Everything just fine. Perhaps consider providing better parking facilities. Although very low crime rate in Pilgrimsrest, this may change in future. Break-ins into cars to steal low value items will spoil an overnight visit to the Hotel.

Great location. A historical landmark. Quiet and peaceful. Beautiful old buildings. Staff were friendly and gracious. Breakfast was fantastic. The old Church bar was unique. Bed was hard , otherwise a wonderful experience.

Unfortunately we shared our overnight experience with 2 coach parties of elderly French people, some 100 plus people. As we were the only other guests it was somewhat overwhelming and was not quite the tranquil experience we were expecting. Nowhere else was open so we...More
