This hotel is very good and I enjoyed my stay. Its very clean with good rooms and beds. It is however very corporate and that comes through a little. One example is only two each of milk, tea ,coffee and sugar. More flexibility in personal touch areas would help. one other point I would make as the shower is in...

2 night central Cape Town hotel stay This hotel is central situated on good travel routes for city to waterfront, bo-kaap, cable car, mount Nelson , gardens as well as many other tourist sites. You can walk about too. Parking available at the hotel. Service courteous. Rooms clean, small but comfortable. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel. Famous...

I never see such a rude manager. We booked 3 Romans, we asked 2 king size bed and one room with 2 single beds, we had 3 rooms with single beds. The manager told that the way it is nothing more nothing less. Besides no free wifi, they an extra 150 rands to get wifi.

Much better options available at this price. Finishes are old and worn, decor is hideous and the hotel passages smell funny. The only things it has going for it are perfect location and air conditioning. The restaurant downstairs is an overpriced travesty. The African theme of the hotel is outdated. The hotel itself is very old fashioned. The shower sits...

Security, porter and reception extremely friendly, courteous and helpful when we checked in. This was followed up with the breakfast staff - always willing to assist to our needs. The hotel was clean and spotless. Both check in and leaving was handled efficiently. Also please to receive complimentary wifi voucher. Hotel was a bit pricy but understandable as I booked...

I stayed here for business for my first (and hopefully last) time. To begin with, several members of my group weren't picked up from the airport even though they had arranged for, and paid for, the hotel to pick them up. The hotel refused (and was quite rude) to give a refund even though it was clearly the fault of...

We opted to stay for only a night with my wife after realizing it wasn't really worth it. It looks upmarket and expensive but everything has a cheap feel to it. Mind you due to booking a double room late we were upgraded to a suite. However the lack of quality was still apparent. The shower was plastic, pillows were...

The Cape Town Lodge doesn't look much as a building, but inside it is wonderful and the service is fantastic and friendly. The room we had was large and clean and modern, very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent with a great menu and fantastic service. We had new Year's eve here and they went to a lot of trouble to...

I was upgrade to the loft with spectacular views of the Table mountain. Loft is equipped with a kitchen, there are free coffee and welcome aperitif. Rich and diverse breakfast. Hotel restaurant offers the most delicious snails that I've tried. Internet is paid.
