We came to visit Cornelia diamond resort 25th may Me my husband and our one year old son. We have had the most amazing time (shame about the weather though) the hotel is most definitely a 5 star!! The food is amazing, there is a good variety of drinks, cocktails and my husband loved that he could get ice cold BOTTLED beer! The Cornelia kids world is the best kids world we have ever seen in a hotel, indoor softplay area, all the toys a child could want and the staff are really lovely, it definitely helped entertain our little one on the rainy days. There is a good choice of fitness classes and sports, Rozhin was one of the staff of the fitness and sport people and my son loved her! She always went out of her way to come and talk to us, all of the staff here at the resort are such lovely, caring people and cannot do enough for you!! The rooms are also huge and cleaned every single day and topped up everyday with mini bar and drinks in the fridge. There is a desert area on the bottom floor with the most incredible deserts and cakes to chose from! Will definitely be returning and would 100% recommend this hotel!! We’ve had the BEST time!…

Arrived after a delay at the hotel approximately 2.00am . We were advised food was available if we wanted but we were so tired we opted straight for bed.. After the bell boy showing us to our room, the air con wasn’t working so after 2 telephone calls and having to go back to reception it finally kicked in at 3.-30am. Not a great start. Food: breakfast , I only like a cereal and they didn’t have my preference even though there was a few different varieties. Plenty of other food to choose from though. Lunch we preferred the pool area which was plentiful and always something on the menu to choose from. Dinner, food in the restaurant was often varied, pretty much the same as other all inclusive restaurants. The a la carte we found good but not as good as the Corneila de lux. The restaurants there were a lot better we found. The hotel grounds are spotless and plenty of room. No rush for sun beds, plenty of space.. The beach was clean and the water was lovely. Weather was fab couldn’t ask for better. Housekeeping ok, the hotel is very impressive. Overall for us , the hotel is much smarter, and more modern than the Cornelia de lux but the food wasn’t as good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though and would stay there again. …

A really lovely hotel. Rooms - excellent. Good quality free minibar. Superb shower. Bed was enormous and very comfy. Spotless everyday. Bars / Restaurants. Again top quality food and beverages. Proper malt whisky, choice of beers etc. Food was excellent every night. Pools/ beach. Clean, good bars. Unlimited towels. Special shout out for Guest Services. Our suitcases were lost (Manchester airport is a national disgrace) and the staff went out of their way to help us. They kept in contact with Antalya airport and reported progress. Such a great help. Overall had a great holiday. Golf bus was a big help. Nice to go to a more upmarket hotel that didn’t have the fat/loud/tattooed guests seen in other TUI hotels Slight niggles 1. Smoking allowed around the pools and outside eating area. Not nice seeing ashtrays on every table. Please move the smokers away 2. Guests putting hotel towels on beds and never using the bed. Many hotels now move towels to discourage such ridiculous behaviour. 3. In the buffet, why were Chinese dishes not kept together? It was usually a search 4. Kids in the restaurant are fine when well behaved. However couldn’t there be a cut off (20.00?) as some were obviously tired and disturbing guests. Will certainly be going back…

We visited cornelia diamond for the first time in august this year and I can say that we had the most amazing time. The hotel is a little bit outdated i must say but the service, the food the overall ambience and clean and hygiene is exceptional. The rooms are a very good size and doesnt feel claustraphobic like most hotel rooms do. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the service was really up to scratch. We loved the cornie kids club and from the moment my daughter went in there she was in heaven. There is so much to do from table activities to animation teams, the staff were also exceptional in particular melisa was very helpful and friendly towards my child and to all of the children there. She nade me feel at ease knowing my child was very well looked after in there. Thank you Melisa you are an asset to the hotel. I must add to this however there was a girl named Elena there who i found very rude, she didnt seem interested in any other children apart from russian children who she favoured. In one instance while i was there my child held her hand out for help on to the bouncy castle and she completely ignored my child and rolled her eyes moving her hand away from my child. I think this should be looked in to as cornelia diamond should keep up their good standards especially when it comes to the welfare of our children. I cant really fault this hotel however inwould just like to add here to keep in mind that several activities for the children for example the inside soft play, the childrens solash pool and some facilities only operate during certain hours rather than all day which can be a little disappointing especially as there are no other pools apart from the splash pool for young children. We would definetly recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking to come here for the first time, you really wont be disapointed.…

