We had a wonderful stay, the hotel being in a perfect position to walk to the waterfront for evening meals and the town for shopping. The inn itself was well kept, the rooms are simple and basic, cleaned and tidied every day, quiet and good value. Delicious breakfast, and the staff were wonderfully caring and attentive. We were able to...

The Hotel is situated off the main street with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the Knysna waterfront shopping centre was a...

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review our establishment. We can only apologize for the noise at 2 -3 in the morning. Our business is situated in the middle of town, for walking convenience to everything in Knysna. Some nights are noisy for certain reasons of which I wont go into right now. As far as the...

I stayed at the Wayside inn for 7 nights while attending a training workshop in Knysna. The staff went beyond the call of duty organizing me a lamp to study with at my breakfast table (without me asking), organizing early breakfast for me and keeping my room super clean every single day.

Stayed for 3 nights end of Apr.16. Hotel is well managed and hosts are friendly and very help full. The hotel is located in centre of the town, within easy walking distance even to the Knysna Waterfront. If you are sensitive for traffic noise, then it is best to request the "back" rooms that does not face the main street....
