For the price of the room, our expectations were far exceeded. Spacious, clean, extremely comfortable and very conveniently positioned - one couldn't ask for more. Monica was really friendly and helpful while the facilities in the rooms were fantastic. We were there over an unbearably hot time of year which made the beautiful swimming pool area that much more enjoyable.... More

Stayed here for two nights. The rooms are big and clean with a fantastic view over a dam. We arrived very late and Monica gladly met us at a late hour to hand over our keys. This is not a B and B. There is no breakfast included, just a clean room to stay in. The room was also were... More

There is nothing wrong with this place, really, the 3 is because this place wasn't what I was after. Easy access by car, surrounded by vineyards. It was just closer to the road than I expected, although not too close for the cars really to bother a lot. The accommodation facilities are newly built and functional. Like in all small... More

Francios very kindly did a tour with us on a saturday morning. We had Dutch and Italian guests with us, and were interested in the famous Woolies wines, as well as the organic types. Informative, funny and very interesting we had a great time, tasted some fantastic and very special wines and my husband was delighted to have been able... More

We stayed four nights at Laibach Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge is self-catering and rooms are well equipped and spacious with a huge bathroom, modern furniture and a veranda looking onto the dam. The Ladybird suite has a larger veranda and a table who seats four people. However, I strongly recommend to management to consider servicing the... More

The lodge is a stunner! Highly recommended, the room was spacious, and magnificent bathrooom. The sunsets over the dam are mesmerising. We really couldnt of asked for anything better. Delvera and Warwick estates are within 500m of the gate which serve great food and world class wines. The perfect couples retreat!

What a dissapointed! We did not feel welcome at all in this lodge. We arrived 45 min earlier that our arranged arrival time and this was clearly a problem for lodge management. This could be seen in their attitude when they answered the phone when we couldnt enter the lodge through the gate. Surely a guest lodge should be ready... More

We booked three nights in the Merlot room, and were very pleasantly surprised on arrival - the website really doesn't do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was luxurious and well kept, and the room itself was amazing. Bright doors lead out onto an amazing view over the lake, right where the sunsets. And the pool is... More