Incredible trip – highly recommend We visited the hotel through TUI as a family of four for a week in late September/early August. It was our first time in Turkey and we were absolutely blown away by this hotel – I cannot speak highly enough of the place! We had a private transfer from the airport – highly recommend – and were in our room within 15 minutes of arriving. The service from start to finish was excellent and everyone was only too happy to help out. Rooms Very sizeable for a hotel of this size. My son slept on the sofa mattress and me on a camp bed for the week, but it was comfortable enough. Great bathrooms, very big balconies and a well stocked mini bar. We actually asked to move rooms after the first night; the garden-facing rooms were quite loud for our young children (1 and 5). The reception staff were very happy to help and moved us to a pool view room for no extra cost. This was so much better for us and we were so grateful for their help. Pool areas Where to start?! Such a great choice. The main pool is lovely and warm to relax in all day. Our eldest loved the big slides. The lifeguards on the slides were simply brilliant; always happy to help and keep us entertained while waiting. Sunbeds are comfy and plentiful, the floor can get quite hot when dry and slippery when wet, so take care if walking barefoot around the pool. It would be great if they could add some toilet facilities on the far side of the pool, but this may be tricky without ruining the landscape and views. Food/drink We’ve been to all inclusives and hotels all over the world. I can comfortably say this was by far the best we have ever experienced. Such a good choice and quality of food for every meal in the buffet restaurant, while the pool restaurant far surpassed our expectations in terms of quality and choice. Only note would be service in the main buffet can be slow for drinks. We had to wait 15/20 minutes some days for hot drinks with breakfast. Perhaps consider adding self-serve coffee and hot water urns, and even self-service drinking water to ease the strain on staff. Bar that, no complaints at all. Staff From the waiting and cleaning staff, to the bell boys and reception, we cannot speak higher of them. Happy to help with a smile, some of the best service we have received in our years of travelling. Tips are always greatly appreciated. Kids club We did enjoy this and the facilities are amazing, again the best we have seen. The kids buffet especially was a great touch. We did have one unfortunate experience when my young son was kicked off the pool table by older boys and the staff member on duty didn’t handle it well at all. I spoke with management at the club and they tried to clear it up for us, but we weren’t fully satisfied with the response. That said, staff at the club are excellent and work very hard - though perhaps the soft play could be open a little longer? If you go ahead and book, or have already booked for a visit, you will absolutely not be disappointed. It is a brilliant place with lots to see, do and eat! We are very much hoping to return to the hotel next year, should budget allow us, and look forward to experiencing it all over again!! …

Hotel - general view close to airport - 30 min by private transfer huge, some parts already look as old, but generally perfect hotel Two big main pools which are connected by snack restaurant and bar Room We had a Lake family room 5026 - two connected rooms (king bed and twin beds) with direct access to the shared pool. I can recommend. These type of room is on the ground and first floor (steps to the pool). Our room is on the ground floor. Pools we used our shared pool. But in the area is 2 big pools, aquapark with a lot of slides, and children´s pool with attractions for them which is covered by shade sail. Restaurants We visited main restaurant and snack bar in the pool area, not a´la carte restaurants. We were surprised that in the forth floor without possibility to sit outside. It is pity. Bige difference from other hotels where is main restaurant in the ground floor with sitting in and outside. Food was very good, we just found it the same every day. One fun fact - the boy service was better then the girls service - more polite, quicker etc. Spa We were 3 times in Spa center for massages and I have to say that balinese massages with Remy were perfect. Beach OK, sand. Sun loungers covered with a shade canvas. Perfect Pier bar with branded alcohol and Monday and Friday night events with jazzband were beautiful It was a relax week for our family and we can recommend this hotel …

Before going on our holiday, we did our research as one member of our family is gluten free. We have do this for our family holiday for the past 10 years. All the information we found reassured us the hotel provides gluten free food and so, we booked the holiday. Upon arrival, we completed a form and specifically stated Gluten Free within the allergy section and advised to collect a card from reception the next day, which we did, we went to the main Buffett restaurant showed the card. She was duly shown the selection around the restaurant but nothing was gluten free, apart from the salad section. Past holidays a chef has been made aware would come out and help to select food available or cook something fresh and this has been in a lower star hotel. Our weeks holiday for a family member became a game of what can I eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. As you can imagine, their plate from the selection on offer was a repeat of the previous day. I enjoyed my vacation at Cornelia Diamond Hotel so much! Nice rooms, great service, delicious food. I especially liked spending time with the entertainment team: Maria, Christina, Hasan, Anastasia, Victoria. It was great to spend time with Them, to talk on various topics, to play the planned games. In general, without them, the vacation would not be so interesting and active. If you are in this hotel, be sure to get acquainted with these guys and your vacation is guaranteed to be even more interesting. I am more than sure that I will return to this hotel again to spend some more time with Them, and of course to relax!
