The hotel is well kept and the location was absolutely fantastic. We were given cute note along with a towel art just as a gesture which was so adorable. There’s a spa as well as the kid zone , where my daughter enjoyed a lot . The swimming pool has people who’ll give you towels when you go there which is really convenient as you need not get towels from your room down. The food was good too! My stay at Park Regis was exceptional. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the rooms were both stylish and comfortable with stunning city views. Even towels are not available neither in room nor at pool. Kindly visit at your own risk. They don't even bother to provide you any service or enjoy vacations. Room Service is also very bad you have to wait atleast 40-50 Minutes just for a cup of tea. We stayed for 3 nights but no room cleaning done for 2 days and when done on 3rd day there was no bedsheet and towel replacement nothing. All things were badly done. Very poor service, housekeeping & maintenance.

1. The experience in the reception desk, wasn't very good.
2. After a long journey, along with the welcome drink, would recommend that you have sitting arrangement are the reception desk.
3. The AC was not effective at all.
4. Despite having come to the resort by 1:30pm, finally got a room allotted to us by 3:00pm. This wait of an additional one hour, is totally unacceptable.
5. The Room:-
(a) The plug points on both sides of the bed are unusable. The plugs just fall out.
(b) It took us multiple attempts to get the WiFi connection. The User name and Password may be handed over to the guest, at the reception desk itself.
(c) Despite 03 of us check-in, only 02 towels were in the room.
(d) Despite repeated requests, no English Channels were available for viewing.
(e) Atleast one pencil and one sheet of paper may be kept in the room.
(f) There is only remote in the room, which only switches off the STB and not the TV.
(g) The bathrobes given to us, were without their belts. Despite requesting for us on multiple occasions, it wasn't provided.
(h) The switches in the room, may be marked to indicate, what are they supplying power to.
(i) A foot mat may be placed outside the bathroom.
(j) The telephone instruments also need to be cleaned. They are so dirty, that the handsets once placed back, take effort to get lifted.
(k) There are no towels provided to the guests, if they come to pool.
These are a few minor but essential points, which a big property such as Park Regis, should definitely consider. I'm certain that my next experience at Park Regis will definitely be a much better one.

Pathetic hotel to stay with family. Please do not even think of booking here. They behave as if you are staying there for free. We checked in at 2:00 am, and were allotted the rooms at 3:30 am. Rooms are in very bad condition and staff is absolutely rude and non supportive. am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at Park Regis Hotel in Goa. I had high expectations for a pleasant and comfortable experience, considering the reputation of your establishment as a 5-star hotel. However, my experience fell far short of these expectations.
Firstly, upon entering the room, I was appalled by its condition. The room was far from clean; there were visible stains on the carpet, dust on surfaces, and an unpleasant odor lingering in the air. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance had not been carried out adequately.
Moreover, the behavior of the staff at check in was utterly unacceptable. I encountered rudeness and indifference from members of your team during my stay. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued as a guest, I was met with disdain and unprofessionalism.
Furthermore, it is evident that Park Regis Hotel does not deserve its purported 5-star rating. The quality of the accommodation and services provided does not meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property were severely lacking, casting doubt on the credibility of your star rating.
To compound matters, when I attempted to address these issues with the management, I was met with further disappointment. Rather than displaying concern and a willingness to resolve the issues, the management was dismissive and unhelpful. This lack of accountability only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction with the entire experience.
In light of these circumstances, I urge you to take immediate action to rectify the shortcomings I have outlined. It is imperative that steps are taken to improve the cleanliness, professionalism, and overall quality of service at Park Regis Hotel. Additionally,Â
I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it warrants and take the necessary steps to ensure that future guests do not endure a similar experience.

My name is Sannil Gemavat and I visited your esteemed property with my newly wedded wife. I arrived at the hotel at 6 am on 21.12.2022 and my wife was not keeping well due to a medical condition. Even after a thorough request, the staff at the reception was very adamant to not give us an early check in and also confirmed that the room is available for a specific amount. We still requested for an early check in on humanitarian grounds and the same was provided after an hour. On 21.12.2022, my first day at the hotel, around 7 pm, a housekeeping staff entered our room without our consent. I was with my wife in the room and the housekeeping staff entered my room when I was with my wife. I asked the staff how did you enter the room, he swiftly replied " I have a master key". I had immediately confronted the incident with the Residence Manager Mr. Dinesh and General Manager to which they both agreed the incident and the fault from their end. This is a clear case of Security Breach, Mental Harassment and Agony. I have decided to lodge the complaint to concerned authorities to record the malpractices of Park Regis Hotel.

We spent 4 days in superior room. We arrived late in the evening and was asked to pay for 6 years old child however advised them that this is how the booking is made and child is not 7 years and will be completing 7 years in december 2024, rajesh had agreed for this as we were right Checked in to their superior rooms and they were basic, i mean those rooms can be booked at 2-3k per night in goa. We had asked the duty manager to change the room to premium and was ready to pay the minimum charges but we were advised that premium rooms were fully booked wherein plenty of rooms were available on their website. One of the days internet was completely unavailable. Service had been very slow throughout our stay and we informed the front desk about this On the last day electricity wasnt there in all superior rooms and we had to check out at 12 but due to the electricity issue we were unable to get ready however we were given deluxe room for 3 hours to get ready.
Long story short, not a place to stay.
