Visited the place for the second time and i throughly enjoyed the experience. Its beautiful, safe and offer wonderful customer service. The restaurant in the premises also offers a wide range of meals at affordable prices. Not far from the airport too. Would highly recommend this place.

This was one of the most unexpected surprises I have ever come across. This hotel is very comfortable and luxurious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Their wine selection at dinner was outstanding and the dinner menu is incredible. The manager Roderic is professional and helpful and nothing is too much. The only negative (and don't take this one...

This was a hotel on our stop along from Joburg to Kruger Park. Let me just say it's a wonderful hotel! Beautifully decorated and lots of individual attention. The wifi was very spotty but everything else was wonderful and the best kept secret is the amazing restaurant! I had the best Lamb curry here in my life!!!! And the Pina...

I am a food lover and Fusion catered to me, each night felt like it was my birthday. My favorite dish was the stuffed chicken breasts, it tasted so good I can still imagine the taste to this day. We booked a junior suite which exceeded our expectations, the decor is just great and gives a unique classic meets modern...

This is my second time visiting here. And it's just as great as the last time. I especially enjoyed the comfortable big bed. The duvet makes you feel like you're floating on clouds. The staff is phenomenal and do their duties diligently, from the door man to the restaurant hostess. Fusion Boutique hotel is an unexpected little gem in Polokwane...

We booked a luncheon to mark mother's day and while we were intrigued by the rather opulent and theatrical decor - mirrors and drapings and flamboyant colours - the luncheon was not up to our (admittedly high) expectations. The bains marie did not succeed in keeping the dishes sufficiently warm and there was something just a little 'off' about the...

This hotel is head and shoulders above any other in town. True 5 star. Not much more needed in terms of review...just don't take room 101. There are loud noises from the pipes in the walls that are fairly annoying. Fortunately we got moved to another room so we could enjoy the hotel's luxury in peace.

Ok so the decor is seriously OTT (can only imagine how excited the decorator was by this brief) however, if you can get your mind around the copious amounts of gilt & faux Rembrandts - & you should - the hotel is fabulous, with incredible service & possibly the most comfortable beds on the planet! Will never stay anywhere else...

Stayed one night at this hotel. When staying at a five-star hotel the expectation is that it will be more than what meets the eye. The first impression was opulence!!! The expectation though, was for attention to detail and great service. On arrival, the second person at the gate had no interest in greeting or welcoming us, though wearing staff...

A beautiful hotel to look at and walk through. Rooms large and opulently furnished. Food good. Staff very responsive however at meal we were served by several different staff so made it hard to develop rapport with any single waiter/ress. All staff wearing 2 way radios that were blaring loudly during dinner. Very distracting. Drink and cool towel offered on...
