This was our second trip staying here. The atmosphere is very beautiful and relaxing. The infinity edge pool is Heavenly. Everyone I talked to from Twyman at the front desk to the sweet lady at the coffee bar to Ryan the security man, all friendly and helpful people. Note for improvement…The only thing I’m going to mention was I was never approached to ask if I wanted a drink from any of the pool bartenders and I was at the pool two days. A lady gets thirsty in that Arizona heat. Fortunately, I went into the Turtle Restaurant and a young man gave me a nice cool cup of water with lots of ice. Looking forward to my next stay.

Hotel's Favorite
Excellent accommodations. Quiet and clean. Good value. We love staying here and we love the private boat ramp. The Turtle Bar is just great and the Turtle Grille serves very good food with a great view of the lake. Hoping the guest dock will be repaired in time for summer fun.

Me and my friends stayed here as part of our vacation and it was possibly the highlight of the entire trip. The beachfront location was very convenient and fun, the in house restaurants were delicious and offered great views, the rooms were very spacious, and the jet ski rentals offered by the resort were exhilarating.

Awesome resort for a quick qetaway. We're from the Phoenix area so the 3 hour drive was well worth it. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great for what we needed. We will definitely stay here again for another weekend getaway.

Great for jet skiing boating and things with water. Beautiful views Scott was kind . There are a few people with great customer service and a few that need work. The hotel rooms are older spring bed blinds. The water messes up the pipeline. Price does not meet the quality

This was the worst experience ever!! Had prepaid for a king bed and queen. Check in took 45 minutes. I reserved Pet friendly. Got to room 3 bags of cleaning rags, shower curtains and sheets in room . 1 bed maybe a queen. The guests below us and next to us were screaming, loud music and falling done drunk. Room was like a motel 6

This was our first time to Lake Havasu City. We read reviews here and decided this would be a nice place for a couples two night getaway. Due to a change in travel plans, Teresa gave us a very attractive rate to upgrade to the Captain room. While it is nice and roomy, the furnishings are outdated. The shower is huge (and open), and could really use some grab bars for safety! We were happy to have a fridge/freezer and microwave. The grounds and amenities are very nice. We had a good lunch at Turtle Grill. Servers were friendly and the bartender poured a good drink. No breakfast is served, but there's a coffee bar that also has some pastries. The on-site surf shop store is very nice! Good selection for the whole family, with top name brands. It's just a 5-7 minute drive to the London Bridge area. The speed bumps are ridiculous on the grounds! On our second night, we were awakened by loud yelling at 2:45 AM coming from outside. They do have security on staff, thankfully, because this went on for quite a while. Get a white noise app on your phone to drown out the drunk spring breakers! All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Barbara at the front desk helped me via the phone with questions before we arrived. Pool is heated, and there are some cornhole games by the pool bar. All in all, we'd stay here again, but in a room with a different kind of shower. Hopefully when we return, they will have a recycling program in place!…

We chose this resort because of the amenities on property. None were open the whole stay the swim up bar the beach bar. The main resterraunt had such restrictive hours it was not useful. 730 pm. We had to drive into town everynight when we wanted to stay and relax at the resort. To me this is false advertising. The rooms where very dated and not in good condition. The bathroom door would not latch several electrical outlets did not work and many other things. The pull out bed was the most uncomfortable pull out i have ever experienced all springs. The night staff was also rude. Very disappointed woukd never co.e back and will ensure i share with all my friends who come down here. They should not allow them to advertise like this when its not true

The property was gorgeous and staff very polite and attentive. Late check in was much appreciated as I arrived near midnight. I was here for a special and personal occasion and informed the hotel beforehand. My first day the lovely front desk manager hand delivered a special treat to me, it was such a nice thoughtful touch that makes a trip memorable. I loved my room and found this to be a perfect location for a day of sightseeing. But one could also just spend the day around the island, London Bridge area, or just remain on the resort property, there's everything you need here. Thank you, I'll be back soon!

Excellent view! Exceptional location if you like more quiet. Grounds were nice, outdoor bar was good except terrible bartenders except the girl. The guys mainly stood around staring out into space. The restaurant was good,pretzel Stix are amazing. Breakfast servers were the best. Decent prices for a resort and they give you $25 a day food/drink voucher. But they guard the beach towels with guards! Pool is nice and warm. The only problem we had was no housekeeping when we requested it,so I caught the male housekeeper to exchange my towels, he threw me a bag and told me to bag them before I could have new ones...ha? I didn't pay a thousand dollars for 4 days to do your job. I was highly insulted. Overall 8/10.
