We've stayed at Delaire Graff Lodges last year and it was one of the best experiences you could have. The views are amazing, the vineyards, the mountains, the sunset. Everything is perfect. Every staff member is so kind, so polite and so worried if everything is perfect that it made us feel like home. The room is totally unique. It's huge, with a perfect pool facing the vineyards. Unique in the world. The breakfast has a lot of room to improve. We cannot wait to back to this place.

Where do I Start? To summarise, before i even begin, there was not a single staff at the hotel that said 'no.' Whatever our request was, they obliged with a smile and went above and beyond. The property is absolutely stunning, from where you maybe, the rooms are well-fitted, spacious and feature heated pools. You really feel like you dont want to leave the room ever. The food was so delicious, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The common pool by the spa features a hot tub and is perfect for the Autumn afternoons. Once again, the staff. This was truly the highlight of our experience - the staff were absolutely fantastic in every way and for every single request. Thank you to the team. we will definitely return and recommend anyone to stay here.

We booked our stay for 4 days and was excited for so long to go and visit Delaire Graff. The property is gorgeous and we were welcomed well. I arranged months ahead to give us a room that is well located with a pretty view. We even upgraded to a superior luxury lodge. When they took us to our room the room was so close to the highway that you could not leave the doors open because of the noise. I went back to reception only to meet the most obnoxious Manager I have ever come across. He said he can move us but we will disturb most of the guests in the lodge and was talking g to his staff as if we were not there. 101 of hospitality! If you can’t find a solution, try to pretend or remain professional infront of the guest. Tiaan arrived that was the complete opposite and found a solution. Craig continued to inform me how I am inconveniencing the whole lodge and how my request is really unreasonable. Craig then saw I was upset and started explaining he would have given me a better room and if I feel it is not good he will still move me! Too late!!! Craig, you arrogance ruined the stay. The hotel is beautiful, but I have stayed in better places with better views of the vineyards. It is very close to toad and I didn’t feel safe or at peace. The spa is fantastic and we have never had better treatments. Swimming pool area is gorgeous and we had a lovely afternoon at the pool. Tiaan, they need to recruit and use you as a benchmark. You made the choice worth it.
