My experience at Fancourt was exceptional, in almost every way, from my first interaction with the concierge and guest services department, the amazing front office team to the personalised service I received from the housekeeping staff. On arrival I was welcomed and escorted to the front office by a porter "Lorenzo" who was most helpful, he was well spoken and very interactive, educating me on the property and how best to go about my various deliverables required for the event, the entire concierge department were phenomenal, they knew me by name and my room number, This was probably one of the best guests services experience I have ever encountered in my 15 years within the hospitality and events industry. I would like to compliment the housekeeping department, whatever my request was they were on hand to assist where possible. Nomzikelo (Zekie) knew the intense deliverables expected from me and the abnormal hours I would be needing to occupy my room, she rearranged the housekeepers attending to my room to facilitate my schedule as to not disturb the little rest I had available to me. It was my 11th or 12th time at the Fancourt Classic event and nothing short of a spectacular golf course and resort. The staff are extremely helpful and accomodating... im looking forward to next year.

We returned to our special place and had a superb stay. Golf was fun and the restaurant was great but more importantly the staff were amazing. My husband was treated with a birthday cake which was delicious. I forgot my pillow and the staff not only managed to find it but gifted me with an amazing goody bag. Thank you everyone and we will be back to enjoy your hospitality.

A golfing experience like no other... from the generous sized and luxurious accommodation to impeccable service to world class golfing facilities. A bucket list experience for golfers. My only regret is that I couldn't spend more time there.

Just completed my 8th visit to Fancourt and a week before I was due to arrive I received an email from my tour operator that due to the length of my stay (10 nights) I was to be upgraded from the Executive rooms to the Manor House. What a surprise! I had a great time overall with golf on the Outeniqua and Montagu courses each day followed by afternoon tea, canapés and sparkling wine. I did not dine in the Henry White's restaurant at the Manor House as I tend to prefer the more relaxed atmosphere of La Cantina which was more than sufficient with great food and some of the staff in the evening and at breakfast remembering me from my previous visits. Many thanks. Many thanks also to the staff at the Manor House who made me most welcome. Guest facilities at the Manor House are excellent and include a lounge, bar and library solely for the use of Manor House guests and the suites are excellent with a large bathroom, separate lounge with very large TV and a good sized bedroom. Hopefully, if I manage to return next year, even if not staying at the Manor House again, they will allow me to borrow a book from the Manor House library which I didn't manage to finish before I had to leave. The staff all round cannot be faulted and are most helpful. This extends to the on course staff including the starters and the caddies. In fact, as well as playing with other guests on most days, on the one day I was scheduled to play on my own I had the pleasure of joining and playing the 2nd nine on the Montagu course with three of the caddies who were playing a match themselves and one of them, Dustin, caddied for me last year. Believe me, they are also good golfers with single figure handicaps. My thanks also to Juan who caddied for me this time around and put up with some of my not so good shots. As for the courses themselves, they are always in tip top condition with the putting surfaces giving me the most problems, not being used to such fast greens myself. Looking forward to another trip to Fancourt, hopefully next year.…

Sadly only an overnight stay this time, nevertheless we were well-looked after and enjoyed a well-appointed spacious deluxe room. Staff were their usual willing selves. We'd forgotten how pleasant the hotel grounds are for an after-dinner stroll.

This is the cherry on top! From the moment your enter Fancourt you feel so welcome and all the staff greet you. The room, the food, the service and of course the golf were totally unforgettable. We made memories, took too many photos and laughed too loud - Highly recommended. All the restaurant are super amazing with the best food and service and good selection of wines. THE LINKS GOLF COURSE - Wow needed more whisky! LOL

Fancourt service was out of hand, the staff is so friendly and welcoming , the hotel is very clean and their food is very fresh and delicious. They treat their clients as kings and Queens. The rooms are so great you will have a beautiful sleep there. The place is very perfect for outings with its SPA, Cinema and their golf courses

I brought 20 golfers from the USA to Fancourt on a member trip, we had a phenomenal experience at every stop. The staff, the food, the golf, and the hospitality was truly first class. A shining beacon of South African golf at it's finest!
