The room was extremely comfortable and the view something else. We just battled to get internet reception in the unity we were in. Maybe something you should look at? We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back!

To mention is the dinner we enjoyed at the restaurant of the hotel, especially the ostrich steak is worth to taste but also all the other courses...

Amazing location and attention to detail. Could not fault the visit to Surval. Staff were friendly and he experience and location wonderful. Could do with covered parking as it does get hot, but cannot find a negative.

I recently stayed in this fantasic hotel, together with two Austrian cleints, who love the experience, which included a tour of the olive farm and a olive oil tasting. We also expeirenced some health issues with the one lady, which was very kindly and promptly dealt with both the staff on duty, Mr Frikkie Vermeulen and Corlin. The only complaint...

We wished we'd booked a second night, rather than just one. A beautiful setting, luxurious rooms and superb, well priced dining made for a wonderful experience. Well worth a visit and we will most definitely be back!

Slightly off the beaten track, but well worth visiting. The whole place is so well laid out and maintained, really attractive, and the rooms are excellent - and unique, apart from a very comfortable sofa arrangement in my room there was also an old Aga wood-burning cooker as decoration! Beds were very comfortable and service was good. We had reserved...

The breakfast buffet was all self-service, which is a great shame, as the staff were "mainly just hanging around, especially the chef". It would be more guest-friendly, if at least coffee and the toast/bread would be brought to the tables.
