This a modern, well equipped place with stunning views and charming hosts, Antje and Paddy. Our room was just beautiful. The breakfasts offered covered all European tastes. The guest house is close to The Heads, for an uphill walk with the reward of spectacular views. Somewhat out of Knysna centre but easily accessible as Paddy can recommend restaurants and arrange taxis. A really wonderful place to stay.

This was our 3rd visit to Augusta Bay. It is in a fabulous location with views over The Heads. Our suite was very spacious and beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious with a choice of internationally themed cooked breakfasts. Our hosts, Antje and Paddy made us feel at home!

We came to Knysna for a holiday, but chose to spend most of it at Augusta Bay, as opposed to going sightseeing. The view is absolutely picturesque, and the balcony is the perfect place to idly sit and admire it. The venue is spacious, relaxed and pristine, and everyone is exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. The hosts are very professional and helpful, with great senses of humour and friendly natures. Huge thanks to Paddy and Antje for making us feel like we were at home! I would strongly recommend Augusta Bay, with it's fabulous location, along the Heads.

This was a last minute booking and we were so pleased.. The host Paddy was a genuin guy that even booked us in at Café Mario at the waterfront in knysna. Such a fantastic Italian restaurant. And when we got bat to the guesthouse we were fre to use the bar.. 😀 And the breakfast was very good.
