When we first got there at 1am in the morning we found there werent enough beds for the number of people. One person slept on the sofa using the duvet cover from one of the beds as there were no spare blankets. Once sorted with reception they changed our room and we still had the beautiful view of the canal...

We booked a two bedroom/ two ensuite apartment for three nights. On arrival we had to go for a walk, as the apartment wasn't ready, but on our return we were driven to the place and our luggage taken on ahead. The apartment was well furnished, with tea, coffee and milk. The walk to the V and A was wonderful,...

This is my first review on TripAdvisor but I felt like I couldn't not warn other people about this place. We reserved a 3 bedroom "luxury" apartment and what we have found is quite the opposite of luxury! We were originally allocated an apartment that was far from what was promised - it seemed like the decor was about 20...

We stayed here for four nights. The first two nights we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. The bedrooms and toilets were large. The location is ideal as the V&A shopping and dining is within walking distance. We had stayed here twice before and...

Had previously stayed in a very nice unit in December 2016' so was looking forward to another stay with other family members, sadly very disappointed. The unit itself was in a great convenient location, we were told we were in a 'luxury suite' - well not so!! The carpet was filthy and tearing apart at the seams, very limited in...

Was here for a couple of nights. The apartments are secure, nice and clean. They do provide basic amenities. Good for holidayers on a prolonged stay and prepared to cook their own meals. No restaurant on the property. Very close to the waterfront. Decent WiFi connection. Good value for money.

Excellent location. Apartment wad well equipped with everything you'd need. High level of security. Top tip though don't use their airport transfer as it cost us R450 but only R300 from the airport.Apart from that no negatives

We had two nights at the waterfront village in a one bedroom apartment and were really impressed. Check in was quick and straightforward and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was gorgeous and the complimentary bottle of bubbles and box of chocolates was a lovely touch. It was in a great location being just a five minute walk...

We recently stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the canal and harbour. Very spacious and ideally located for a 5 minute walk into the V and A Waterfront and a 5 minute cab ride into town. Had problem with the internet, never got online, but as there are many free venues around the area it was't a problem.

Stayed here to start our Garden Route holiday. The check in staff were not particularly helpful but polite enough. We couldn't check in for 2 hours so had to go into the waterfront as that was the closest place to hang out. We needed a travel cot - 150 rand per night extra!!! The apartment was nice enough but not...
