I was going through a bad patch after going through the heartache of losing both my mom and grandmother within a period of just over a month and I felt that I needed to get away from everything and everyone. This day and night was part of my weekend getaway just to clear my mind and come to terms with what has happened. The venue was enough to make me feel comfortable and relaxed .

We booked the Verge via Lekkeslap who went on to bundle up our booking, but the assistance we got from the Verge even though it wasnt their fault was immensely appreciated and most welcome..we have stayed before and we enjoyed their spacious and open plan setup..we were'nt disappointed, the kids had great fun,the rooms neat and tidy!..i must give special mention to the lady at the desk on the day of our check in,my word!! the lady is proffesional cool and calm and exremely friendly, she is a true asset, with an individial like that on the frontline, the management must know their brand and reputation is in good hands as she knows how to communicate wigh guests professionally and tactfully...great job Rivone(sorry if mispelt😊)..we will be back!Thank you for making our booking and check in and stay went smoothly you're a star💫👋...

Very noisy and too many people in an apartment. The noise went on during the night and the people shifted stuff around non stop. This is not acceptable and other tenants cannot get their rest. Reception couldn,t help ether

My mother and I were caught in the lockdown situation in Cape Town as we were unable to get an earlier flight back to the UK before it began. We were supposed to spend 4 nights in our apartment before flying home but we ended up staying for another 2 weeks before getting a repatriation flight home. We arranged an extension of our stay for a very reasonable price and were looked after by the contact on site, a man called Praise. Praise was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for him and he assisted us in anything we needed. It was a real comfort and reassurance to know he was there if we needed anything during what was an incredibly stressful situation. Even though the lockdown rules meant we weren’t able to have a daily housekeeping service, Praise still organised a towel and linen change when needed. The apartment itself was lovely and more than comfortable to spend the lockdown in. Words can’t express how grateful we were to Praise and Totalstay for accommodating us during the lockdown. Praise was even in contact right up until the point we had checked in at the airport to make sure we were definitely on the flight and we’re heading home. Unfortunately due to lockdown we were unable to experience anything Cape Town had to offer so would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back.
