We stayed for 2 nights as a family of three. I booked online via their website and was happy to get rooms with such short notice. There was a bonus of 1000 pesos dining credits and 1000 gaming credits when booking via web (which I wasn’t able to use unfortunately). I super loved the people who helped us from the time we entered the hotel and upon checking in. The room is spacious enough and we had bay view. We also requested for a baby cot and a bottle steam sterilizer for my daughter which were delivered immediately after we settled in. I wasn’t able to use the sterilizer because it was dirty and there were yellow stains inside. Yikes. The experience was very smooth until the first night. We ordered in-room dining worth almost 3000 pesos. We were unable to finish everything at once because the servings were too big for us (husband, myself and my 20mos daughter) so there were leftovers. We called the in-room dining hotline again to request for the viands to be reheated (this is bulalo and lechon kawali) so we can eat them again, but they declined to do so. They said they don’t do such in the new normal. I find it unreasonable because the new normal is now, and we are coping to live like before with the present. This is how we live now. How can we eat the bulalo with all the solidified oil from the beef if they didn’t want to reheat the food? I was disappointed having to spend almost P3k for this kind of in-room service. My daughter was given chocolates by the room attendant and she was happy with the gift. We also ate buffet lunch at Fresh and we were so happy with the buffet spread. I missed the Filipino cuisine. There were just lots of people so be prepared to queue. We were accommodated at 2nd seating and had to wait for more than an hour. Next disappointment was the grazing box I pre-ordered outside before our stay. One box was supposed to be a gift for our friends who checked-in with us, and the other one was a gift for my husband for Father’s Day. I didn’t know that Solaire prohibits bringing outside food at the hotel until check-in. I actually brought this up with the person at reception that I had arranged an incoming delivery prior to knowing this, but said she couldn’t do anything and I can just ask once the item arrives. As expected, I wasn’t able to go through security when I got the delivery because they said it’s impossible to bring food. Someone talked to me (who was helpful btw too) and I begged to ask for consideration since we came from Singapore and I honestly didn’t know that food outside was prohibited. I told him I couldn’t send it to anyone in Manila to temporarily take care of it, as we came directly from the airport and we are from the province. I also asked if I can just sign a waiver that I brought a food in and if anything happens, Solaire won’t be liable. I wouldn’t bother to dispose the food if it doesn’t cost much, but it was. I explained these all nicely but he said that the duty manager simply said no. They didn’t even give an alternative solution to help me out. I just asked if the concierge has a fridge they could store the food in, just so it won’t get spoilt. And finally, after about 20 mins of discussion, and the person I was talking to went back and forth to talk to the duty manager, they have agreed to leave it at concierge’s fridge. It was so stressful! I thought everything would be going perfectly in our stay but no. Paying about 12k a night that would cause you stress isn’t worth it — to think we came here to relax, celebrate and have fun. The pool was perfect for my toddler. The water isn’t cold. She loves it and the pool staff was very friendly and helpful. The check out was a breeze too. The receptionist was once again helpful and she helped us to call for a bellboy to help with our big luggages and some other stuff.…
Staying at Solaire Resort and Casino was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the Philippines! On my trip I visited other casinos and will say Solaire is hands down the most beautiful and welcoming. The pay attention to detail! When you walk in you are greeted by a Filipina model who can point you in the right direction to what you’re looking for. The casino alone is timeless! It’s sheer beauty of Chrystal chandeliers, marble floors and luxury shopping makes this a 5 star hotel! They have so many options to eat from. We loved the “Fresh” buffet as it had 6-7 different ethnic food choices to choose from. 10/10 would recommend the buffet. We also did a Date Night in the YaKumi Japanese Restaurant. It was a very elegant setting and the staff was welcoming. We order the sushi sampler which came with 7 different sushi. Also we had salmon and some California sushi rolls. Overall I wish we had a little more for the price but still rate it 8/10. Now to the room! The room was the nicest room/bathroom I’ve ever stayed in even here in Texas. The room was super clean, the A/C ran great and the shower was like being under a waterfall! The room has all that you want and need. The amenities with the hotel are a pristine pool, bell hop service to move your luggage to and from your room, complimentary water and chocolates, easy check in and out, casino at the main floor, luxury shopping and 5 star dining. Our overall stay was a 10/10 would recommend to family coming to visit.…

Sincerely would like to express my gratitude to Ms Mary Rose from Lucky Noodles restaurant. I was very impressed with her kind and friendly service really enjoyed a lot there! Tell her supervisor she deserve it! Kudos to her!!
From checking-in , dining, staying -in and sleeping, entire hotel facilities, shopping , trying our luck at the casino to checking-out, EXCELLENCE is the word . Truly a Five Star Hotel indeed ! I am one of those satisfied and impressed guests. Keep up the good work! Extending our warm thankfulness.
The service provided by Jan and Kevin at the front desk was terrible. They were not able to accommodate my needs after I got picked out of my room. They made me wake up my family after gambled all night. It was the worse customer service experience I ever had. Please do not visit here. We booked 4 rooms and regret it.
It is as good as the best gets! A stay here is by no means cheap, especially to us Filipinos described by a certain demographic as #Hampaslupa :-) But for all its worth, the room was great. The staff was courteous and attentive. The rest of the hotel is a wonder only in most people's dream. I am certainly starstruck. Sadly, I didn't know how to get the Monopoly game set... The hotel is so good to my view that I recommebd it and when time (and budget permits...) I will stay here again
True to its rating of 5star. enjoyed a staycation here with Family & Kids. I love that their toiletries are Acca Cappa. Awesome staff. I just dont like that their wellness room is near the casino an dyou have to walkby casino while wearing you workout clothes hahaha. Overall we had an amazing stay.
