The rooms were fantastic; we had a lovely room looking onto the pool and the lagoon and the rooms were really well designed; the bed was super comfy! I often didn't want to explore Knysna, as the hotel...

Dear amyannengish Thank your for your valued feedback and response. It is wonderful to learn of your experience with us. The hotel showers use energy efficient heads and therefore the pressure is not to everyone's liking. With regards to service being hit and miss this I do apologise for and have addressed this with the team in order to improve....

A very beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Food and wines are delicious and prized friendly. Hotel is rebuild from an old power plant and a lot of old details from that time are well kept and integrated in the interior as it is now. Beautifully done. Worth a visit 👍

Our expectations were high as we knew the decor would be quirky and interesting. This was definitely the case - I constantly found something fascinating and unique to see. However, the first disappointment was not having a balcony. I booked for an upgraded room and assumed it would offer everything. It was beautifully furnished and equipped but slightly annoying to...

We stayed there 1 day and booked in on the 27th Nov. I'm a tourist guide and interested in history. This hotel got a lot of history and I also wanted to see if it is a good hotel to recommend for future tourists. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is situated not far from the waterfront so excellent location...

This is a beautiful hotel, attentive staff, clean and great restaurant - just stayed one night at beginning of November and wished we had an extra night. Decor is modern and bright. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and they even made some gluten free bread for me as I am ceoliac.

This is a charming little hotel, built in a old power station, very close to good restuarants . Staff are freindly and helpful, food on the two nights I stayed at the hotel was excellent. I had two 60 + Germanys with me who also agreed with my opinon.
