The casino is closed on Monday and Tuesday, I was told due to lack of staff. The restaurant is closed too, no reason given. It's a small casino with a fair amount of slots. I wish they had a different variety of the Dragon Links and Lightning Links slots. I did fairly well in the beginning but over the course of 2 days I pretty much lost most of my money. But I had fun. My room was nice but I had problems with the automatic blinds. The remote didn't work. I had to ask the front desk 3 times to get someone to fix it. I wouldn't have had such a problem but I was on the second floor and the blinds were wide open. So I had no privacy at all. JR from maintenance finally figured out the remote was wired wrong. Down meant up and up meant down. All and all not a bad casino and hotel. I would visit again but I will make sure to bring more food with me. One last thing because it is a tribal casino alcoholic drinks aren't complimentary even if you're gambling.

Werrived at the hotel and no one in line to check in. Friendly clerk but somewhat of a slow process to get checked in. No big deal though. Room – Everything looked brand new and spotless. Big tv, coffee maker, nice bathroom toiletries, large shower and comfortable bedding. Dinner/Breakfast – Outstanding food, and very nice waitresses. However, wait time for food after order for breakfast and dinner seemed quite long. We sat outside looking at the river which was very nice. What annoyed us: After checking in, I went into the bar to grab a beer having driven five hours to get here. As I stood at the bar, the female tattooed bartender walked up. I smiled and said hello (mask blocking my smile) and asked for the draft beer. She said very curtly, “Are you gambling on that machine?” I replied, “No, just want to grab a beer for the room.” Again, very short and curt she replied, “Go to the other side of the bar. You cannot order drinks on this side” and she turned away. Strange rule but I walked around the bar and stood on the other side. She brought my beer, put it down and said, “$3.50.” Apparently being friendly in the bar is not a requirement. After dinner, the four of us decided to go in the bar and have a nightcap. Where we come from, when seated at the table for drinks or dinner, you can remove your mask. As we sat waiting for a waitress, an employee (male White) came over and said in a very hostile tone, “Put your masks on.” I replied “Okay, but we were going to have drinks?” He replied, “If you want drinks, go over there and order them and keep your masks on.” We are all in our mid 60’s and follow the rules but apparently he did not think to be nice and explain them. I have to say, the tone of this employee was way out of line. It is amazing how two employees with bad attitudes can overshadow what would have been a nice stay. Hopefully this is something management can address. Overall, a nice, new and clean hotel and casino, however, we will not return.

The casino has a ferry boat that charges $2 for a round trip. I figured I'll take the family over to the casino for lunch and to see if their beach was sandy so the kids could play. While they went down to the beach I was waiting inline to be seated. The hostess was at the cashier when I walked up because they just seated the people that where on the same boat as myself. Getting my name on an empty list wasn't the problem. There where 2 waitresses with 3 occupied tables. I stood there for 25 minutes. I finally got one of waitresses attention and told her that I was eating outside and which table I'll be setting. While she was pointing at the same table she said ok and she'll be there shortly. I'm sitting out in their dining area patio of 15 minutes and still no service. I got the family and the next ferry boat back over. As I was leaving, I saw the people that I was on the boat with getting their drinks. So it took them about 50 minutes to get someone their drinks! I hope those people give them a red bull instead of a tip.

My wife and I saw this place while circling the lake on our waverunners. One day while in Lake havasu on our vacation we decided to take the ferry to the casino. Once there we signed up for the players club. I went to a keno machine and dropped $20 into it. My wife decided that we were hungry and wanted to go to the restaurant (at this time I didn't have a chance to play at all) so I cashed out and noticed that I had $57 on my voucher. Obviously someone else had money in this machine and I didn't notice when I put my 20 in. I looked around and didn't see anyone that was missed money. I kept the voucher in my pocket just in case. When my wife and I were at the restaurant, we were approached by security and demanded that I hand over the voucher that I had. I explained to the guard that it was an honest mistake and $20 of that was mine. Security proceeds in calling me a liar and started making a scene. I've never been soo embarrassed. I asked him to check the history of the machine against video footage and ended up giving him the voucher just to stop the unpleasant experience he had caused to me. He left (with my voucher) came back 20min later and gave me my$20. No apologies. He said that I should check the machines I play before playing them. I told him thanks to him I wouldn't be coming back.

I booked this hotel because I had a job In Meedles CA, and Hotels .com listed this resort as being in needles. It was 40 min away. Anyway, checked in, staff was very nice. The room was OUTSTANDING. Easily top 5 most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but a 20 minute ferry ride puts you in restaurant heaven. Before bed I decided to play a little blackjack, which also turned out to be a positive result for me. The only thing I have close to a complaint is that I wish there were a refrigerator in the room. But overall, an outstanding experience.

#82 original side near camp ground nothing special, and sparse..bare minimum for a rental. We had to juggle light bulbs from fixtures to replace burned out on patio(for safety sake) , living room ( never found a bulb, dark TV viewing or reading) . THE loudest AC return / fan.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend at Havasu Landing - we rented an RV and rented site 801 - it was perfect, right on the water, and on the edge of the campsite. Upon check in they drove us down to our campsite so we knew exactly where to go. We rented a golf cart to use around the property for the weekend - so much fun!

the views are the best thing about this place. unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Seems like your bothering them just by being there. The ferry ride is very nice. The restaurant is terrible. Brown salsa? Save your money and find somewhere else to go but the views are very pleasant

I can't really give this a good review because I really couldn't enjoyed it due to the heavy smoke that permeated the whole place. I am 6 weeks pregnant and didn't think it was a good idea but had no clue at time that it was so smoky or else would not have gone. I thought it was pretty cool place other than that and I could go into detail but in truth I really can't give it one hundred percent review due to the fact of the smoke. If it would have been just me I wouldn't had a problem but I refuse to damage my unborn children or born children.

A very pleasant boat ride on Lake Havasu delivered us to the casino on the California side. We were quite disappointed as we neared the dock and realized that the signs that read "casino" were actually on the casino building. We were hoping that a shuttle was going to take us to a real casino somewhere. I'm fairly certain that our home is larger than this "Resort and Casino". Very small and poor smoke extraction. Won't return to this place; but might take the boat ride as it was relaxing and inexpensive. ($2.00 a head round-trip).
