MedVilla is a lovely old house turned into a small gracious guesthouse. Situated in a quiet, pretty, leafy area of Cape Town, it's minutes by car to the waterfront and other sightseeing locations. My room was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfasts were delicious. I can't say enough good about Petra, who was always helpful and charming. Orchids, too,... More

I stayed in the Med. Villa for one week during my business trip. It was my first time in Capetown but the staff members made me feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout the whole time. The villa itself as well as the rooms are clean and big enough. There is free coffee and tea and if you fancy... More

We greatly enjoyed our one-week stay at the Mediterranean Villa. The owners and staff were always very friendly and helpful (e.g. with restaurant recommendations and reservations, taxi ordering...) By the way, there are numerous very good restaurants in walking distance of the guesthouse! Our room was very nice and clean and the service was perfect. The pool surrounded by palms... More

After a most delicious breakfast, Andreas could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our activities. The facility was clean, well appointed and a pleasure to come home to after a busy day in the city. Very accessible to all activities in a safe neighborhood, this was the perfect home away from home.

This is an excellent guest house in a perfect location, just a £3 taxi ride to the V and A and a ten minute walk from Long Street. Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill are also very close. Very clean room off a lovely courtyard, great pool area although we didn't use it, and a good breakfast. The staff... More

The Med Villa was our first stop on our ZA trip this October and we weren't disappointed at all. Its location is perfect for activities of any kind in and around Cape Town, our room was perfectly clean and the service was perfect.

Lovely small guesthouse. Walking distance to Kliofstreet. All important seights just a jump away by car. Petra, the wonderful and friendly manager is super helpful with your planing. All staff members are angels and so nice. We had such a good time. Super breakfast, beautiful courtyard with pool. Amazing. Everything.

We arived here on the doorstep following a recommendation from the owner of the local coffee shop and immediately felt this was the place to be at the end of a wonderful holiday touring the eastern and western cape. The welcome is delightful and Petra, the manager, could not be more helpful. She was assisted by Michael, who seems to... More

I have visited and stayed at this lovely villa a few times now. Each time better than the last. The villa is quiet and just off Kloof Nek Rd, however it is still very close to Cape Town city centre, the trendy Kloof Rd and Gardens. The rooms are comfortable and have nice attention to detail. The owners and staff... More

A pretty, quiet B&B in a safe area, near to town and lots of great restaurants. The beds are comfy and the rooms nice and clean. Breakfasts have a great choice and are delicious. It's got a nice little shop too.
