We stayed two nights in this hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. The hotel lacks excitement, quirkiness or charm -- it is very plain. Some might say it is boring. However, there are no nasty surprises either. This is a hotel where everything is as expected - no... Rooms are average - you get what is expected from a Protea Hotel. Clean rooms, free Wifi, free water, fridge, work desk, double bed and parking close to the room. Biggest frustration is that the Hotel is located next to a very busy highway and below the flight path to the Cape Town International Airport - once you get use... More

I trusted reviews on Tripadvisor and booked a 1 night stay on a business trip. Everything that could go wrong did. My booking was confused with someone else's. The shower head wet most of the bathroom floor. The restaurant was equally a nightmare. My prepaid dinner reservation did not appear on their system and I was served a mixture of... More

Stayed about 6 times here over 6 months. Rooms were always neat except a smoking room dud 1 time. Menu fair staple. Suggest you eat out for dinner and be careful in using room service too often. The view of Table mountain, lions head and signal hill is breathtaking in the morning.

Very conveniently located with easy access to the N-1 for visits to Century City, Tyger Valley, N-1 City etc... Rooms next to the freeway are very, very noisy due to the continuous road noise. Steps to the upper rooms are a danger and one cannot believe that this was passed by a building inspector - however, they have been fitted... More

A very clean and nice hotel. The breakfasts and pizzas are particularly nice. The staff are always friendly. It would have been better if the pool was a little bigger and if they'd had a gym. However, there are some nice walks close by.
