The hotel has seen better days but still I am quite certain it was the best choice in Koper. The hotel is located some twenty minutes away from the city by foot (if you want to eat out there, you will work up your appetite and burn some calories on your way back) by a stony beach but if you are not that adventurous there is an aquapark and it is included in price. You can swim in a pool with sea water or just soak in other pools (both indoor and outdoor). I was there in May so there was no crowd but when I tried to book a room for August, I found out it was already fully booked so I guess it may get crowded in the season.

Hotel isn't new so there are thin walls but it is clean, friendly maids who change your rowels every day. We asked for double bed at booking but did not get it. Breakfast was very good. Many things to eat, good covid measures. But aquapark... life guards... masks under their chin or no mask at all. Guests should wear masks but it is stupid as you have it till the chair so... My friend asked her chair to be cleaned as it was sticky and dirty and she took it from the pile where should be clean chairs. Lifeguard came and spray it and that was it. No cloth at all. It was rude so... that was a low point. Othervise cleaniness in aquapark is very poor. Wardrobes were dirty especially the floor. We only saw cleaning lady emptying garbage. No cleaning of floor.

Ever wondered what 1980s socialist Slovenia feels like? Well this is your chance! Poor quality rooms, aged interior and a dreadful smell. The pool area needs a lot of attention, but they are ok. The rooms and service need a lot of work, amazing that people still pay for this! I feel duped and conned.

We were not expecting beautiful rooms because we are aware that hotel is in need of renovation. Beds are horible, the equipment is dated, shower very weird. What we were not prepared for was the service. The staff was not helpful at all. Also not friendly as we are used to at hotels. We didin't have a pleasant experience at the reception desk, nor in the restaurant. The only thing that was ok (ok, not great) were the pool reception desk (nice, friendly, helpful) and the pools (aquapark). We will not return. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bad service, poor food, very small rooms Extreem: we had room with connection door to next one, very small and with bad interiour. When new neighbours with 9mth couplings moved in next room, no more sleep. After complaints, nothing was changed, on leave 10% discount was offered. Never again - I hope somebody with more feeling, passion and common sense will take over soon

I only visited the Aquapark. There is really a lot of water surface depending on the location of aquapark. I was in the middle of September 2019 and the outside waters were already cold but still excellent in relation to the warm sun. The indoor pool is warm. I remember that water in the indoor pools was salty years ago. Now it's not. The jakuzzys are great. I recommend the middle one in the big pool. Great indeed! Very warm water with bubbles. In my opinion, there could have been renovated and upgraded and that the space provided would be even well used. Otherwise, it's great.

We stayed at the hotel during the Ironman competition Must note that this is one of the worst hotels we have been to ..The hotel is very old, not clean, carpeted are stained' small and poor rooms Throughout the hotel are paid machines designed to entice children to play with them It is a hotel built in the 1970s and nothing has been done since to preserve it My Recommendation: If you come to Cooper because of the competition and have a vehicle, go to IZOLA

Staying in this complex give me an interesting insight of spending pleasure time with gentle staff and amazing food in a restaurant. So far I've stayed in 40 hotels mainly 4 and 5 stars with lover quality of ingredients. Here guests can eat local fruits and vegetable high quality. No industrial preparation. Overview it is worth of money. It is more family orientated hotel. I could still find many parties in cities close by. Recommend to have your car.

This hotel would be great for kids with its family friendly atmosphere, the aquapark and just across the road from the beach (note that the beaches along this coastline are pebble beaches, not sand). For myself, my daughter and my teenage granddaughter, however, the room was very cramped, even though I'd booked a 'suite' (basically a room with a patio). The food, breakfast and dinner being included in the price, is buffet style and pretty basic. Unacceptably they stopped serving food more than an hour before the advertised time. There's a lovely bar which seems not to be in use, the 'barman' also serving as the wine waiter at the dinner tables. In fact management are really losing out on what could be a money spinner by serving drinks only during mealtimes. That meant the adults were sitting of an evening out on the terrace without a drink unless they'd bought some from the supermarket in town. It's a beautiful walk along the pedestrian path by the coast into town, a lovely old town, but it takes a good half hour. Plenty of taxis, though, to get back.

We only visited aquapark and it's really nice, there are 3 different pools outside and some more inside. But we were dissapointed because they don't have a parking space for those who don't buy a whole day ticket and also because they stop serving food after 5 p.m. but the pool is open till 9 p.m. Otherwise it's a good choice for a hot day.
