The location is perfect as there is a lot to explore in its vicinity. Bo-Kaap, long street, bree street etc are all walkable from the hotel. A shuttle service to/from V&A Waterfront ist offered. Rooms are nice and well furnished with good and spacious bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Public areas are modern and nicely decorated. The executive lounge is beautiful and offers a big range of food and drinks. Staff everywhere is super friendly. Highly recommended if you want to stay in the city center.

My sister and I stayed at the Hilton Cape town during our trip to South Africa and it was amazing. The staff was so helpful and accommodating and assisted us with all our needs. During breakfasts the waitress ( I do not want to spell her name incorrectly) always remembered my order and would put it in before I even sat down fully. She would literally come over with my usually coffee order and let me know that she put my order in already. The chef was kind enough to make me a special dinner of the traditional South African meal a day before they usually do it, because I was scheduled to leave. The food is quite good and there is a variety, especially for breakfast. The location is great and you can walk to numerous restaurants in the area. They even have a shuttle (free of charge) to the harbor, which is a great tourist attraction. We originally booked several excursions and the hotel was an easy place for them to find. Our room also had a balcony and we could see Table Top from it. it was gorgeous to see the sun rise and set. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious; and the beds are quote comfortable. Unfortunately, my sister wasn't feeling well and ended up in the hospital. The staff, guided us through the process and let us know which hospital would be the best, and took wonderful care of me while she was in the hospital. They were very accommodating to my need to extend our trip and did everything they could to reduce my level of stress. I had to coordinate with numerous people back in the USA during our stay once it was confirmed that we wouldn't be able to make our flight back and the staff assisted. Overall, when I go back to visit South Africa, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel once again as we were spending a few day in Cape Town. The room was as usual comfortable and well maintained, and service provided by the staff in the various sections (restaurant, reception, house-keeping) was as always friendly and helpful. The onc complaint we had on this occasion was the absence of certain drinks (eg rose wine) in the bar on more than one evening, which we believe should not occur in a hotel of this standing.

We stayed here for 2 weeks recently and had a wonderful stay. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic. The location of the hotel is great and there is a regular shuttle to and from the V&A Waterfront. The staff really made our stay - from the front desk and Guest Relations to housekeeping and staff in the Executive Lounge. Every staff member we met were all so welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional at all times. We would like to mention Jully in particular who took time to greet guests in the Executive Lounge and around the hotel each day and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel is also super clean. The rooms and all common areas were immaculate! We really enjoyed our stay here and will book again next time we are in Cape Town!

Thank you to Ms. Rose, the front desk lady for being attentive and professional. As a Hilton gold member, I was upgraded to a nice executive room with club lounge benefits. Perfect selections on breakfast. The location is great right in the city center. Will return on my next visit to Cape Town.
