Large chalet park close to the Kruger Phabeni gate. Access is by way of an unmade road which is quite bumpy in parts and requires careful negotiating! We had a double-adjoining unit (No 24 A/B) ..plenty of room, comfy beds. General decor in need of some updating and smartening

We received a very warm welcome which set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The chalets are well equipped, clean and very comfortable, The resort itself is well maintained and the views from the lookout point/boma area are stunning!

Dear Guest Thank you for your review. We would like to apologize for the lack of service you received from our Housekeeping department. We will look into this matter urgently as our ladies do need to vacuum as this is part of their daily cleaning duties. Unfortunately the monkeys are part of the wild life experience and we as management work closely with the wild life agencies in trying to ensure that they don't become a nu-sense to our guest. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Waterberry Hill.

Our overall stay was awesome, the place is secluded and peaceful. The chalets are big enough and has all the necessary equipment and utensils. However, it could do with a few tweaks here and there like:Having housekeeping during holidaysMaking sure they do their work properly

We stayed in two units in September and had no security issues whatsoever. We had young grandchildren with us who roamed freely throughout the resort even in the evenings. The staff were very friendly and professional.
