The staff were very friendly and helpful anf made every effort to answer queries or solve any problems. The room was spacious and the hotel was quiet. The pool area was very nice and we'll maintained.

Stayed here for a week in January. Lovely hotel, great location, excellent facilities, breakfast exceptional especially long hours, (they serve until 11am) Shower room a little tired and could do with an update. Kettle lead was too short, so had to put it on the night stand to reach a plug. Relax in pool or the hot tub after a...

Great location in quiet residential area but close enough to restaurants without needing car. V&A within walking distance. Good sized rooms - we had large balcony overlooking swimming pool. The pool is a great bonus after a day's sightseeing.

Small room with a queen size bed with a small balcony that was not very comfortable. Staff is nice and helpful. There is a small swimming pool but in the shade... Air conditioning was difficult to understand.

This was ideal for us, only eight rooms. Personal service, especially at breakfast, which was served until 11am every day. We had a balcony room, which gave us more freedom. The shower and toilet were OK, if a little tired. Dimming light switches were fiddly and the lead on the kettle was too short to connect to the nearest plug....

Dear opticook, We are grateful for your positive comments and pleased you enjoyed your holiday, but we are very concerned about the accusation that staff took money from your room. Firstly the comment is contrary to what you told us during your stay when you asked reception if anyone had access to your locked safe as you thought you had...

Wonderful stay at this little Hotel. Eight rooms in total, spacious and really perfect for a getaway. Down for the sevens rugby and was perfectly located. Greeted with 'happy faces' and checked in with no trouble. Shown our room and everything explained to us. Breakfast was a treat - a menu which you could choose from and a lovely spread...

Stayed here a few months ago for one night for business. Looks exactly like pictures. Positives: Great central location. Room is spacious, clean, comfy bed, lots of cupboard space. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Negatives: room had just been painted so very strong smell of paint, should not have been allocated until smell gone. Aircon made...
