rep, Raim Rasa, another guest butted in and asked him for change! To my disgust he then proceeded to assist with the woman he could understand and left me standing, that's why I wrote down his name then another tui rep came over angrily asking me why was I writing down his name!!  We managed to get an early flight home by ourselves on the 1st Sept so that my husband could get the care and attention he required, cuting our holiday short by a whole week! More additional expense!!  I need to know what to do to take this complaint further before visiting a lawyer?  I patiently await your reply  Yours in anger Morag Niven

In this hotel there is a lot of bad things going on...Firstly, there is a herd full of RUSSIANS❌,Who are very rude and very arrogant. Meanwhile,The food is awful it taste like diesel,However the Entertainment is not too bad but most of the entertainment is filled in with Russian or Turkish.They have got three main bars and they are closed at the moment which is horrible as a person like me or a child could be very hungry.The other one that is not bad is the Ale Carte but the food is sometimes awful and sometimes the Ale Carte smells like Sewage which our family calls Ale Fart. They don’t give you any nuts or crisps as snacks to nibble on when your feeling a bit hungry.The food is disgusting yesterday my daughter wanted a piece of the Turkish cake and I advised her not to as the cream might not be fresh or overall it might be gone off. The fried egg was like slime and it wasn’t fried egg it was slime egg. The restaurant manager is clueless about what’s going on in this hotel he just sits around on his phone and eats. This Monday there was a market day where all of the shops come together and open stalls outside the restaurant my family wanted to buy some sunglasses and the man kept on saying “ BUY THIS AND THAT” the next minute he told me to buy flip flops and shorts.We met another English family who said don’t buy anything there which I thought about and never returned there again, when we first met the English family we were really relieved. The rooms are horrible I have some pictures to go with this and there was a cardboard shaped like a star that held the bed up in our room, the sofa bed was broken and when we first got to the hotel and went to our room we struggled to put the bed back into a sofa we asked the tour guide but he said he is not payed to do these things❓Basically a horrible place. IT’S NOT RATED A 4 AND A HALF STAR IT IS MORE LIKE A 0 STAR THIS TUI HOLIDAY IS VERY MISLEADING THEY SHOULD REVIEW THE RATING.IN MY OPINION NO ENGLISH PEOPLE SHOULD COME TO THIS HOTEL ‼️❌❌❌⚠️

Hi I am not one to usually spend time writing reviews on hotels but on this occasion I feel that I have a duty to advise all fellow British travelers who are looking to visit this area to spend a little more money and go to one of the other hotels nearby On first impression the hotel lobby is tired and is in serious need of an upgrade sad to say the same needs to be said for the staff who are utterly rude and seem to have lost the ability to smile (trust me this isnt turkey) We booked a family superior room which really wasn't superior in any way whare so ever one bed for my 2 boys Really!! Not sufficient bedding either despite asking for another bed we were just given a blank expression by the reception staff The hotel is purely for Russian and German holiday makers and this is made clear by everyone you come into contact with its a Tui hotel but Tui Russia and Germany definitely not UK Thankfully we have only stayed here for 3 days as we were in the area checking out our property that we own but please if any family are thinking of booking a longer holiday choose a different resort trust me its not worth the money they are asking
