Very well located with a beautiful view in a quiet location. Vast and beautifully equipped rooms. Ground floor rooms have limited view. Breakfast choice correct, but nothing special. Staff are friendly and doing a professional work. The head waiter shared most helpful information on restaurants and leisure, visit options for the day. Unfortunately into such a beautiful place, the lady...

We were at The Clarendon Bantry Bayfor 3 nights after staying in some excellent hotels around The Cape. What a fantastic way to end our trip leaving the best until last. Abraham leads a first class team by example. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. It is truly a luxurious home from home-with better...

My wife and I stayed in the Neptune suite for 4 days during our first visit to Cape Town. It was perfect. Only 2 doors down from the main hotel but it felt very secluded. We had our own kitchen, lounge, walk-in wardrobe, garden and pool with loungers. The entire suite has been done up beautifully and was spotlessly clean....

We stayed there for a week, after a 1.500 km discovery journey we did from Joburg to Cape Town. The Clarendon is a former private residence - still privately owned - turned into a small luxury boutique hotel, located in one of the most upmarket and expensive areas of South Africa. We had one of the two rooms on the...

No better way to start our journey in South Africa! Room was very confortable and large with a beautiful view onto the sea. Very large bathroom. Great staff. Breakfast overlooking the bay. Just a few km from Cam Bay and its restaurants.

What a fantastic stay my wife and I had at this amazing place. Our suite had the most incredible sea views where we sipped cocktails and watched the sunset. The position is great but you need a car to visit the winelands and out lying areas. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety of cheeses, fruits and fresh breads....

We stayed at the Clarendon during our first trip to Cape Town. It is a stunning hotel. A lot of thought has clearly gone into the interior design. The service was impeccable, the staff couldn't do enough to help and left us wanting for nothing. The breakfasts were delicious and served looking out at one of the best views in...

Great service, amenable, attentive and always with a smile. I always felt like I was home. I did not enjoy the breakfast much but it was above average. Love the Tamzam, Andrew and the staff in the kitchen.... Will definitely stay again.

Very poor breakfast, not even croissants on the very small buffet. Even in mango season no mangos. If something finished of the buffet it is not replaced, so you better go early for breakfast. The staff is very friendly but can not coop when nothing in the fridge or pantry. I think the owners are trying to get rich in...

Good location for Cape Town, Table Mountain, Constantia, V&A Waterfont, Camps Bay. Uber readily available, and very cheap. Far easier than driving and parking anywhere locally. Limited on site Parking available, not a problem when we were there, but if fully occupied it may be more tricky. On initial check for one of our rooms we were given keys to...
