Selectum Family Resort is an excellent choice for a fantastic family holiday. Starting from pre-arrival, the reservation team did a great job in handling our booking. Upon arrival, Alina from FO did a fantastic job with the check-in. Gökhan Mert Bey, the duty manager, did a marvelous job in making all our wishes come true. He is a valuable and professional team member, always available and running all over the hotel to ensure guests are happy!

Our family had two kids of different ages (4 years and 15 years) and our parents joined us. I can say all of them enjoyed and found fun things to do :) The entertainment and activities at the hotel are just perfect. My little boy enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini Aqua park a lot, while my older child enjoyed table tennis, basketball, and volleyball. My father-in-law spent his free time fishing :) and mother-in-law was eagerly waiting to see the daily show and singer performances. However, I didn’t see much of the animation team. Moreover, they expect and start speaking to me in Russian or Turkish, as the majority of hotel guests are Russian, so they assume all guests know Russian. - There is a lady in the Vitamin bar called Sezen. She was not friendly at all and seemed nervous and sad while serving our fresh juices. - There are not enough sunbeds at the beach. I had to run daily at 7 or 8 am to reserve a place, and no one offered assistance with that. - Housekeeping should do a better job in cleaning the rooms. We found some ants in the room, and they should do deep cleaning sometimes, especially mopping the wooden floors. Also, adding some refresh scent in the elevator or changing the carpet in the elevator and the corridor would be appreciated, as it’s too smelly and old. Adding a hand tissue in the bathroom and bedrooms, replacing the bathroom amenities with larger refilled shower gel bottles would be appreciated. I stayed here at the end of July for a week with my 2 children. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and after filling in the paperwork we where shown to our room. I will not lie I was disappointed with our nature room when we arrived. It was on the bottom floor next to cleaning trolleys and was just lacking the wow factor for me. Although the air conditioning was fantastic. The next morning I went to reception and straight away they offered to move us to the main building. The gentleman on reception was extremely helpful and said its not a problem. I went to see the new room first and was extremely impressed we where on the 6th floor with a fantastic view. When we arrived at the hotel we didn't hear an English voice for a few days as it was mainly russain guests but this didn't bother us and we didn't have any problems communicating with any of the staff. Odd times you may get a different drink to what you have ordered but thats ok time to try something new. The main restaurant in the evening was extremely busy and some nights you had to walk around to find a clean table and get your own drinks from the bar. We found using the 24/7 ala carte restaurant a lot more relaxing as it was a lot quieter and really good food that you ordered from a menu. We found the indoor bar at night a nice place to relax and play card games. Although we did sit out and listen to the dj some nights and also watch the show. So there is something for everyone. The hotel is very big so it is easy to find lots of things to do and move to the different areas. We did paddleboarding twice which was fun as I have never done it before and the guys instructing where friendly and helpful. The pool party and masquerade ball where fun.Slides and farm are a nice touch the kids enjoyed these and then grabbing a coffee and milkshake on the way back to the pool. There are also little play parks dotted around the nature area that are good for younger children. The 2 quite pools are lovely and relaxing. We never got up early to get sunbeds and always managed to get them around the pools and beach. Beach lovely although stoney in the water but thats just natural. Turkish restaurant was great although felt slightly rushed but enjoyed the live music. The main thing for me as a women travelling on her own with 2 children I felt very safe at this hotel. Each time we walk past the customer relations desk they woud ask if everything was ok and ask if we where having a good holiday. We even had phone calls to our room to check everything was OK. We caught a taxi into Belek centre one night which was 10 euros each way. There are loads of shops mainly selling bags, shoes, clothes. The taxi driver dropped us outside a shop and gave us his card and said the shop keeper will call him when we needed picking up which he did so that system works! Relaxed at the Selectum Hotel in early September. We arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m., so we checked in very quickly. We stayed at the hotel in mid-April. The hotel is wonderful. The area is surrounded by greenery, the aroma is not real from flowering plants. Orange trees, medlar, aroma of mint and marinade. The hotel has several swimming pools, one heated. Good hammam and massage. The water park is not heated, but the children swam and rode with pleasure. The children's club is open from 10 to 23, which is great. There were shows and programs daily. + live music or karaoke until 23:00.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday, especially with small children. Lots of different entertainment for children of different ages, very friendly and welcoming staff who treat each of their guests with care.
Delicious food, themed dinners. One of the minuses in the kitchen is a small assortment of fruits; during the entire period of our stay, melon was watery and tasteless, with watermelon every time. Berries: cherries. Gorgeous meat of different types and different preparations, a separate children's table for children. Among the disadvantages of the children's table: the only drinks available are sugary sweet packaged thick juices (peach, apricot), which are impossible to drink in the heat. In July 2023 we visited the Selectum Family Resort Belek. We read the reviews in advance, and it was scary that some tourists wrote that the hotel had bad cuisine and there was nothing to eat. The rooms (we lived in a bungalow) are poorly cleaned; on one day the room was not cleaned at all. We went to yoga, water aerobics, beach volleyball, and attended evening animation.
