If you have a special arrangement, like a wedding anniversary, wedding, christening or just a get-together we will organize it with care. The Gedenkschool( the first Afrikaans School) is situated on this farm. Daniel Francois Malherbe, Abraham Izak Perold (viticulturalist), A G Visser (renowned poet) and JD du Toit (Totius) (Bible translator and poet) went to school here. The first 64 Afrikaans books were printed on these premises. We have the printing press on the farm in front of the Malherbe House. S.J. du Toit first started translating the Bible in Afrikaans on this farm. It is a working farm, and you have mountains and gardens offering the most tranquil views. “Arriveer as gaste en vertrek as vriende.”
